Honest Money Marathon — Day 3 of 6: Retiring the Old Pitches

Thursday, September 3, 2026

Bobby Gray audits every pitch TEXITcoin has ever made, retires the ones that oversold, and lands on the one that survives: join us, build with us, and expect nothing you did not work for.

Summary

Night 3 of the six-night Honest Money Marathon was Bobby Gray's honest audit of every pitch TEXITcoin has ever made — and the retirement of five of them.

Bobby walked through the six pitches the project has used since 2024: "You Missed It" (the Bitcoin do-over), "Bitcoin Redo," "Decentralized," "TEXIT," "Oh, You Love Network Marketing," and the rest. Some he still stands behind — picking up where the Bitcoin community left off is core to what the mine is. Others he took apart on camera, because they lean on what lawyers call aspirational language: the kind of talk that tricks a listener into hearing a sure thing. On TEXIT specifically, he was blunt: TEXITcoin is not a secession campaign, has no plank, no candidate, and no prediction. Texas independence is a decision for Texans, not for a mining company.

The regulatory thread ran through the whole call. Bobby covered the SEC's guidance on digital commodities — the list that included Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin and even XRP — and made the distinction the project lives by: a mining package buys daily TXC paid to your wallet. That's the promise and the whole of it. No fixed percentage, no share of company profits, none of the ingredients of a security. Maddie noted that the level of financial disclosure TEXITcoin volunteered is essentially unheard of among crypto projects, and that nobody — not in the briefs, the hearing, or the evidence — has ever alleged TXC is a security.

He also made the case for what profitability bought the mine: the ability to halt sales globally in February and still meet rent, payroll and every obligation for seven straight months, fight the state of Texas with top-tier counsel rather than a discount lawyer, build dozens of tools during the quiet stretch, and still have millions left to put back into the project.

Housekeeping and what's ahead: the full call archive is searchable at texitcoin.org and mineHME going back to July 30, 2024. Maddie heads to the Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity's DC Summer Conference on Saturday — Thomas Massie was just added as a speaker — where he'll demo NectarPay by making a live crypto donation. Each marathon night has a theme: Night 4 is all wallets, so bring wallet questions and hold the rest.

The new pitch, in Bobby's words and not lawyer-approved: Join us. Make some friends. Have some fun. Do something real. If you want to sit back and hope, buy TXC on the open market and put it in cold storage — it's a digital commodity and that's your right. If you want to help build it, buy a mining package and be ready to roll up your sleeves. It's a risk, it's not guaranteed, and the profit only shows up if you participate.

Somewhere along the way, we stopped waiting for Sunday. Stopped looking for a sign and started building one. A little faith, a little work, a few good people rolling up their sleeves. Turns out that's enough. And every step we take, gives us a little father. Every hand we raise, We'll be right back. Every voice that joins in makes the mission feel new Maybe this is what it looks like. Maybe this is how it starts. Not with one big moment, but a thousand faithful hearts. right here right now here we go welcome to thursday september third bobby gray joining you live where's maddie where's my hiding where's my where's my co-host slash producer slash crypto guru slash long time industry expert maddie here he is thanks for joining me What were we saying? We were saying Thursday, the third of September in the parts where you are, And welcome. Thanks so much for joining. We've got a lot, as usual, to talk about again tonight on day three of our marathon week, which means we've got three more of these to go. Yeah, I'm overdue for a beard trim. Yes, it's fun shirt Friday over here for me. But thanks for joining. And let's begin. So to what I wanted to talk about tonight. Matty, the reason I wanted you to come out of hiding here and participate for a moment, I don't know if you're ready for a screen share or if you need me to do it, but when we And we started kind of like restarted our social media thing and our social media thing is going in waves. We start it and we go, oh, that was dumb. And then we start it up and we get real excited about it. And then we go, that was dumb. And then they close our account. We go, yeah, that was really dumb. And and so we've been extremely frustrated from time to time with our social media presence. But we're taking it very seriously now for a bunch of reasons. One is, you know, we know that the world communicates on social media, whether I'm a social media guy, which I'm not. I just discovered I've got a LinkedIn page. Spectacular. I'm not a social media guy. I don't speak that language. And I say it's not important. Well, it's important to everybody else or almost everybody. we're here talking about crypto because gold and silver will only get us so far so fast as we enter this exciting digital future. And so we've got to use the tools to communicate with the world that they use. And the crypto people hang out on X. That's very true. Maddie is a bit of an expert. And when I asked Maddie to come back and give us a hand, I think we had, what, forty four hundred Followers, as they're called, on X. And we've made some serious progress. What has it been, a month and a half, two months now? In the last two months, we've more than doubled the size of our community. We've blasted way past ten thousand followers. Matty, to what do you attribute That growth, because we're not spending any money on ads. We waste a thousand dollars a month on X ads. They put a thousand dollars in our account. We can't spend it at all. And it goes away. So what is it that we can attribute the growth of our community online? Well, I think we asked people to get active on X because that's where the crypto whales are. And that's how we're going to build this peer-to-peer exchange of value is by getting lots of other people involved. And so it's been these calls asking people to join. And then people have enjoyed the giveaways. They've really been interested in the court hearing and all that kind of stuff. That was definitely a big deal. Yeah, just like opening back up the mining packages in most areas and that sort of thing. Yeah, people are excited. So we've doubled our community on X, and what that means is that we're in front of a lot of new people now. The other thing, too, is this live stream thing. I became a massive fan of... live streaming because one, it fits really perfectly with our brand. You know, this proof of note edit concept, I think is really appealing. You watch something like I do these interviews. I say, when are we going to do it live? No. