The very first Iskander Digital Mining Cooperative (IDMC) membership call marked a historic shift for our community, moving us from a vision toward a fully operational, member-led organization. This inaugural session emphasized our transition into a secure, transparent, and legally recognized cooperative where every member plays a vital role in our collective success. We’ve officially moved our primary communications to The Hub, a secure, member-only platform designed to protect our community from the noise and risks of public channels. This move ensures that our "Rangers" are interacting in a verified environment, allowing us to focus entirely on our shared mission of building honest, decentralized money.
The technical milestones discussed were equally groundbreaking, highlighted by the news that ISK distribution officially begins this Monday. Members are now encouraged to set up their web wallets and link them to their back-office dashboards to ensure they are ready for the rollout. This process is more than just about receiving coins; it’s about participating in our new Voting Governance Portal. For the first time, your influence is directly tied to your participation on-chain, where every vote is immutable and transparent. This system ensures that those who contribute the most to our mining power have a real, proportional say in the strategic decisions that shape our future.
Operational momentum is reaching a fever pitch as our seven specialized committees begin their work across mining, technology, and compensation. We are thrilled to announce that commissions are scheduled for payout this Friday, with a dedicated customer service team working around the clock to verify distributions for every member. Whether you are earning in USDC, TEXITCoin, or additional hash power, the rewards of your commitment are becoming a reality. As we look ahead to the next phase of Season 3, we invite every member to join a committee that matches their passion, ensuring that the IDMC remains a powerhouse of community-driven innovation and economic independence.

0:43Hey, Bobby. Do you want to be listed as a panelist or no, Bobby? Are you guys ready to hit the ground running tonight? I'm so excited. Oh, yeah. Yes. Mitchell's going to show the, Mitchell's going to show a bit of time to have our camera. The energy. Here's Corey. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome, IDMC members. Oh my gosh, I'm excited. This is really truly a historical call. I hope you understand how big of a deal this is, an historical call, our very first IDMC members call. I'm excited to be here, and I hope you are too. I'm feeling the energy from the community like I have never felt before. It is such an incredible feeling to be a small part of a mission towards honest money, right? How can you not get pumped up about that? And that's what I constantly remind myself every day. I want to just briefly recognize some chairman and honor guests that we have on the call. We have Chairman Jay. He is chairman over membership, customer service. I believe we have Steve Walsh is chairman over the mining.
1
1:27We have Jim Kerry chairman over tech and integration. We have our incredible secretary, Mel, who is on the call tonight, taking minutes for our meeting. And it looks like we actually even have a Bobby Gray on the call, which is pretty exciting. I didn't expect him to be on here. So thank you guys so much for being here. Sorry if I missed a couple of people. tonight is going to be a little bit different than our future calls and why it's not a bad thing. It's because a good chunk of our chairman are on the road. They're doing the East Coast tour right now. I think as we speak, they are in Tennessee doing a meeting out there for the East Coast tour. Shortly thereafter, they will be in Florida in Jacksonville, O'Callor, Orlando, and then Miami. So if you're anywhere in that area, make sure you put in your RSVP and show up to those meetings there are full of energy. It's got a lot of exciting things happening. So three things we want to talk about some housekeeping before we get into the really fun exciting things.
1
2:30So three things I need you as an IDMC member to take care of like yesterday, but this week at some point, right? Okay, we need you to get into the hub, right? If you're sitting here and you're thinking, what is the hub? Well, I'm talking to you, okay? So we need you to get into the hub. Basically, it's everything. It's our communication. It has our links to all the Zoom calls. It has links to all the different committees. All the information is in the hub. You should have gotten an email inviting you to that hub. If you didn't, reach out to us on Telegram. Cory's posted quite a bit in there, but you can reach out to Cory. You can reach out to me, Jim. any of the chairman will get you into the hub if you don't have that email. Why the hub? Well, I'm not saying we're getting away from telegram completely. We probably won't. We'll probably still have that. But I would love to get 99% of everything moved into the hub. If you've been around a minute, you probably know someone personally or you know someone who knows someone who got scammed on telegram.
