The mission, stated plainly
Build and operate the physical proof-of-work capacity that secures honest money — and sell that capacity, its daily output and its open books to everyday people.
Why proof of work
Trust has to be anchored in something expensive.
Systems that secure themselves with promises fail at exactly the moment the promise matters. Proof of work replaces the promise with thermodynamics: rewriting history means re-spending the energy, and energy doesn't take IOUs.
Work cannot be faked
A block is only valid because somebody burned real energy to find it. That cost is what makes the ledger expensive to lie to — trust as a physical property, not a policy.
Hardware is the honest part
Machines don't have narratives. They either hash or they don't, they either draw power or they don't, and both are measurable to the watt.
Receipts close the loop
Building the mine in public means every dollar of capex and every coin distributed lands on a page anyone can read, hashed and anchored on-chain.
Build order
How the backbone gets built.
Racks in the ground
Secure sites with cheap, reliable Texas power. Build out electrical, cooling and network. Get ASICs racked, hashing and monitored 24/7.
Community-owned hash
Let ordinary people own hash power in the mine and receive their proportional share of what it produces — every day, in the coin it mined.
Multi-network capacity
Extend the same operating standard to IskanderCoin and Zero Chill Units so one mine secures three honest networks.
The backbone
Enough distributed, individually-owned hash power that no single actor — corporate, institutional or sovereign — can dictate terms to the chain.
Operating standard
Four rules for how we run iron.
We own the iron
No rehypothecated hash, no leased promises. Machines we bought, in buildings we control.
We mine where the power is
Texas: deregulated, abundant, and close to the grid edge where mining actually pencils out.
We publish telemetry
Network status, difficulty, hash and payout state live on public dashboards — not in a quarterly deck.
We distribute daily
Output goes out every day. No accrual games, no lockups engineered to delay the truth.
Where the work happens
The mine is a place you can visit.
Not a diagram. Buildings, breakers, fans and noise — all in Texas, and all open to member inspection.
McKinney, Texas
Flagship site · Mining
Where the mine started. McKinney runs the longest-serving racks in the fleet and hosts most of the walk-throughs we film for the community.
Mansfield, Texas
Expansion site · Mining
Added to spread the fleet across more than one substation. Mansfield takes the overflow whenever a hash-power run sells faster than McKinney can absorb it.
Victoria, Texas
Gulf Coast site · Mining
Closer to Gulf Coast generation. Victoria exists so the mine is not betting everything on one region's weather or one utility's rate card.
Conroe, Texas
Build-out site · Building
The newest floor. Conroe is being fitted out now and comes online in stages as racks are energized and pointed at the pool.
Build with us, or just come check the math.
Every payout the mine has ever made is published, dated and traceable to a transaction.
