TEXITcoin's Future: Utility Drives Value Amidst Challenges

Sunday, September 6, 2026

This community call reviews TEXITcoin's journey, the launch of new utility projects like Nectar Pay and the Seeds Exchange, and how these aim to rebuild value and community engagement following recent setbacks.

Summary

This call, held on September 6th, kicked off with a recap of Matty Allen's presentation at the Ron Paul Institute conference, highlighting TEXITcoin's role in the honest money movement. The speaker then reviewed TEXITcoin's journey through its various 'seasons,' acknowledging past challenges, including a cease and desist order in Texas and the recent issue with the BitMart exchange. He emphasized that the project is not giving up and is now focusing on "Season 4," inviting the community to help shape its future.

The core of the discussion centered on how new utilities are being built to drive TEXITcoin's value. The speaker detailed several projects developed since the regulatory setback, including Fair Money for First Nations, a video streaming service (Stream TXC), an educational platform (CryptoU), and a new web3 data platform (Bonfire). Special attention was given to Nectar Pay, a payment terminal system offering zero merchant fees, and the upcoming non-custodial Seeds Exchange, designed to address issues seen with other crypto exchanges. The goal is for these utilities to create demand for TEXITcoin, potentially pushing it into the top 100 cryptocurrencies.

The call concluded by reiterating that TEXITcoin's growth depends on the community's participation. Miners were encouraged to evaluate the project's direction. For those outside Texas and Arizona, acquiring a mining package was suggested as a way to engage, while others could support by acquiring TEXITcoin on the open market. The speaker stressed that while there are no guarantees, individual contributions can significantly impact TEXITcoin's future, unlike larger, more established cryptocurrencies.

Thank you so much, Thomas. That's terrific. I'll tell a quick story. We have to move on. But when we founded in April of, in April of, in April of, in April of, Dennis Kucinich and others, they were all on the top at the dais. We were opening the event. And in march was Thomas Massey, newly elected, didn't give a damn, went in and sat down and started speaking in this turn game. So that, I think, says a lot about his character. We're going to do a little bit of something. There's a little bit of a change. We had invited the sponsor of today's event, Texacoin, and Bobby Gray to speak remotely. He lives in Singapore. But he has designated his assistant, Mahdi Allen, to come and talk a little bit about what they're up to and some of the exciting things they have on offer. Good afternoon. I'm Matty Allen, representing Texacoin. It's our honor to be a sponsor at this tenth annual conference for the Ron Paul Institute. But first, let's give another round of applause for Thomas Massey and all our speakers. Today I'm going to tell you about how I got into crypto, how I found Texacoin, tell you about the founder, Bobby Graham, and do a live demo of our new tech for making donations to the Ron Paul Institute. In total, this is a story about honest money. Slide two. My crypto journey. Any fans of gold and silver here? Me too. I didn't take Bitcoin seriously until I passed the price of gold at just twenty five hundred dollars nine years ago. Then I found a guy who makes these physical coins out of gold and silver that store digital value. That guy was Bobby Craig, the founder of Texacoin. I later found out Bobby actually invented the Bitcoin logo, the coin you see here on the slide, back when Bitcoin was just five dollars. Anyway, imagine my surprise being able to store a crypto password on a real-life gold, silver, or copper coin. I proceeded to hand the crypto coin to over a hundred folks, friends and family, also including one to Jordan Peterson and even Hawk Tuo. Instant adoption without all the scary technical aspects. Better tech has truly existed in crypto for a long time, but it takes an honest money movement for real-world adoption. It takes action from us all. I also ran into a problem early on. We'll come back to this later. Bitcoin was costing fifty dollars to send a single transaction. People weren't using it to replace fiat in everyday purchases anymore. Slide three. Now let's talk about Bobby's honest money journey. Bobby didn't just make the first Bitcoin coin image. Bobby had pioneered a movement in community currencies, specifically gold and silver, for twenty years. He testified in Ron Paul's last monetary policy hearing, and I think we've actually got a clip of that. Slide four. Go ahead and hit play. The currency circulated long before governments were able to themselves to interfere. Thousands of community currencies were created, circulated, and traded in places where the scarcity of dollars was interfering with humans' desire to live. And they didn't have time to sit around and wait for the government to fix the problem. The people in our world are very happy to go right along saving you from your own destruction by producing value against all odds, regulations, codes, and challenges that you throw our way. Leave our money alone. It doesn't belong to you and it never will. Excellent. So on behalf of Bobby and all of us at Texacoin, I want to thank Ron Paul for always being our champion for honest money. Next slide. Slide six. So what is honest money? Well, it's the opposite of being forty trillion dollars in debt and infinite money printing from central banks. Honest money is bitcoin, texacoin. Honest money is scarce, has a known supply, it stores value, it's permissionless, it's borderless. No central entity can shut it off because they don't like your political statements. Funny story, I actually got debanked once for interviewing another crypto founder, Richard, on YouTube because the government didn't like it. What I suspected was confirmed. We need honest money. Slide seven. What is Texacoin and what have we achieved? It's like a Bitcoin redo. Specifically, peer-to-peer payments are one of the utilities. Something Bitcoin stopped trying. And today, we can do a transaction for a fraction of a penny on Texacoin using stable coins like the Texas Stable Dollar, not made by the state of Texas, or you We also crowdsourced a hundred and fifty million dollars for building a mine in Texas. We've got a great team and a community of over fifty thousand members. These are people who love Ron Paul, Freedom, Crypto, and specifically Honest Money. Our fifty thousand members are growing. You can learn more at the website honest.money. Slide eight. Our new tech, Nectar Pay, the first batch of ten thousand payment terminals, is now being deployed in Dallas and worldwide. Merchants get zero percent fees, self-custody, and no chargebacks. No evil banker, credit card middleman charging three percent or more. Slide nine. The website is nectar-pay.com. You can use this tech to accept payments for your business or even raise money for a cause like the Ron Paul Institute. So right now we're going to make a ten thousand dollar donation. We're going to do a live demo here in the next two minutes. Slide ten. We would encourage you to do the same to give to Ron Paul. I think we'll be able to get a better domain site for you to find it. But right now, for people also watching at home on our YouTube channel, the website is app.nectar-pay.com slash t slash ron dash paul dash institute. Slide eleven. I'm Matty Allen, filling in for Texacoin founder Bobby Gray. This has been a talk about honest money. You can join us at our website, honest.money. And now it's time for a live demo. Go ahead and switch screens. So we're going to kick off the donating to the Ron Paul Institute here at the website we made with Nectar