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. We're going to edit this thing and then we're going to publish it in like a week or two. Well, a week or two is like ten years ago in today's world. Things are changing fast, moving fast. And so if you're not getting the information out right away, you're behind schedule. And if you're putting it out edited, nobody ever knows what you cut out. We know that we didn't cut anything out because we're live. And the algorithms reward that. Do you remember off the top of your head what the stats are or what we can expect from the lives as opposed to traditional post it later kind of stuff? Well, yeah. Did I hear you say there was a statistic like there's eight times as much engagement? Yeah, it's night and day when it comes to going live and especially for authenticity, transparency. And yeah, so the algorithm pushes it out. People, they appreciate it more whether they're watching live or on replay. People just understand live is better. Yeah, I like it. I like it a lot. Well, we've discovered that. And now I'm like hooked. I'm like, when are we going live? We need to go live again. But the consequence of that is that there are a lot of new people now that are hearing about Texas coin for the first time. You're just joining us, just learning about our community. And you have yet probably to go back and watch the hundred and twenty six weeks of of zoom calls that we've done already in the past and um i want to do a quick screen share here myself and show you guys where you can find that kind of stuff um if you go to the texacoin website you got the honest money hour link right there at the top um but if you scroll down there it is And lots and lots of pages. Now, I only post the Thursday night calls to this website, whereas if you go to MindTXC.com and you click on the link there. Of course, we're live now. This should redirect you. I've been messing around a lot with this. There's a coming soon page. There is all of the Tuesday calls that go back even further. Now, there's a lot more content that we're digging up as we complete these transitions. But man, if you want to go way back to the beginning, July thirtieth, twenty twenty four. And, you know, see how our conversation has aged. Sometimes you have these, you know, old calls and you go back and you cringe while you're watching them and you're like, oh, God, I was such a look at the hair. I'm such an idiot back then. I'm probably still an idiot today. But the point is that we archive all that stuff so that you can go back and search it. If you're a regulator and you want to pick through our dirty laundry and find the seven times we said the word invest, you can find all that stuff there. Have at it. But the point is that not everyone has been with us for this entire journey. And so because of that, you don't know what we've been through. You don't know how we got to where we are today. You go, well, it must be nice for Bobby. Apparently he's sitting on a boat right now in Singapore. He stole everyone's money, ran to the other side of the world. Your content trolls get busy clipping that up and sharing it across all your trollville sites. But you don't know how we got to where we are today. And if you don't understand the background, it's real easy to be swayed by a troll site. It's real easy to dismiss us as just another one of those noisy things in the crypto space. And so tonight's call is Possibly going to be a little bit redundant if you've been here for a hundred and twenty six weeks already. Maybe it's a bit of a refresher. And we want this refresher because we're getting started once again. We shut everything down for six full months. We turned it off to protect the integrity of our project and to protect our community. Well, it's turned back on now everywhere except for Arizona and Texas. And so we're getting started, but what we are telling our Community is we're saying look, we got to be careful now couple different reasons number one we know more today than we knew back then we went into this project ignorant completely unawares of. any and all rules and regulations in this space. Now, I did some research. I did some historical study. I didn't go into it stupid, but I didn't have a lawyer. I didn't sit down with a legal counsel and put together the exact perfect strategy to successfully dodge regulators and any and all other kind of people that are here to protect the public. I didn't do that. And so what we got was the best that I was able to come up with, with the knowledge that I had. And it worked. Talk about why in a minute. But it's different now. Now we've got the best attorneys in the world working with us. And now we can't. play the same, well, we didn't know. Ignorance is bliss. If you don't know what the law is, then you can't break the law. They tell you that's not true. I don't think they're right. But now we know what the rules are. And we know that they're watching. They were watching for a long time, but they're definitely watching today. And so we want to make sure that the message that we're communicating to our friends, the new people that are just joining us now, the regulators that are like, salivating over every word that comes out of my mouth just come on man say it say it um and also the people in our community that are going what do i tell people now what what what's the what's the story now what's the message now can we save passive income can we say generational wealth Can we say rocket ship? Like I heard rocket ship mentioned quite a bit in court. Does that mean rocket ship terminology is out of the vernacular? And so, you know, whether you're new here or you're waiting for me to lie or defraud people or part of our community that's looking at this project and saying, I get it, I'm ready to go. What do I say? That's what this call is for tonight, because we're starting back up. What does that mean? It means that we are now once again outside of Arizona and Texas. offering mining packages and it sounds when you say it that way like a dirty word it sounds like a dirty word because it's been you know all over the cease and desist thing in texas um and it sounds like a dirty word because it's like well is that like an mlm product thing like is that like some sort of thing that i don't want to tell my family about at thanksgiving dinner um and so it's a bit of a loaded thing mining packages well we're now offering mining packages again we call it seats on the rocket ship we've called it that all along that terminology is the same today as it's always been and what we're talking about is we're talking about a And again, I'm trying not to stumble over the words because I know that we're trying to get this exactly right. What we're talking about is a daily distribution of a commodity, right? So the government's come out with their kind of crypto guidance and they've said, look, these cryptos are digital. They're created programmatically. Their value is controlled by the supply and demand dynamics of the marketplace. They're not issued by some guy that makes a trillion tokens and pumps, pumps, pumps them. They're issued from this crypto proof of work mining thing. And they gave us a list. Litecoin was on that list. Ethereum was on that list. Strangely enough, XRP was on that list. So it didn't define every single one of them, but it gave you a broad spectrum of what these things are. