What we collect
In human: Enough to run your account and pay you. Not a byte more than that.
- Account data: email, username, name you give us, and authentication identifiers.
- Activity data: sign-ins, dashboard page views, and admin actions — kept for audit and abuse detection.
- On-chain data: the TEXITcoin addresses you choose to attach to your account. These are public on the blockchain by design.
- Communications: your email and Telegram notification preferences, plus anything you send us directly.
Why we collect it
In human: To run the dashboard, send your rewards, and tell you when something happens.
- Operate your dashboard: reports, sponsorships, commissions, payouts.
- Send transactional messages — sign-in, password reset, payout notifications.
- Send opt-in announcements. One click unsubscribes you, permanently.
- Detect abuse, debug problems, and meet legal and tax obligations.
What we will never do
In human: No selling your data, no ad trackers, no asking for your seed phrase.
- We do not sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone.
- No third-party advertising or behavioural tracking pixels on the dashboard.
- We never request or store wallet private keys or seed phrases. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for them is a scammer.
The blockchain is forever
In human: Payments we make to you live on a public ledger. We can't delete those.
Reward payouts and other on-chain transfers are recorded on the public TEXITcoin blockchain. Anyone can look them up, and neither we nor you can erase or edit them. That permanence is the whole point of proof-of-work transparency — but it does mean an address you publish can be linked to activity forever. Who else touches the data
In human: A short list of infrastructure vendors, each under their own security commitments.
- Managed Postgres and authentication for the database and sign-in.
- Amazon SES for email delivery.
- Edge hosting and CDN for serving the site.
- Telegram, only if you opt in to Telegram notifications.
How long we keep it
In human: While your account is alive, plus what the taxman requires afterwards.
Account and attribution data are retained while your account is active, plus the period needed for legal, audit, and tax obligations. Operational logs are rotated on a much shorter cycle.
Your rights
In human: Ask and we'll show you, fix it, export it, or delete what we legally can.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us through the community channels at honest.money and we'll handle it. Note the on-chain caveat above: we can remove your account data, not the blockchain's memory.
Not for kids
In human: 18+, same as the Terms.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
In human: We update the page and the date. Big changes get an email.
We'll post updates here and adjust the "last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we'll tell you directly.