Pay. And I've got my associate back there, Eddie, and he's got his crypto wallet out. And he's going to click the button there to make the donation. And there's going to be a QR code that pops up. Today he's gonna be using the Texas stable dollar that TexasCoin created, which is another form of wrapped US dollar coin. So it's one for one with a dollar and a bank account. And he's got the QR code that popped up there. He's using his phone back there in the back with a camera that is taking a picture of the QR code. He's going to hit the send button. And about five to ten seconds later, the money will be right there on the coin that Ron Paul has in his safe at home. And we'll get a confirmation link here. And so, yeah, this is something that's really exciting to be a part of this movement of honest money. Man, I like that video so much. That's my favorite thing. Are you joining on stage? Come join us. We watched that at the end of yesterday's call. And, man, I just loved it. I loved it so much. I was like, we have to find it. We got to play it at the beginning of tonight's call. That's such a great, great. The demo worked. You ran off that stage so fast. You're like, it worked. Run. Before anything can go wrong. Oh, man. Great job. Thanks for going in there, Monty, and filling in. Right. Thanks for giving me the opportunity. It was very cool. It was one a.m. over here, and I'm like, look, man, I'm not going to be at my best. The last thing I want to do is show up on this call. rubbing my eyes bad lighting hi everyone it's me i'm tired here's some money uh so you did an incredible job and i really appreciate that thank you so much uh okay so so welcome everyone it is sunday sixth of september uh uh and we are wrapping up tonight our marathon week you know um We've done a couple of these marathon weeks, and we do them when big things are happening, when the tectonic plates are shifting in our world. We have been sticking to this format where we're capping the calls to one hour. I think that Many people enjoy knowing that they're not in for like another nine hour whopper. And so we we've got a lot to cover. And, you know, we've come a long way in just these last few months. We had the big thing leading up to the court stuff. And now that's behind us. And we're starting what we call season four, phase three, season four, chapter two. I know it's a little hard to keep up. with these systems of ours. But it's actually pretty simple. But we're starting season four. And season four, season one was building a mine, figuring things out on a dirt road in McKinney, Texas. Season two was growth, fun, excitement, supercars and hot air balloons and traveling from one side of the world to the other to tell our story. And of course, season two ended with a bit of a cliffhanger with Bobby flying one way so that he can run And the project getting hit with a cease and desist in Texas, our home area, not like some random middle of nowhere state, but in Texas, home. And so then season three was all about looking inward and discovering what we could have done different to avoid that, why these accusations were made. but provably false. And we were looking forward to that day in court. We invested a ton of money in the best counsel, which we kind of feel a little silly about, knowing that the other guys did not show up with their A game. But that's what we were doing. And while we were doing that, we were building. It was an important time for us to figure out how to get some of this tech together that was going to pave the way for phase two. which we'll talk about in another few moments. But that's what we did during season three. And then season three capped off with our big moment in court and a verdict that we won't have maybe for another three, three and a half months at this point. But the verdict is coming. And as far as I'm concerned, the whole thing is already behind us. Not that the verdict doesn't matter. Not that we don't want it to go our way. Of course we do. And I'm sure it will be big news when that does happen. But we have to move on. Whether we get hacked or we have a system fail or a transformer is the wrong one or whatever the setback is. give up. Guys like Ron Paul have been in there fighting for this, fighting for peace and prosperity for decades, decades. And so what? Two years into this project, we get a nasty gram from a regulator and we're just going to walk away from this thing that people better than us have worked on for decades? That's not what we are. And so and so we had to find a way to keep going. And we did. And we got through a really challenging period in our lives, which was great. And now season three is wrapping up and we get on to season four and season four is not yet written. And the question ultimately for our friends watching this is, would you like to help us write? Season four, would you like to be there as we write the next installment of this very dramatic, very exciting mini series of ours? And we invite you to do that. We invite you to roll up your sleeves and come and join us. Honest Money needs all the help that it can get. It is not gonna happen unless we make it happen. You think about where we are today. You know, whose fault is it? Which administration are we blaming for inflation or border problems or this problem or the temperature of the earth or the lack of water in the dam? But these are all things that have been created from decades, decades of bad policies, bad decision making, bad leadership. I don't think you can point to any one thing and say that's really the root of all the problems and injustices that we're facing in our lives today. One exception, one exception to that. And that's what I've decided to make my life's work. Honest money. I think that if we point to nineteen thirteen as being a rough year in the history of America, you know, we got three terrible things in nineteen thirteen. Do you remember what they are? One of them, two of them, three of them. The creation of the Federal Reserve. Well, that was a gimme. Does anyone remember the other two things that went horribly wrong? I'm scrolling through the comments here to see if anybody else remembers what else went wrong. in nineteen thirteen, you could point to nineteen thirteen as being a really tough year for us. We got income tax. There you go. Thank you. And we also got the direct election of senators. Now, like in the past, in the early days, the states and legislatures would get together and they would pick their best guy to go and represent them, you know, their state, their people in the federal government. And then we switched it over to a direct election of that senator. So like we got something different. We got more of like a beauty contest than somebody that's actually representing the state's rights and values in the federal government. And so, look, if you if you want to know what I point to, I point to dishonest money as being the root of all evil. Um, and so that's what we're working on. That's why we're here. That's why we're taking our Sunday nights and sharing time with each other, uh, to help ignite, you know, that's that, that fire that I've got in my heart. Um, you know, that I've seen in you that I've seen in other people that are part of our community, you know, we've got to get that going. That's what it comes down to. Um, And so thanks for going out there, man. Any other comments? I think we talked a little bit about some of the experience yesterday, but Thomas Massey was on stage right before you. Is that right? yeah yeah he was there in person and i don't know if he was even scheduled to be there in person but he was and uh yeah he got the crowd all fired up you know right before i went on and even even afterwards you know there were there were a lot of people that came up and they wanted to know more about texacoin