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Shiba coin was even on that list, strangely enough. And so what we're talking about is a digital commodity. You can buy the digital commodity that is Texit coin off the open market. Or you can mine the digital commodity that is Texacoin by buying a mining package. Well, what does a mining package get you? When you put your money in and you buy a mining package, you get daily TXC paid out to your wallet. That's it. That's the promise. That's the guarantee. No fixed percentage, no promise of company profits and shares. We don't have any of that stuff that makes up a traditional security. I mean, the regulators aren't interested in it. Doesn't mean they're in Incredibly curious as to how we went from zero to one hundred and fifty million without defrauding people. But a mining package is a daily distribution of a commodity, a digital commodity. That's it. That's what it is. OK, so the question then comes down to, well, why would I buy a mining package? I mean, I can just buy TXC off the open market or I can buy a mining package. Well, there's a bunch of different reasons. We may or may not get into those things tonight. Tonight, I'm not here to sell you outside of Arizona and Texas a mining package. So I'm here to talk to you about why Texacoin has become so big and successful. um but again the the background of that is because we're beginning to offer mining packages once again outside of arizona texas and just just assume that there's that asterisk in there you want to put an asterisk up real quick on the bottom everything we say is not investment advice and it is not available in arizona or texas mining packages are not available in arizona Um, and they're geofenced on the website. So sorry to our Texas and Arizona friends. It's just the way the rules are and we have to keep our hands clean. Okay. If you watch the court hearing two weeks ago, whenever it was, it was a bit of a mess. Not for us. We did great. the other guys. I'm not going to talk about that tonight, but a lot was revealed. It will come out in time as we get the transcripts and the recordings. But the point is, we went into it with really clean hands. We want to keep our hands clean. And the number one way to do that is by not making mining packages available in Texas or Arizona. So again, we're getting started with this and we want you to understand that there's a story. There's a real strategy and a reason that we went from dirt road in McKinney, Texas with nothing to show for our vision. to one of the biggest crypto projects the world has ever seen, one of the biggest raises in crypto, one of the biggest market caps in crypto. We weren't verified with CoinMarketCap, but we got up to a three hundred fifty million dollar value. Didn't get us to page one, but we were close. And now we are verified with CoinMarketCap. And so we're looking forward to doing that again. Supercars, hot air balloons, travel stages, you know, ice cream carts at conventions and saving the holiday parade in Dallas, Texas by, you know, making a sizable donation. Like how? What happened? Well, mining packages, mining packages happened. And what that did is it crowdsourced a massive amount of cash. And with that massive amount of cash, we did what we said we were going to do. We built the mine. We promoted our coin. What was the other one? And we were rewarded the people that helped us get there. That was it. The model was and is still to this very minute right now, extremely simple. Money comes in. missions to reward the people that have helped us build, build the mine, physical proof of work infrastructure, and promote the project. That's it. That was the plan. And it worked. And I want to talk tonight about kind of why it worked and the pitches that we used back in the day to introduce people to our project. And I want to... show you what we did to get to where we were and then we're going to talk about what we're doing to get to where we want to go next um the conversation the strategy the uh fundamentals are exactly the same as they were from day one and that's a really important and valuable thing Because you've always got to watch out for a project that starts doing it this way, gets slapped on the wrist, and goes, OK, we'll do it a totally different way now. And all that does is it admits that whatever you were doing before was wrong. And so we're doing the same thing, mining packages, because we weren't wrong. And we're not wrong in Texas. We're not wrong in Arizona. We're not wrong anywhere. And the things that have happened in Texas and Arizona, massively at odds with the sentiment and the direction, the way the winds are blowing with the SEC in the USA. I think just a week and a half or two weeks ago, the SEC released new, I don't know what you'd call it, recommendations, suggestion, guidance, a platform for companies to raise up to seventy five million per year, kind of like the old ICO way. You do disclosures. You do this. You do that. You do the other thing. Seventy five million a year. Well, we're at under one hundred fifty million. We've been doing this now two and a half years. So, like, is that kind of us, too? Because you keep saying that what we're doing is fine. But that doesn't mean it won't get attention from regulators and people that are going. It's got to be a scam. It's got to be all the other ones were. This one must be OK. So I want to talk about that. Do we have any other housekeeping stuff to cover before we get into our exciting... I was going to say it's worth highlighting that I don't know that there are other crypto projects out there that did the amount of disclosure that Texacoin did. And that's what the SEC guidance is all about is saying, you know, the proposal or whatever it is. is saying, like, if crypto companies or projects, if they do this thing that nobody currently does, except for us, disclose all the financials and to keep all of your promises, it's, like, unheard of. And they're saying, you know, if you went that far to do this... If you just act like Texacoin, we'll let you do it. Right. Yeah. And public companies don't don't go to the level of disclosure and transparency that we do. We put invoices and copies of payment receipts on the Web site. Like, go check it out. So, yeah. So a lot a lot is changing. A lot is coming our way in terms of regulatory clarity that like you see this thing from Arizona and you're like, guys, did you get the memo? Are you just ignoring all this stuff? And of course, as we know in Texas, the answer to that is yes. And not just that, but way worse than yes. But it's okay. We didn't pivot. We're doing the exact same thing that we did before, and we're going to keep going doing it because we're not doing anything wrong. But that doesn't mean that we can't improve our story. We have to improve our story. For a couple of different reasons. Number one, our story has to incorporate the challenges that we're going through right now. It's like anyone that does a search on Texacoin before they would find the troll websites. Well, now we've taken the troll websites and we've put them front and center on our page. And I don't know if you want to screen share or if I should screen share while we're going through and doing this. I