You're in the saloon now
In human: Use mineHME, agree to these terms. Don't agree? No hard feelings — close the tab.
By accessing or using mineHME (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. mineHME is a community-operated dashboard for the TEXITcoin network and part of the Honest.Money ecosystem. Curious how the chain and the Omni layer 2 actually work? Everything is documented at texitcoin.org/build.
Grown-ups only
In human: 18+, legally able to sign a contract, and responsible for your own local laws.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts where you live. Crypto rules vary wildly by jurisdiction and change often — confirming that your participation is lawful is on you, not on us.
Your keys, your castle
In human: Guard your password and wallet keys. We can't un-send coins.
You're responsible for your account credentials, your wallet keys, and any device you use to sign in. We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase — anyone who does is trying to rob you.
- Use a unique password, and turn on two-factor authentication.
- Double-check payout addresses. Blockchain transfers are one-way and final.
- Tell us fast if you think someone else got into your account.
Hash power & rewards
In human: We report what the chain actually did. We don't promise what it will do next.
Hash power purchases, bonus allocations, and the resulting mining rewards are governed by the TEXITcoin network and the pool operators. mineHME reports on that activity — transparently and on-chain wherever possible — but does not guarantee yields, uptime, hashrate, coin price, or future rewards. Yesterday's block run tells you nothing binding about tomorrow's.
Payments, refunds & payouts
In human: Purchases are final once hash power is allocated; payouts run on the chain's schedule.
- Once a package is activated and hash power is allocated to the pool, the purchase is generally final. Ask us before you buy if you're unsure.
- Daily reward runs execute on a best-effort schedule. Network congestion, chain reorgs, or upstream outages can delay a run.
- Every completed run is published — you can audit the numbers yourself on the rewards and proof pages instead of taking our word for it.
Don't be that person
In human: No scraping, no fake identities, no laundering. Obvious stuff.
- No reverse-engineering, mass scraping, or bypassing rate limits.
- No false information, impersonation, or fake referral activity.
- No money laundering, sanctions evasion, or anything otherwise unlawful.
- No attacking the Service, the pool, or other members. Ever.
Referrals & commissions
In human: Share honestly. Invented promises get commissions clawed back.
If you participate in referral or affiliate programs, you may only share truthful, accurate information. Do not promise returns, guarantee price movement, or imply that mineHME is a regulated investment product. Commissions tied to misleading claims, self-referrals, or fake accounts may be reversed and the account closed.
This is not financial advice
In human: We're miners with a dashboard, not your financial advisor.
Nothing on mineHME is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Read the Risk Statement and talk to your own qualified advisors before committing money.
As-is, warts and all
In human: Best effort software. If it breaks, our liability is limited.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mineHME, its contributors, and affiliated communities are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or coins.
These terms can change
In human: We'll update this page and bump the date. Keep using the site = you're good with it.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after that counts as acceptance.
Questions, gripes, or spotted something we got wrong? Ping us through the community channels at honest.money. We'd genuinely rather fix a bad clause than argue about it later.