i gave out some of these uh upgraded cold storage coins that are, that are multi-chain and you know, the people who were coming up, a lot of them, they're in different cryptos. Some people made the comment like, Hey, I like, Oh, here's a good example. There was a state representative from Kentucky and he was like, I'm super excited about everything you're doing at Texas coin. Like we need to talk. He's like, I actually hold some Texas coin. He said, uh, He said, I got a coin of Ron Paul's ninetieth birthday, you know, so he's got five Texaco in there. And yeah, people were pumped. You know, people are like, oh, no, I'm in Bitcoin or I'm in BSV of all things. Oh, yeah. But they're like, hey, you know, we love everything you're doing for honest money. And yeah, they were interested in Texacoins. And that's a message that we really want to shout so that it's loud and clear. We're fans of honest money. Our version of that, our flavor of that is what we call Texacoin. That's our version of honest money. We took the crypto financial technology and we paired it up with honest money movement and we got Texacoin. But there's lots of other great cryptos out there. We're not anti anything that could help lead all of us towards a more fair, honest, decentralized future. If you're on that Bitcoin bandwagon, great. If your thing is Bitcoin SV, if your thing is Bitcoin Cash, whatever it is, if you're a part of that community because you like the idea, of limited you know money you like the idea of fast money you like the idea of permissionless money you like the idea of money that you can send from one side of the world to the other and back in seconds without having to go through a gatekeeper like whatever it is that is your flavor of you know this this financial technology if you're in it to help make the world more decentralized, more open, honest, and trustworthy, then we're a fan of that project as well. Meme coins, HawkTube coins, is that part of the honest money movement? Maybe not, but that's today's digital collectible. A lot of people are turned off by cryptos because they look at it and they're like, that's just a bunch of scams. Well, you could say the same thing about Beanie Babies. You could say the same thing about baseball card collecting or any other thing that people did as a hobby. So just think of meme coins and HawkTube coins as today's version of collectibles that we may have engaged in when we were younger. And so, okay, there's a lot of different parts to this industry. Some of them are a little weird. Some of them are very risky. But if you're on that honest money train, we want to be friends. And there's a really powerful thing that we've built into Nectar Pay. You know, Nectar Pay could have just accepted Texacoin. Nope. Our way or the highway? No. Come on, man. If you're a Dash person, if you love Litecoin and the work that Charlie Lee did to make this faster version of Bitcoin, all those, fine, let's go. Let's trade all of them. Let's trade together. And let's always strive to use the best version of money that we can get our hands on. And that's it. That's what it comes down to. Our version of that is Texacoin. We started with a blank slate. We started with great technology and we got to work. And we think that that's the way to go. But we don't demand your compliance. We want to educate our community because there are so many great things out there and we don't have them all. We can't build them all. But our version of honest money is called TexitCoin. And it's an exciting project. Tonight's call is probably not going to be too long. Hopefully we'll keep it short. You've got exciting things going on on the eve of a holiday, right? Tomorrow's Labor Day. That's right. So what I want to do tonight is do a quick review of what we talked about this week. I want to do a little bit more in the way of Q&A because I know we breezed through some Q&A opportunities this week. So if you've got questions, pop them into the chat and we'll get to as many of them as we can. And then we want to talk about what we're here for tonight, which is price, price, baby. You know, why are we doing all this? What does it come down to? Bobby, bottom line for me, honest money sounds good, but I'm not here to save the planet, man. I'm here to get rich. Tell me that that is in some way on our list of priorities somewhere. Yes, it is. Because like I told you from the very first video that I put out, you got to get rich. The world is going into some strange and uncertain times. And the last thing you want to do is go into that period of when you're broke, when you have no resources, when you're spending all day, every day, just try to keep your head above water. It's a tough way to live. And that's where most Americans are today. It's not exactly the same all over the world, but in our country, and I do still identify as an American, most people are struggling. Most people are struggling. And I think the reason for that is inflation. I think... There's one thing you can point to and it's inflation. That's it. Money. Bad, dishonest money. You know, I remember a meme that came out in like, twenty twelve or twenty thirteen that let me see if I can find it here. Silver quarter minimum wage. So I remember a meme that came out when people were battling with each other about minimum wage. And people said, you know, we really have to increase the minimum wage. The minimum wage is unfair. I got it here. And I found this meme. And the meme says in nineteen sixty four, the minimum wage was five silver quarters. In twenty twenty three, the melt value of those five silver quarters is twenty one dollars and fifty five cents. So let me see if I can explain this better. Dollar twenty five. One point two five. That was the minimum wage in nineteen sixty four. But that was equivalent to five silver quarters. Those five silver quarters as of the time that this meme was posted with a little Bitcoin logo there next to it was twenty one dollars and fifty five cents. And so they have inflated our savings out from under us. They have inflated our wealth away. It happens in chunks. It happens slowly. It happens over long enough periods of time so that very rarely do we notice it, but it's getting worse and people are beginning to notice it. And I see those videos on TikTok all the time with like, i'm at the grocery store and i took my receipt home i compared it to a receipt from like five years ago everything's doubled it's all twice as expensive now that's inflation you want to blame it on overprinting of money or extra tariffs and you know hidden costs for productions and licenses and regular whatever it is the price of stuff is going up and that's painful for a lot of people that you know are working class people sure if you're super rich you barely even notice it oh the price of gas to fill our yacht has gone up what a shame oh um But when you're working class, when you got a job and you and your wife or partner are out there both putting in forty, fifty hours a weekend just to make ends meet, you don't have any time. You don't have any time to get involved in a political discussion. You don't need time to participate in doing something better for mankind. You're so broke that it's all you got just to keep your head above water. And that is a disaster. That is a real disaster. And so ultimately we got to get rich. Okay, Bobby, that's really easy for you to say from your boat over there in Singapore. Well, I want it for me and I want it for you too. And we have to get rich together. There's no scenario where I get rich and you don't come with me for that adventure where I get to live happily ever after. It just doesn't work like that, especially not in crypto, especially when you're willing to show your face out there. You gotta get rich together. Now, it's gonna be different. Some people