can do it. I... have a page now dedicated, dedicated to the trolls. Here they are. If there are more, let me know. Let me get them some backlinks or something, you know, so they get some improved SEO performance. So in the old days, you know, you'd come across this stuff and it was it was like, oh, God, Bobby, you got to get the lawyers to get them to take this down. Why? You know, look, it's like, you know, David needs Goliath. It's like, you know, Batman needs the Joker. It's like, I'm going to try to come up with more references here and I'm just going to mess it up. It's like peas need carrots, you know, like these things, they work together. If all the things that you ever saw or heard about us on the internet were positive, you you would say one of two things. Either it's a total lie or they've got a really good PR company that's able to scrape and hide all the bad stuff on the internet. So we have to take that into consideration, especially because we're going through real legal stuff. It's public record. It's one thing if a troll makes up some dirty story about us. It's another thing if the state of Texas issues a cease and desist. So it's like we can't just pretend like it didn't happen. We can't just like you know, keep telling the same story because someone's going to be like, quick question. Are you shut down in the state of Texas? Yeah, yeah, yeah. But let's not talk about that part. Like it has to be part of our story. The same way my bankruptcy in twenty thirteen has to be part of our story. It always has been. But then we get accused in Texas. Excuse me. Did Bobby go bankrupt at the Mulligan Man in twenty thirteen? Yeah, but we don't talk about it. We have to talk about it now. We don't have a choice. Because we were accused of intentionally concealing this, which was, of course, just flat out wrong. So we have to we have to change our story. We have to improve our story to incorporate the evolution and the growth and the trials and tribulations of this project. If we don't, we're just being dishonest because people will find it as they always do. The Internet has a real fun tendency of keeping a really good record of all of your dirty laundry. So we have to improve the story for that reason. We have to improve the story because we know what the regulators are watching for. Passive income. Generational wealth. Seats on the rocket ship. Sit back and enjoy the ride. Like we know what they're watching for. Even though the SEC has already said aspirational statements about to the moon and when Lambeau are not promises of a future return, we've got to be careful because Look, it's easy to get sucked into that hype kind of that hype circle, that hype, you know, echo chamber. It's like, oh, all I got to do is get into any crypto project and I get a Lamborghini. Right. That's how it works. It's what everyone's saying. Buy my course, you know, use my trading shadow software and I'm rich overnight. And it's not true most of the time. It's not true for a variety of reasons, but it's not true. So you got to watch out for that aspirational aspirational language because it's misleading. You know, we've always told people this is not a get rich quick scheme. You're not going to get rich overnight in this project. It's not going to happen and it's not going to happen unless you roll up your sleeve and are willing to get to work with us. But when you use that aspirational language as it's called, it tricks people in their mind into thinking this is a sure thing. This is a sure thing. know careful be careful right so we know these things now we've got more experience now so our story has to change let's take a quick look back at what the story was before because i put together this page on the mind txc help center for quick mind txc pitches we had five of them We had five of them. The You Missed It, Bitcoin Redo, Decentralized, Texit, Oh You Love Network Marketing. Oh, there's number six. Six pitches. Okay. So let's go through these pitches real quick and kind of, like I said, help you understand how we got to where we are now. Or at least where we were. So pitch number one, the You Missed It pitch. Didn't get in on Bitcoin. It's okay. We missed it too. I made the original Bitcoin coin. You know, this one here. Where is it? I got it right here. This original Bitcoin coin, most famous coin in the world today, the quintessential representation of all things crypto back in two thousand and twelve. Before you probably even heard about Bitcoin, I was stamping coins with a Bitcoin B on it. Anyway, we're going to pause for a moment, actually, and take a quick look at some of my background stuff. I don't want to spend a lot of time on it, but I do want to encourage you to consider why I believe I'm qualified to have this conversation with you at all. We'll do that in a minute after we get through the you missed a pitch. When I made this coin, Bitcoin was five bucks. Bitcoin was five dollars a coin. I bought zero because I'm a gold and silver guy. Can't wrap my mind around digital currency. I don't hold it. I don't own it. I didn't get it. I missed it. You missed it. We both missed it. Maybe you didn't miss it. Maybe you got a little taste of it. But most of us missed it. This is a Bitcoin time machine. It's not too late. We're just getting started. Bitcoin's been here since two thousand nine. Seventeen years now that Bitcoin's been around, Texacoin's been out just over two years. We're just getting started. Now, you got to watch out. Let me give you the counter argument for that. You got to watch out for the ground floor pitch. OK, everybody wants you to believe that you're getting into some one of a kind deal at the ground floor, ground floor, ground floor opportunity, ground floor. Yeah, it is ground floor. Yes, it is early. No, it's not brand new. No, you can't pick up fifty million coins for two point eight cents. We launched at two point eight cents. So like it's not day one for us, but it's still early in our story. And if you look back over those hundred and twenty six weeks, you can see all the things that we've developed since we got started way back when. So you missed Bitcoin. We missed it. This is our second chance. It's proof of work. It's, you know, no pre-mine. It's very, very similar in terms of its technology to Bitcoin and Litecoin, things that I missed and you missed as well. So there's pitch number one. I call it the you missed it pitch. Number two, Bitcoin redo. Concern that Bitcoin is controlled today by the same institutions that it set out to disrupt. No worries. Let's have a do over. Let's summarize that one real quick. You know, we were at the World Digital Mining Summit conference speaking last year. We were uninvited this year, thanks to some fraud accusations from our friends in the state of Texas. It's all good. But we went there and we were listening in about kind of the evolution of Bitcoin mining. In two thousand and nine, you could mine it on a home computer quite competitively and participate at home on your CPU. Well, by like two thousand ten, two thousand eleven, you needed to have a graphics card that was pretty cool to do that. Then by like twenty twelve, you needed to have a bank of graphics cards mining this thing. Today, if you're not showing up in the Bitcoin conversation with like, you know, institutional money, I'm ready to not just build thirty five acres of crypto mining, but I'm going to put a nuclear reactor in next to it so that I don't have to put any strain on the power grid. Like that's where you need to be today in order to competitively mine Bitcoin and most of the other big proof of work cryptos. And so what that means is that the little guy can't participate anymore. If you're mining at home in California with a forty five percent kilowatt hour, forty five cents per kilowatt hour electricity price, we did the numbers. You can do the numbers right now. You're going to lose a fortune. Well, you lose quite a bit. So that's number two. We're going to do it again. We're going to go down that same path, but we're going to build it so that individuals will always have a seat at the table. Decentralized Texas mine pitch. Over time, mining, a long time ago, mining Bitcoin was profitable. Then the banks and the megacorps came in. Most of crypto mining today still is in China or owned and controlled by China. You can look it up, check out which pools control it. It's mostly China. Now, I'm in Singapore, not in China. We're not even that close to China, but I'm not anti-China. I'm not anti-Asia. I'm a real big fan of Asian culture and food and people and customs, but I don't want them in control of my money. The idea that, well, you can't get on the bus today because you didn't say enough nice things on social media. Oh, did you say something bad about the people in power? Oh, you're not able to drive your car this week. I don't like that idea. That's not something that's not a future that I'd like to contribute to. And so if we have that same general feeling about our money, then we need to control our money. And we're building that mind primarily now in Texas. So the Texas pitch, every empire in the history of mankind has fallen. It's just a matter of time. Will Texas go down with the ship or will it become an independent nation once again? We don't know. We also don't have the ability to influence that outcome, nor do we particularly want it. We're not a political organization. In fact, I just wrote an article the other day all on the Texacoin website talking about this because people have asked about it a lot. And we said, well, look, let's do a deep dive. But at the bottom of this, we say, look, Texacoin is not a secession campaign. We have no plank, no candidate, and no prediction. Texas independence is a decision for Texans, not for us, not a mining company, not a crypto project. What we'd like to see is, is that if Texas decides to make a political change, we want it to have honest money. What would it be like if honest money had a place to call home? Honest money is a concept right now. Individuals engage honest money. But what if there was an actual political structure that baked honest money into its foundation? That would be cool. Maybe the Republic of Liberland is doing that. I don't know. know maybe a nation out there is legalizing it i've heard great things about el salvador any el salvadorian updates are you tuned in on that at all um Yeah, I don't know exactly. I know Bitcoiners, they love paying each other with Bitcoin in El Salvador on the Lightning Network, but Lightning doesn't even work that well, and it's not a true layer one. Lightning Network's weird, man. The magazines are like, just use Lightning Network. I'm like, I don't know anyone. that knows how to use it. I've tried it. I bought a coin at a coin fair in Berlin. They're like, just pay me in Bitcoin. It's got to be the Lightning Network. I'm like, do you use that? They're like, no, but that's what my country requires if I'm going to take a Bitcoin payment. Oh, okay. So back to the point. The point is that like, wouldn't it be cool if the future Republic of Texas, the people of Texas were like, hey, instead of us trying to figure out how to set up a central bank, let's just use crypto. Well, which one? the mind in China one or the mind in Texas one. And so we don't know what the future holds for Texas, but we would love to see it have in its future. The love network marketing pitch. This is a really interesting one. We went into great detail about this last night. Last night's call was all about mining packages and how they're marketed through our network marketing arm. Why does that matter? It matters because we need to bring together a community of people. And network marketing is one of those really powerful tools done very poorly and scammy and slimy in the past by bad people. But if you take our transparency, our integrity that we've demonstrated now over the last hundred twenty six weeks and you pair it up with that type of marketing strategy, it works. It works great. It has worked great. And if you love that kind of thing, then come join us. We've got a great product that you can't find on the shelf at Walmart for ten cents on the dollar. And the last one is you want to get rich. And this is where we got to be careful because we start getting into that, you know, fourth pillar of the how we test, which is the expectation of profit. Well, from the work of other people. Third, third one. You know, if you got into Bitcoin at three thousand dollars in twenty eighteen, you would have done pretty well. What's that? A thirty almost a thirty X today. It was a. You know, forty X at one point, even if you picked it up in twenty eighteen right after it plunged, it would have been a good deal. So people get into crypto because they want to get rich. Now, is that the case for Texacoin? We're going to talk about that in a few moments, but I want to warn you, it's dangerous. It's volatile. can look at the chart of where texacoin is today we're not happy about it but you can look at where we were back in september of last year and so we know what the future could hold for us but we definitely can't guarantee you it's going to happen and we definitely can't tell you to expect it to happen and we definitely can't tell you that if you do expect it to happen we're going to do all the work for you we'll talk more about that in the next few months but that's how we got to where we are today. That's what happened to get us to where we got. Do you have a preference, Matty, on which one of those you like the most? Which one resonates with you? I'll bring it back. I like it all. Yeah. Do you mean like out of all the pitches or like within the getting rich part? Well, within all the pitches, which one of those, you know, and you're a crypto bro. We met some crypto bro. I think like a hands down it's the Bitcoin redo pitch, which is like more relevant today in Texacoin than ever because Bitcoin was supposed to be peer to peer cash. It failed as that, um, it gave up on that. The lightning network is not even that. Uh, and so Texacoin having this plan or this, uh, you know, mission of getting peer to peer payments with local businesses, you know that's that's part of the bitcoin redo that that is super relevant today yeah i like that one as well and i couldn't agree with you more um because that's kind of you know part of our core foundation right it's like uh this is what