got in very early. Some people, you know, bought in and then sold their mining seats and got out and took a loss. You know, we saw some of that on the record a couple of weeks ago. But like if you're going to take this journey with me, if you want to learn about crypto, if you want to get prepared for the future of money and finance, you know, we've got to have an upside to it. That's the incentive. That's the incentive to stop scrolling for a minute and pause and watch this video. Well, tell me how. Well, it begins with education. It begins with understanding what's at stake. It begins with understanding how to get involved in crypto and not get scammed because they're a dime a dozen. And so, you know, we have to start there. The path that we chose was to build a mine. We were going to build a mine and I wagered that if we build a mine that's this big, we'd have a coin that's that valuable. But it takes time. This project was never designed to be a quick get rich quick scheme. It's not a pump. We don't have influencers that are going to boost our price up so that we can all sell, crash the market, buy our yachts and sell off in a sunset. It's not what we're doing. we're building a real thing and a real thing takes time, but somewhere in that value proposition, there's gotta be an incentive. There's gotta be an upside for you. And if you are willing to take this journey with us, you're willing to learn, and you're willing to, you know, take a deep breath from time to time when this thing feels scary and uncertain, then by all means, buckle up and Enjoy the adventure as we get to where we want to go, which is. Riches. That's what we want. That's why we're here. We want this thing to work. And I've got a plan. Now, you may not have a plan on how to start your own crypto. You may not have a plan on how to start your own alternative currency. I do. I'm not sure if my plan is right. I'm not sure if it's good. I like it enough to have bet the farm on it with my own personal money. And I think it's done pretty well so far. But each of us has to have to evaluate that question in our own way. How are you doing with this project? Are you getting out of this project what you want? And that's a question only you can find the answer to. But at the core of it all, we want to get rich. plain and simple, unapologetically, we want this project to work. We want to have a positive financial future come from the work that we do together and the time that we spend together. And so that's what we're here to talk about tonight as we get through a quick review of what we talked about this week. and onto Q&A and what the plan is to actually achieve that goal. So let's do a screen share here real quick. We were just taking a look at this a moment ago. Texacoin is what we're here to talk about. On Tuesday night, we started the conversation talking about the cost that it took, took a cost, the cost that it The price that we paid to get to where we are right now. We went through season one, we got to profitability. We started season two, the fun and the excitement, you know, all the things you really dream of when you get into a crypto project, the cars and the parties and the adventure and all that stuff. Done. Did it. Check. Okay. Then we had season three. And at the end of season two, that would have been the really great moment for me to be like, oops, it didn't work. See you guys later. Best of luck. But but we didn't. I didn't. Why not? It's not because I'm the greatest person on planet Earth. It's because we've got so much upside from this project that to take a couple million bucks and run. would be stupid. We've got so much upside coming our way. And so I don't want you to think of me as the greatest, most altruistic, selfless man on planet Earth. It's not true at all. It's actually... The opposite. I'm actually pretty selfish. I'm doing this project for me. We took a look at the holders. You know, we went to, where do we go? We went to the Block Explorer and we took a look at the Rich List. And guess who's number one? We took a look at my coin. I've got the most upside from this project, which gives me the most incentive to work hard towards its success. You know, at twenty cents a coin, Three million coins is, you know, what's that? Six hundred thousand bucks. It's not a lot. It's not enough to like run into, you know, forever and never have to think about money again. It may seem like a lot and I'm sure it's great, but it's not quite what we're going for. We talked about the price that we paid to keep this project going, the payroll, the investment in tech, the investment in top notch legal counsel. And at the end of that, we talked about what I need from you. I can't do it alone, guys. We're only twenty three percent of the way done. We got a long way to go. But we need to work together on this. And so on Wednesday, we got into a very deep conversation about network marketing. We talked about network marketing. It's a dirty word in some circles. People have like begged me not to use those three letters, MLM. This isn't really an MLM, but it sure seems like one from the outside. We've got a great referral marketing program that allows us to bring together a community of people, crowdsource a pile of cash and build this thing kind of the old fashioned way. I'd rather put money into your pocket than into Zuckerberg's pocket. I'd rather... pay commissions to the people that are helping us grow the community than to the platforms that are censoring and deep platforming members of our community. That's what we talked about on Wednesday, we started talking about the new comp plan and I've got it published now on the comp page of mine.honest.money. So if you go to mine.honest.money, click on comp, and then you can scroll down and see what the new plan is. It's shockingly similar to the old plan. The difference is that we've added these ranks so that we can keep our system more fair. Before we had this thing that we called the magic money rapid rewards comp plan. Now we've got way more things that you can promote, way more opportunities to earn. But we've got to keep it more fair. We want it to be very easy for somebody to come in and get their initial money back. But we want somebody to be able to really work hard for our success and be able to make more without having to game the system. And so we came up with this new plan that I'm very happy with. I designed it. I build it. I think it's a huge improvement on the plan that we had before. And so if you are willing to roll up your sleeves and help us build our bright future, this is the compensation plan that we are using to get to where we want to go. So please, if you want to support us, you can do it by buying a handful of coins off the open market. Put it on a cold storage wallet, lock it onto your, you know, seed-free steel plate, put it in safe, and then forget about it, cross your fingers, wish us luck. But if you'd like to participate in a meaningful way and actually have an opportunity to help us get to where we want to go, then buy a mining package outside of Texas and Arizona. Pick up a seat on the rocket, as we call it, and be prepared to help us grow to get to where you wanna go. If you have any expectation of profit whatsoever, then you gotta be willing to also do the work. other people to do that work for you that's what it you know that's what happens to make it start to smell like a security we've learned a lot about that over these last couple months um and so pretty pleased with sugar on top be careful never put in more than you're comfortable with um you know we we have the disclaimers we talk about them all the time it's important we don't say it for legal purposes we say it because crypto is the wild wild west of money and banking and you gotta be prepared for these wild swings. We've seen it with