makes us different texacoin picks up or the bitcoin community left off captured along the way. We're talking about building an ecosystem. I hated that word for a long time, more than most other people. You go out to these crypto conventions, you walk up to an exhibit or booth. Well, tell me about your project. Well, we're a Web three DeFi ecosystem. Word salad, word salad, word salad. And you're like, I didn't understand any part of that. So I had like a permanent ban on the word ecosystem. You couldn't come into our office and say ecosystem. Why? Because we're building a mine. That's our project. We're building a mine. Well, OK, welcome to the word ecosystem, because now this ecosystem has sprouted, has exploded, has mushroomed out of that project as we knew was going to happen. That's what we called phase two. Phase one for us was building the mine and crowdsourcing the cash, the community, the cash, the mine, all that stuff. I talked for a long time about the dots. If we build this mine, we will have a top one hundred coin. Well, we're twenty three percent of the way there. And with that twenty three percent, we got about halfway to our goal or a third of the way to our goal. the numbers match now we have to keep going now we got to keep going but you're right that the bitcoin redo is the the way that i like to think about this project the best because it explains who we are in a nutshell and it shows how we're different and one of the things that i wanted to point out real quick um is as we were talking about pitch number one um is leadership And, you know, look, give me give me a little bit of leeway here. How do I how do I make that? That's a nice view. I like that view. Oh, I like this view even better. So leadership, why does it matter? Because Bitcoin doesn't have Satoshi Nakamoto. Bitcoin started by in two thousand and eight by Satoshi Nakamoto. We don't know who Satoshi is. Still, to this day, we don't know. We don't have a guy out there with the microphone on stage saying, I started this. I care about it more than anyone else does. And I'm going to continue to lead us in the direction of honest money. We don't have Satoshi. And so I'd like to be that guy. Am I saying, is Bobby saying he's Satoshi? No, no, no, not Satoshi. Bobby made the original coin. No, no, no, not Satoshi. Calm down, calm down. But I am saying that leadership is an important or critical component to success in this space. Somebody has to be there at the helm to make sure that it doesn't keep veering and drifting back to centralization. Bitcoin started out digital, decentralized, peer-to-peer money. It wasn't supposed to be a DeFi, Perps, ICO fundraising, Web three real world asset tokenization, blockchain transparency thing. That's not what it was. It was digital cash for the decentralized marketplace. It was money for the Internet. And it worked really well and it grew. Then all of a sudden the bank showed up. I saw it. I was there. I watched it. I'll never forget being at a convention or a crypto event in twenty twenty eighteen. I think I was in Berlin. I sat down. This guy's wearing a suit. We're all there in backpacks and flip flops. He's wearing a suit. Where are you from? Bank of blah, blah, blah. Oh, OK. That's a little weird or a little uncomfortable there. What are you doing here? Oh, I'm the keynote. What? Do you know anything about crypto? Nah, man, just figuring it out right now. Really? What are you talking about? I don't know. They just gave me the microphone, said you're the guy in the suit. Get up on stage and tell us what to do next. We lost it. We lost our way. We handed it over to the banks. I watched it happen. I was there. Leadership. Somebody's got to be here to keep this thing from drifting back to the centralized thing that it was set out, you know, setting out to disrupt in the first place. OK, I'd like to be that guy. Am I qualified to be that guy? I don't know. Let's take a look. In two thousand and eight, I started the American open currency standard. I launched my own currency, the American open currency standard in two thousand and eight. Milestone number one. It's the same year that Satoshi published the white paper. Come on, man. Like he went digital. I went physical. He won. I did OK, but I ain't crypto rich. But we both did it in two thousand and eight. Why? Because we both saw the same problem. The money is broken. Something's wrong. It's not going to end well for working class people. Someone's going to have to do something about it. Satoshi went digital. I went physical. OK, twenty twelve. Discovering Bitcoin, giving Bitcoin an official identity. That's what happened in twenty twelve. When I minted that, if you look at the back of every one of these coins that I made back in twenty twelve, they all say AOCS approved. American Open Currency Standard approved right there on the coin with the date stamp. Number three, in two thousand and twelve, I testified in front of U.S. House Financial Services subcommittee on domestic monetary policy. Regarding parallel currencies, the roadmap to monetary freedom in front of this guy who I met for the first time back in two thousand and eight, two thousand and nine years. where I got that fire lit in my heart for honest money. You're gonna hear a lot more about this guy in the coming weeks. I had a screen up a moment ago about the Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity's DC Summer Conference. It's going down this Saturday and none other than our very own Maddie is going to be there. Maddie, did you get the news from them today? They have a new guest. That's right. Yeah. Thomas Massey will be speaking at the conference in D.C. here on Saturday. And your purpose to go there is to say hello, make sure that our live stream is connected so that I can tune in at one a.m. Singapore time, which is right after their lunch concludes, where I will introduce the Nectar Pay, and I will make my donation to the Ron Paul Institute. We're already their headline sponsor for the whole year, but I'll make a donation. I will do it with Nectar Pay, and I will encourage you out at home and everyone at the conference to consider donating to the Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity with crypto. What a novel idea. What can we do with crypto? We can gamble it on the exchanges or we can put it to the work of spreading the message of peace and prosperity. Which one's better? So I'm going to do that at one a.m. But the other reason that you're going there is to help line up new guests for our new program. And I want to talk about that in a moment next as we continue working through this and maybe getting to the purpose of tonight's call with the twelve minutes we've got left. But this is going down on Saturday. Check it out if you're in the D.C. area. But again, we've got this new program called Honest Money Live. It has not launched yet. A lot of people are talking about it. because this is a weekly, raw, uncensored conversation on money, liberty, and the rails of the future hosted by me and you. And we've got some really great guests that are lined up for it now. There's one rule. If you want to be a guest on our program, you got to be willing to go live with us. You should