Texacoin. We've seen it with Bitcoin. You know, there are ten times in Bitcoin's history where it was way up and way down. So you got to have a strong stomach and you got to be ready to buckle up for, you know, the wild swings that are very common in crypto. Okay. On Thursday, we started to talk about the work and the wager of the honest money ecosystem. And I told you how I am falling in love with the word. ecosystem. I hated it at first and now I love it. Why? Because we've got our own ecosystem. We're not using other people's tools. We've built our own tools. So we talked on Thursday about kind of the origin of this project with Honest Money, as you saw Maddie talking about earlier and presenting on Saturday at the, what was that yesterday for you? Yesterday. We talked about Matty and his participation out there at the Ron Paul Institute Conference in DC and tried to show you what the origin of this project was and is. And if you want to go down and read the manifesto, which is a weird word, but it works. This talks about why we're here doing this project. Money is a tool, not a master. If your great grandparents didn't recognize it as money, take a closer look. This was an interesting thing because for a long time, honest money to us was gold and silver. Now we're using zeros and ones. And so grandma and grandpa might not be real impressed with this evolution of money, but we live in a digital world and we have to recognize that we have to use the tools of our time, especially if we wanna be successful with honest money. I did gold and silver for a long time. I still love it today. I value the work that I did, but I know that I can't send a bar of gold from here to the other side of the world and back nearly as quickly as I can do that with crypto. Competition between currencies is not a threat. There's no law in the US that says we have to use the US dollar. You can use Venmo, Zelle, Cash App. You can use tap to pay. You can barter with chickens and eggs. We are allowed to, as Americans, to choose the best money that we want to use. It's a really great privilege that we have, and it's not the same way around the world. So let's get multiple currencies. Let's have those currencies compete against each other, not against the dollar, to see what the market really prefers. No fair challenge can be made between honest men and thieves. We talked about this in Congress back in two thousand and twelve. You know, we're out here doing our voluntary system. We don't have a gun to point at people's heads to force them to comply. next american revolution will not be fought with bullets it's going to be one with changing the way we think about money when we all go you know what you had a hundred and thirteen years to do a good job you've made a mess of it forty trillion dollars in debt and the dollar is falling off a cliff and we're just done it's okay we don't need pitchforks in the street to accomplish that. We just need the tools and the will dollar and it's hard. It's hard. I mean, being unbanked, no bank account, no wire transfers. It's hard. How do we pay the electric bill? How do we do this? How do we do that? Guys, we got to figure it out because if we're that serious about living in a world that's not being inflated away from us by the devalued currency, we got to figure out how to do it the other way. We got to think outside of the dollar and it's hard. It's really tough, but now is the time to do it. we have to do it now we can't wait for somebody else to fix it for us and so we you know look back and we understand why gold and silver did well and we look forward and we think about the tools that we need to be successful in today's high-tech fast-paced digital world i took the blinders off i encourage you to do the same thing let's um move on but again this thursday friday we got all into the tech the wallets we started messing around with the honest money ecosystem mobile wallet we talked about the advantage of having it and running out of a browser window as opposed to an app in the app store it's difficult pain in the neck would love to have it in the app store for easy quick downloads but be that as it may uh it takes time and it's a difficult thing but if you've got questions about this remember you can find the other links to wallets on the website but i recommend mobile.honest.money you can run it from a browser window on your computer or you can do it on your mobile device it works spectacular if you've got an android phone you can download the apk and install the app on your phone without having to go through the app store These are tools that I've built personally. I'm the only one that has access to these tools. Does that mean it's a hundred percent bulletproof and you can trust it without having to even think about it? Absolutely not. Remember these things are changing all the time and you always have to be careful. safe for long periods of time but please be careful guys it's a weird dangerous world i did a good job making this but if you've installed some sort of software on your computer that's you know hacked into your browser or you know uh screen share recording or something like that you still are exposed so please be careful okay um so then we talked on friday saturday about the texas stable dollar And this is a really exciting project because this is our staple coin that's designed to run around on TXC rails. And so check out tsd.honest.money. This is important because I need you to figure out how this works. It's how we are going to be paying out our commissions in the future. So please participate in our level up comp plan. This is how the level up payments will be made to participants. Okay. But enough about your walk down memory lane. Bobby, we're here to know about the money. Tell us. Tell us that it is not over. We see this chart, the world sees this chart and we go, it's over, right? It's done. No, no, no, no, no. It's not over. It's not done. In fact, it is just the beginning. And so, you know, look, if you got in way back here, good for you. If you experienced this journey, great. I hope you made some money. I hope you had a good time. If you got in up here and you're looking at this and you're saying, geez, this is terrible. Nobody likes getting into the market at the top. Nobody wants that to happen. And so if that happened to you, then I am as frustrated as you are that we've been on this path. But I can tell you for sure. end of our story comes when good people like me and Maddie and other leaders on our team go, you know what? It was fun, but I quit. Honest Money doesn't quit. We're not giving up. We've got a long way to go. We're not happy about where this is today and why this chart is not loading, but we're not done. In fact, we're far from it. We're just beginning. Why is my chart not loading? Am I doing something wrong? So how do we change this? How do we Tiger Buster Brown turn this frown upside down? Well, that's easy. That's an easy question. And I want to show you the answer. We talked about this at the end of season two. We talked about phase one. You know, at the end of season two, this is kind of where we were. We were on this downward trajectory. And, you know, this becomes kind of this cascading snowball of a problem where we reach the top of the market and we go, okay, you know, we're starting to see a downward trend. The cycle is coming to a close and then more and more people jump in and they say, well, I better get while the getting's good. Let me just cash out, you know, a couple of handfuls, you know, because this might be the end and I don't want to miss it. And so that creates more downward selling pressure that, you know, that ultimately ends the cycle. And so what I want you to first think about is, you know, being where we are now is very similar to being where we were at the beginning. And so if