already be going live. The platform rewards it, the audience trusts it, and no clip you post after the fact will ever match The results will show you how to do it. Right. But we made a deal with our friends at the Ron Paul Institute. I don't want to disclose too many details of the deal. There's us, by the way. But we made a deal and we gave them a bit of a bounty. We said, look, for every guest that you help us line up to co-present live for us on the Honest Money Hour, we'll make a donation. I won't tell you what the donation is. You'll go to their website and see it add up if you like. But you're going there on Saturday to make some friends and to line up some of these guests for this new program that is launching very, very soon. And I'm very excited about it, guys, because it will put us in front of probably the tune of two to three million people every week talking about my favorite thing, honest money. And I will never forget my friend Greg and Ricardo, a couple other guys put together a meeting at a barbecue joint in Frisco, Texas. And they asked me to come out and speak. I walked in, man, the room is jam-packed, wall to wall. And I said, I've been doing this honest money thing since two thousand and eight. And I never, I never, I've never seen so many people as do in this room right now. And that was an awesome and powerful feeling. The feeling that we had back in two thousand and eight when people drove vans and buses and cars from all over the country to converge on Washington, D.C. for the March for the Revolution. I don't remember if that's the exact name. I was there. And that fire that was lit, that energy that was there, we're bringing that back together with some really great people to live And we'll have millions of people tune in every week. That's Honest Money Live. And that's why you're going there to make some friends and get our schedule confirmed for that event. OK, so let's see if we can find a way to wrap up this call, because you guys know what had happened. You guys know what we did. You guys saw this climb and you also saw it go down the other way. You know, we spent weeks trying to figure out what happened. And then we came to peace with our first cycle and market dynamics. We understood what happened. And now we're ready to do it again. The result of the work that we did from selling mining packages made us profitable in seven months. Everybody thinks crypto, you're going to get rich overnight. Everyone thinks with network marketing, you're going to start a network marketing company, get rich seven months. It took seven months to go. to breaking even. We started in April, twenty twenty four. It was in December of twenty twenty four that I looked at myself in the mirror and I breathed a sigh of relief and I said, we're going to we're going to be OK. I was in Thailand getting my daughter's kidneys repaired. So we're going to be OK. We brought in a community of more than fifty thousand minors. We brought in close to one hundred fifty million dollars. We hit that three hundred fifty million dollar market cap. We got to profitable. I want to pause for just a second and talk about how important profitability is. It's hard. If you're an entrepreneur, man, it's like the Holy Grail. You have an idea. You sketch it on a napkin. You get to work. You start building. And then maybe, maybe someday at minimum wage or less, you get to the point where you're profitable and you go, it worked. You guys know what I'm talking about, man. It's hard. You got to like wake up and go out, find money every day to make payroll, like cover the bills. It's hard work. Well, we did it. And we did it so well, so well that we were able to shut down across the board in February, halt sales globally, not just in Texas or Arizona. Globally. and meet our rent, our payroll, our bills, every obligation since then. That was seven months ago. We're coming up on eight months, seven months. That was seven months ago. That's what profitability does. That's what retained earnings does. That's what savings does for you. We were able to meet this challenge by the state of Texas head on, not with like my brother-in-law who got his law degree online from a pizza box, but with the best attorneys in the world that cost millions and millions of dollars. We did it. We have built dozens of tools with this quiet time, which I have enjoyed immensely. We have millions left over that have yet to be invested in the success of our project. That's what profitability did for us. That's what it continues to do for us. And that's what we got from mining packages. That's why we're starting it back up. And that's why we're going to keep going because we only got twenty three percent of the way to where we want to go. Look at all of the good that we did with twenty three percent. We have so much more now to enjoy and explore. But how? What's the new pitch, Bobby? Can you get to the point? We've got five mere minutes left in tonight's call. Are you guys enjoying the one hour limit, by the way? I don't know if we get like thumbs up and stuff from people commenting, but we're trying to keep it to an hour to be respectful of your time and not bore you and drone on. These calls in the past were two and a half, three hours long, but now that we're in front of two hundred eighty three people and then some, it's important for us to be respectful of your time. OK, here it is. The big moment. Drum roll. The new pitch. And it's not perfected yet. We're going to make a video perfecting it. Join us. That's it. It's the new pitch. It's not the Texas secession pitch. It's not the get rich now pitch. It's the join us. Come have fun. Make some friends. Do something real. We've showed you over the last two years that with honesty, transparency, and integrity lighting the path, you can get to where you want to go. That has been literally the biggest question and challenge of my adult life. Can you build a successful thing without lying, without cheating, and without stealing? All of those things that I told you about a moment ago, profitability of fifty thousand miners, one hundred forty seven plus million dollars. You know, the three hundred fifty plus million dollar market cap, the trips, the supercars, the hot air balloons. We did all of that. No arrests, no doors kicked in, no assets seized. I even got an email today today from the bank that stole our four million bucks saying we want to talk. Oh, surprise, surprise. Surprise, surprise. I bet you want to talk. You watch that corner too. Feeling a little stupid now. We'll see what they have to say. That's all I got. We want to talk. And so we did it. We didn't have to lie. We didn't have to cheat and we didn't have to steal. And if that rings true to you, if that feels good to you, if that makes your heart feel a little warmer and a little fuller, that there's somebody out on planet Earth right now that gives a darn about honest money, that wants to work hard to have fun and make some friends and to create something valuable. If it makes you feel good to know that not everyone has given up, If it makes you feel reassured to know that somebody in this crazy crypto industry of ours actually remembers why this whole thing started in the