you joined us somewhere in the middle, you know, now might be a good time to pick up a handful of coins and begin the journey again. Again, remember, be careful, be careful because we don't know what happens next. I want to show you what is happening and then you can decide whether or not you think it's going to have a positive impact on our future. We talked at the end of season two about getting started with phase two, seasons and phases. You might want to write it down and try to keep up. But people said, how is this going to change? What is it that's going to cause this to go back the other direction? The answer is simple. The answer is utility. Utility is what changes this. This is excitement. This is growth. This is driven by our path, the six team plan. And it worked until it didn't. And we were hoping what we were hoping for was that somewhere along this path to sixteen, a couple of different things would happen. Number one, we would get CoinMarketCap certified. We'd get a little checkmark here that says that we have verified this thing so that it actually shows up on the inner pages of CoinMarketCap. If you go to the basic ranking page, you know, and you look at the top one hundred, you can't get into the top one hundred unless your chain has been verified and your coin and project have been verified by CoinMarketCap. You know, there's a lot of projects out there. I could create, you know, a coin that's got a trillion coins and I could buy one on a DeFi market for a dollar and boom, I've got a trillion dollar coin. I'm number two. Bitcoin's number one. I'm number two. Well, that's not really how it works. I guess that'd be, yeah, number two. It's not how it works. CoinMarketCap gate keeps that. because they know that it would skew some of the information out there and make it look like some projects are way larger than they think. So we got that done. And now what that means is that as we start to climb up these ranks, you can actually see in some of these listings which ones are trending, which ones are growing, which ones are up, which ones are down. And so that was an important thing. So we didn't want to go too far with our market until we had that out of the way. OK, well, that's done now. Great job. And so then the other thing was we want to see if we can get our utility going while the world is looking at our project and paying attention to it. And utility is ultimately where these projects live or die. And I'd like to have you believe that if we had like one utility, we could be a top one hundred coin. With a single like real purpose, I think that we could be a top one hundred coin. Now, today, that's a lot cheaper than it was a while ago. Today, a top one hundred coin go all the way to the bottom of this list. You've only got to be it. What's this? Three hundred forty nine million. And so we don't need to be at sixteen bucks to be on page one. The market has contracted almost half from where we were when we started this thing in twenty twenty four. And so that's an interesting twist. But if you look at the list of projects that are on page one, especially some of these bigger projects, you can see that a lot of these things that are in the top like thirty, forty, fifty are utility driven you know they're exchange tokens you know tokens that are used as rewards or incentives for participation on exchanges um so my my wager my my guess is that with a single utility with real purpose for our project we could get our project up to the top one hundred uh where do we have to be well let's do the math We're looking at a supply, which is very wrong. I think we're up to like eighty five million coins right now. So if we've got, let's say, a four hundred million dollar market cap, four hundred million divided by an eighty five million coin supply we'd have to be four dollars and seventy cents call it five bucks so five bucks is a reasonable target for us to get onto page one is five dollars impossible i don't know we were there before i don't think it's impossible at all but let's take a real quick run through the things that we've created since the cease and desist back in February. And again, have you guys decide for ourselves, yourself, ourselves, if this is a project that is worth continuing to pay attention to. And so when we were starting twenty twenty six or season three, no, or wrapping up starting phase two. Yeah. As we were starting phase two and getting into the conversation about utility, we were talking about the Texas Music Revolution. Big event that happens in downtown McKinney. It was a perfect time and a place to launch the downtown digital dollars program. And so that's our community currency. We want to launch these things all over small towns in Texas. We want to launch them all over the country. And wouldn't it be great to pick an event in McKinney as the place to get started with that? So we signed the contract. I've got a picture of that somewhere with Texas Music Revolution. Let's see if I can find it. Here it is. Download it real quick. So we signed a contract and we said, this is it. We've got this. This is our first event, it's on the books. We paid a bunch of money to have this event on the schedule and we're excited about it. We're extremely excited about it. Let's see if I can find it and load it. The event was going down in June. And so there is, Me and Pierre, hanging out with our Texas Music Revolution contract, signed and we said, that's it, everyone. We got this. Downtown Digital is happening and we are going to launch the McKinney Community Currency that runs on TXC Rails at this big event. Look at the joy on our faces that we've got a first contract in hand. That's where it began. And then all of a sudden cease and desist happened. The event was no longer available to us. They asked us to withdraw. We said, man, that sucked, but it wasn't over. In fact, it was still just the very beginning because when that cease and desist happened, you know, it changed a lot of things for us, but also gave us one thing we didn't have. We didn't have time. We had to build the tech to actually allow this service to work and function on our chain. And so we didn't have it. We were working on it. We were trying to license it. Fail, fail, fail. and we weren't gonna be ready for it anyway. And so it might've been a little bit of a blessing in disguise that it didn't happen. Frustrating, a step back. I never like coming to our community and saying, yeah, that didn't work out. I thought we were gonna be fine and now it's not. Embarrassing, embarrassing for me and for our project and for the community that's telling their friends and family about how we're gonna be doing payment services at this event. And then a complete fail. Okay. So cease and desist happened. And now we've got a massive amount of time. And this time afforded us the ability to go way further than that. We built fair money. We built a version of this that's designed to work for First Nations. These are groups across the country. There are five hundred plus First Nations out there and they're in bad shape. Many of them are in really terrible shape and blockchain and sovereign currency can help them. And we were able to build this project in parallel with fair money and digital downtown. We were able to build a video streaming service where if you go right now, you can see we're live. And so this project is great utility because it gives us the ability to charge a fee and get paid in TXC. We built CryptoU, an awesome education and learning platform that's got great content that you can go through at your own pace. You know, a beginner's course, an intermediate course, an advanced course to learn all about crypto and the future of money. We've got a new thing that's coming together. We haven't even talked about Bonfire yet. This is an interesting one because we're in this web three space and web three is all supposed to be about decentralized data. You own your data now, we're moving away from web two. Web two is you upload all your stuff to the server, they own it, they control it, they do with it as they want. but we didn't move away from that. Maybe some people do, but most people still use that centralized stuff. And so we are building our own platform to give people the ability to do the same thing that we did with Stream TXC, which is save your data to IPFS, share it through on chain that gives you a permanent record of that ownership. We build apps like Beavis. This was something we just did last week. I made this back in twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen, and it hasn't worked very well because the tech was old and the developers are gone. Well, we rebuild it and now it works. It's a blockchain notary that does the same thing, the ability to record information and data on chain so you can prove ownership. We've got Nectar Pay, which you showed off yesterday. It's designed to work hand in hand with Crypto Pop. Nectar Pay puts the terminals on the merchant's countertops. Crypto Pop is the incentive to go out and support those merchants and pay them in fast money that costs them nothing that ends up in their wallet right away and doesn't have the ability to charge back permanent money. What an important and valuable concept for merchants. And so This is a huge project for us. And look, we're not the only ones working on something like this. I think a lot of people in crypto find merchant service actually putting physical point of sale hardware on countertops to make that user experience almost as easy, almost as simple as pulling out your phone and tapping to pay. That's what we have to do in order to win the merchant and consumer part of the marketplace. If we can make it so that you can walk in with your Litecoin or your Dogecoin or your Bitcoin, I mean, yesterday we even built Bitcoin Lightning support on top of this. So if you want to accept Bitcoin Lightning, you can do that right now as well. And so, you know, these are not specific to TXC, but they do all run on TXC rails. And so now we've got this project. Tim has taken the bull by the horns, so to speak, with Nectar Paying. and is putting together a Salesforce to profitably sell these terminals and put them on countertops all over DFW. We've got a great team coming together in Arizona. And so that's a really big and important project for us. And again, it works hand in hand with Crypto Pop. We've got ultimately all of this coming together in the seeds exchange. And we haven't talked about this yet. I don't know. We've got a lot of time to get into it tonight. But this is really our biggest setback these days in terms of our price and our market, because our biggest market for a very long time was BitMart. That's where ninety plus percent of our volume was being traded on a daily basis. And they're gone now. You know, they sent out a message saying that they were going to wind down and everyone was going to get all their deposits. That hasn't happened yet. We're going to remain optimistic, but These things usually don't end well. And so I looked at this and I said, man, why do we keep doing this again and again and again? We've got Mt. Gox. We've got FTX. We've got BitMart. Any other spectacular exchange collapses or failures or disappearances that you remember from your time in crypto? they happen all the time unfortunately like i saw one today i i wasn't aware of it but yeah i mean it it's it's too often they shut down man they're gone and we keep doing the same thing we deposit and then we cross our fingers and we hope that when we click that withdrawal button we get it back deposit trade withdrawal is it gonna work we'll see Well, why don't we make a non-custodial centralized exchange? Why don't, instead of us depositing, why don't we give them access to a seed phrase? Now, not our seed phrase, not our permanent seed phrase, but a seed phrase that we set up to share with that exchange. And then you control that seed phrase. And when you make deposits to that wallet, you're popping those deposits onto a wallet that you control. And so the exchange simply escrows those values as they're sitting there then circulating and trading on the centralized exchange. The moment you want to leave, you cancel the authorization and you've got complete access to your funds. And so I'm building this now, not because I need another project on our development checklist, on our task list, But because we have to establish an exchange, we have to establish a trading platform that's not going to rug. It's not going to disappear with our money and our, I mean, you had money on BitMart too, right? Yes. I mean, our community, we go to our community. We recommend this exchange. Okay. Bobby says we can put our things on BitMart. Oh, it's gone. That sucks. And not only did it hurt us and it hurt you and it hurt members of our community, but it also decimated our market. Because all of a sudden now our trading volume goes from hundreds of thousands of dollars a day to zero. And we're stuck wandering the crypto sphere trying to find the next place to go is it weeks is it by economy how can we look our community in the eye and say we feel really good with you going there no no i feel really good with you holding on to your own value on your own wallet yeah i can give us an opportunity to hold onto our funds and bring them together in an escrow based centralized exchange. I think we've got not just something great for us, but something great for the entire crypto community. Right. And so these things, these utilities come together. I think that if we get one of these utilities, let's say nectar pay, we get one of these utilities to catch. We're on the top. One hundred our coins back at five bucks. If you just do the math, it doesn't, makes sense to not be a top-fifty coin. There aren't enough TXC to go around. So as people are onboarding and they're buying a handful of TXC in order to like use the network, that's a huge demand. And there's not a lot of coins going around. Seventy-five percent of the coins that our community mines goes into cold storage. So you're talking not about a hundred and twenty thousand coins a day, you're talking about, you know, what is that, twenty-five percent of a hundred and twenty thousand, twelve, twenty-four, thirty thirty thousand coins it's not a lot and so if you do the math on that it just you know we wouldn't be at twenty cents for for any amount of time whatsoever once the utility gets going add in fair dot money a hundred thousand people coming out to an event an october fest a fourth of july celebration community event like Texas Music Revolution, there are thousands and thousands of them out there. If we get one with a hundred thousand people buying a dollar worth of TXC in order to use our network, come on, it's done. It's over. We're page one. You put two of those or three of those or five of those or ten of those together and I can't see how we wouldn't be in a top ten coin at that point. I know it's Pretty wishful thinking sitting here down under twenty cents. But remember that step one is getting onto an exchange that's communicating with CoinMarketCap, sharing our data that's not going to rub on us. That's a terrible, terrible setback when that happens for you, for us and for the whole world that's looking at us and laughing and saying, can't even get onto a real exchange like Coinbase or Binance. Well, real exchanges disappear as well. Remember FTX? Like that happens to real exchanges too. And so we're tired of that. And we don't want to recommend that to you. So we got to build a platform where we can get our trading volume happening, give our community the ability to monetize TXC, come and go as they