first place. If you like the idea of being a part of a community that cares about honest money and spreading the message of peace and prosperity, just like the Ron Paul Institute says. If you like the idea of being a part of that community, then please come and join us. It's not free, okay? You gotta put your money down on the table. You gotta put some skin in the game. You gotta take a risk with us. Everybody else did it. There have been no free rides for anyone. You can support us by picking up a handful of TXC on the open market, or you can support us even more by buying a mining package. It's not a dirty word. It's not a network marketing company if you don't want it to be. It's a daily distribution of a pro rata exactly to the hundreds of a thousandth of a coin of TXC. It will give you that distribution for the next hundred and thirty five years with nothing else to do. You don't have to sign anybody else up. You don't have to give us any more money. But if you'd like to help us crowdsource this Texas mine, it's a thousand bucks. If you'd like to join us and participate in what you get when you take financial technology and something as important as honest money, spreading peace and prosperity, it's called Texacoin. Is it a risk? Absolutely. Is it guaranteed? Absolutely not. But if you want to participate, join us, have fun, make friends, do something real, get involved. Your daily distribution of Texacoin. And yeah, regulators, if I'm right, we're going to make a profit. If I'm right, some of us are going to get rich. And knowing full well that the trolls and the regulators are watching this right now, I'm extremely comfortable telling you that. Because you know that the only way that that's going to happen is if you roll up your sleeves and you help us build and grow. want to go buy some txe on the open market and cross your fingers and put it on a cold storage coin in a drawer and do nothing else you can it's a digital commodity you have the right to do that and it's not a security no one is as accused texit coin of being a security it's a digital commodity that didn't come up a single time in the briefs in the court hearing and the evidence in anything whatsoever it's not disputed so if you want to buy some TXC on the open market, put it on your cold storage wallet, lock it in your safe, cross your fingers, kick back, put your feet up and enjoy the ride. By all means, please do it. But if you want to help us, if you want to build, if you want to grow, if you want to participate and play an active role, and helping us get to where we want to go, helping us do something bigger and better than what we did already, buy a mining package. Join us. Make some friends. Have some fun. But be ready to roll up your sleeves and help us build and grow because it's the only way that we're going to get to where we want to go. That's the new pitch, guys. That is the not lawyer approved from the words of Bobby recorded for all to enjoy and see. Join us. Have some fun. Make some friends. Do something real. Get off the couch. Participate. And if I'm right, yeah, we'll make a profit. But it's only going to happen through our active participation. Don't expect it. If you do expect it, you won't. to that outcome. If you don't want to participate, just go buy some TXC. If you want to participate and help us build, you want to be a part of this fun, amazing thing that we created together, buy a money package. Okay. It's not free and it's probably not cheap for most people. Money's tight. I get it. But I'm looking you in the eye and I'm asking you to evaluate that risk and And if you're comfortable, only if you're comfortable, put your money back down on the table and join us. That's our pitch today. We did it. We did everything that we said we were going to do. We've had all of that open in court on the record for you to go back and evaluate. Please do. Along with everything else, the bankruptcies from twenty thirteen, the mining hiccups. We've come a long way since then. very proud of the work that we've done while we've been kind of trying to find ourselves decide what the future wants to look that's going to look like but today i want to invite you to join us if you've got a thousand bucks to put down on the table take that risk please do it because we did a great job so far and we're ready to do it again with a better team than anyone's ever seen in this space in the crypto space in the network marketing space join us. Make some friends. Have some fun. And if you want to expect that experience to be profitable for you, be ready to roll up your sleeves and go to work. Because the only way that peace and prosperity is going to get to every corner of the world is if you and I take it there together. I can't do it all by myself. I can do a lot. I'm having a good time, so don't feel bad for me. But I can't do it all. I need your help. If you want to sit back, enjoy the ride, buy some TXA. If you want to Roll up your sleeves and help us build this thing. Season four, pick up a money package. I think you'll be glad that you did. I'm Bobby Graham, the founder of Texacoin. This is my life and it's my life's work. I'm very proud of the work. I'm proud of the things that we've created. Maddie, thanks for helping with this experience and journey. Good luck out there this weekend in D.C. And I will talk to you guys all tomorrow night if you decide to join to learn more about wallets. We've had a lot of evolution. in the realm of wallets and a lot has changed it's all way better than it's ever been but I got to show you how to use these tools so tune in again tomorrow night same time seven o'clock Central Time here with Bobby gray and maybe Maddie and our other friends to talk more about honest money Maddie take us away do we so do we want to get to those questions from the cafeteria tomorrow um well i haven't looked to see where yeah you know um i i feel bad about that because i told everybody the other day to like go to the cafeteria submit your questions you know the questions. We have them all saved. So we'll get to that. We're out of time tonight. And the other thing, too, is I want to remind people that we have a theme kind of for each call. Like tomorrow night's going to be about wallets. So please don't show up on tomorrow night's call and ask me about mulling and bankruptcies. I will just refer you to to the page on the website it tells you everything you need to know you might want to know about the mulligan bankruptcy but if you got questions tomorrow night about wallets that's the time and the place to show up for that conversation right so um the other thing we have to do is we got to get somebody with administrative access from our team to moderate the cafe that way they can put the questions up on screen because it's really distracting for me to try to bounce back and forth between them and try to answer it so um so so we've got to do better with uh prep work and management for this call we're getting better but uh of course we're learning and improving as we go so let's not cover those tonight but let's get into those related to wallets tomorrow night and other things as we get into um the next couple calls for the marathon week let's go awesome