like, and invite the rest of the world to use that along with us. It's a huge utility. It's a huge opportunity, not just for us to solve a problem that we're dealing with that's preventing us from really starting to level up on those exchange charts, but it's an opportunity for us to create a huge utility. I mean, how many exchange coins are out there in the top? I can't see my screen so well. I mean, the top one hundred has like twenty five percent of it is stable coins, which aren't those aren't even cryptos, really. And so, yeah, I mean, like the bar is is really even lower if we're talking about the top one hundred like chains or the top one hundred cryptos that are not stable coins. it's less than whatever, four hundred million or whatever it is to get there. Right. Incredibly, incredibly accessible. But that's with one utility. How about two utilities? Can we be a top fifty coin? Two, three, four, five dollars a coin? Sure, of course we can. This is what we've been building during season three, the quiet time where everyone's looking at it and laughing and saying, well, that was the end. You know, I can understand that feeling, but I can't understand the accusations of the rug. You know, I saw somebody comment the other day, oh, rug. And it's like, really, man? That's just lazy. That's lazy. Tune in. Pay attention. We've gone so much bigger than we ever imagined in season three. Very cool stuff. So that's the plan, guys. That's our that's our Sunday night call. That's how we're wrapping up our marathon week with. A nod to the future and say, look, guys, we talked about this at the end of twenty twenty five. We knew that the real value for our project was going to come from building a network that people trusted and used. Well, we're the ones that are going to build it, trust it and use it first. And then we're going to invite the rest of the world to come along with us for that journey. It takes time. It takes really great tools and utilities, which we've now built. I just showed you a half a dozen of them. I just showed you a half dozen good things out there that we built to run on our chain that if we put the marketing dollars behind scaling them as opposed to marketing dollars with an influencer pump, pump, pump. If we put our marketing dollars behind scaling some of these utilities, that's real long term value because people have to buy TXC off the open market in order to use our network. It's like a network access fee. Real simple stuff. We built the network. Now we need customers for it. networks build it works well it mines other coins profitably to keep the lights on and pay the electric bills and now with all the tools that are out there today i can build on it you can build on it we've got all the instructions out there for the world to build on it and that's what makes our roots go down deep and our price to go up high but we got to get on an exchange that's not going to rug We gotta have real utility, real access for people to go, oh, this is a real easy thing. Just get my fair money card, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. It's all on chain. Whether that's a downtown digital program running a music festival, or it's a Oktoberfest in Munich, it does not matter. Those events are out there, then we can build them on our chain. We can add levels of transparency and accountability that the world has not ever seen. That's how we got to where we are today. We're the gold standard for that. But that takes time, guys. And if you're tuned in and if you're saying when, when, when, when? Well, the answer is very soon. Nectar Pay is just getting started. Crypto Pop is just getting started. That's our first real project that we're putting real dollars behind to build and launch and grow. And as that thing starts to hit the market and get customers using it, then we will see the price respond in a very positive way on the open market. That's my best guess. I want you to, like I said, evaluate the data for yourself and if you think that we're doing the in the right direction, then consider picking up a handful of TXC on the open market. That's how you can support us. If you're outside of Arizona and Texas, consider picking up a mining package so that you can be a part of the daily output of the mine as that journey continues over the next hundred and thirty five years. That's it. Matty, anything you want to add? Look, personally, I can say I like buying crypto when it's cheap, not when it's expensive. And, you know, most people are not that way. That's not human nature. People, you know, they are much more excited about buying a top than buying a bottom. And I've been buying Texacoin at ten cents, twenty cents and thirty cents. Right now we're closer to twenty cents. And so, you know, that doesn't mean that there's no risk. I only put in what I can afford to lose. But I really appreciate when Bitcoin goes from, you know, whatever, a hundred and twenty thousand dollars down to sixty thousand dollars. That's an opportunity. They say Bitcoin has died two hundred times. There's been a news article that came out that said it died. I would much rather buy a Bitcoin at two dollars than thirty dollars. Right. And that was that was one of the first major crashes that it had. I'm, you know, really appreciative that people are willing to sell me Texas coin at a ten, twenty and thirty cents. And, you know, so I'm out there. One of the most important things about this project is that you're here. You have an ability to affect the outcome of that investment. Everybody does, yeah. It's not like Bitcoin. If you jump on the Bitcoin roller coaster and if you catch it at the top or you catch it at a great deal, you don't have the ability to affect what's going to happen. You're up against institutional buyers, treasury companies that are buying these things by the billions. There's not a single thing that you can do today to affect the outcome of the price of Bitcoin. But you can certainly do that today with Texacoin. If you want to participate in a market where your contribution matters, that's Texacoin. That's any small project. You have the ability to help us get to where we want to go. And we need that help, guys. We cannot do it alone. We can do a lot. There are two hundred sixty people tuned in across social media that are doing their part as well. Thank you for tuning in. Thanks for sharing your Sunday night. We're out of time. like the idea this is the pitch that i told you what was it thursday night if you like the idea of participating in something that's real and something that keeps honesty and transparency and integrity at the center of our conversation we cannot tell you for sure that it will work out we can tell you what we're working on we can tell you why we think that we're going to get to where we want to go but of course there's no guarantee But if you like the idea of participating in something that's real, join us. Pick up a handful of TXC on the open market or pick up a mining package if you're outside of Texas and Arizona. I say that not jokingly, guys. I say that because we are under regulatory scrutiny still to this day. We want to keep our hands clean. Right. We've done a good job. No doors kicked in. No assets seized. The supercars are out there still on the streets of Texas and all over the country because we did the right thing. We told the truth and the truth, of course, has set us free. So thanks for tuning in, Matty. Thanks for being here, man. I really appreciate it. Guys, have a very safe and a very fun Labor Day. Is that what this is? Labor Day weekend? Please be careful out there. Use good judgment as you're having a great time. We'll see you guys again here on Tuesday night for another episode of whatever it is we're calling this thing. Thanks, everyone, for tuning in and have a great night. Matty, take us away.