1
3:33There's a lot of garbage on telegram, as we all know. And for the longest time, it was the best tool we had, but we have developed some incredible new tools, and one of them is the hub. It's 100% safe and secure. You cannot join the hub unless you are verified as an IDMC member. So you know, when you're communicating with Mitchell Tucker, you're actually talking to Mitchell, not a fake Mitchell, not a fake Bobby or anything like that. So it's much more safe, much more secure. So please take the time to get into the hub and then educate yourself on it. The second thing, I need you guys to make sure that you set up your ISK wallet, right? And if you haven't done that, make that a priority this week because that leads into a very exciting update. Who here would be excited if I told you that ISK distribution starts this coming Monday? Pretty phenomenal stuff. I can't tell you how many phone calls I've got saying Mitchell. How do I see how many coins I got? Where am I going to see my coins? How am I going to see my coins?
1
4:39Well, guess what guys? It's happening this coming Monday. A lot more exciting things are happening as well. We're going to get into it. But that's one of the awesome things that are happening this coming Monday distribution starts for ISK. So please get your wallet, plug it into your back office. And if you're not familiar or sure how to do that, I'm going to ask Chairman Jim Carey to come on a just a minute. He's going to share his screen or he's going to walk through and show you the new incredible updates we've done. Maybe you've already done that. Well, we got some pretty cool stuff and updates to show you on what we've done with the ISK wall. So in a minute, Jim's gonna share that with us. The third thing I want you to do is I want you to get familiar with the voting portal. Now all of you are semi-familiar with it at least because you had to go to the voting portal to get onto the Zoom.
1
5:31Why are we doing that? Well, we don't want the Zoom spread far and wide because this Zoom is for IDMC members who've signed the membership agreement, right? So you can't get into the voting portal unless you're an IDMC member and you sign the member agreement, so we know that when you're on this call together, every single person on this call, there's quite a few of you. We know that you are in IDMC, you sign the membership agreement and we're talking amongst friends, right? So that's why we want to do it that way. We also want you to get used to the voting portal voting dot is candor network dot com because when it matters and we have to do votes, we don't want you trying to figure it out then. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with it now. So then when we do start taking votes, you know how to do it. What we have done is I've asked Jim to set up a test vote. So I don't know if you saw that when you first went into the voting portal because it just went live at eight o'clock.
1
6:27But if you after this call or during this call, if you want to go check out voting.iskandernetwork.com, you will see a test vote in there. You should have three options. You have a yes, you have a no, and you have an abstain. Please take your time, play with it so you can get comfortable with it before we start doing real votes. I'd like to remind everybody that we do have a Q&A, so if you have questions you want to pop in there, we're going to get to them at the end. So feel free to use that and the The Chairman's will answer them while I'm here speaking with you, but at the end, if whatever's left over, we'll go through those questions and get them answered to the best of our ability. So updates and reports from Chairman's. Now moving forward, guys, this is going to be the meat of our call. This is what's going to take the majority of the time. Now I told you this calls a little bit different because a good chunk of our committees haven't even met yet.
1
7:24We're just getting going. And a good chunk of our chairman are on the road during the East Coast tour. But this next section of the call updates and reports from chairman is where you'll be able to get educated on what's happening in the IDMC, right? Maybe you're plugged in but you're in the compensation committee. So you have no idea what's going on in the mining committee or you may be in the mining committee so you don't know what's going on with technology and integration. We don't want you to spread thin in every single committee. We certainly want you plugged into a committee, but you don't need to be plugged into all seven. We want you to pick something that either A, you have experience in, or some kind of talent or skill in, or two, something you're passionate in or interested in, and then give that one committee you're all, right? So by coming on to the Tuesday and I calls and getting updates from each chairman on the different committees, you'll be able to stay educated and plugged into everything that's happening with the IDMC.
1
8:20So we currently have seven committees. We'll go through them real quick. We have a compensation plan committee ran by Chairman Thomas DeWa, a mining committee ran by Steve Walsh, Cells and Marketing Committee ran by Gage Blake, Technology and Integration Committee ran by Jim Carey, a membership and customer service committee ran by Jay Horton, and then we have compliance and risk committee and finance and budgeting committee ran by interim chairman Bobby Gray as of right now. Now I have one more incredible update to share with you and then we're gonna go ahead and we're gonna have Jim come on, we're gonna share his screen, we're gonna walk through this voting portal or the ISK wallet, I'm sorry, the new updates that's been done there and make sure you guys are completely educated on how to plug that into your back office just so that everyone can start to get their distribution. But an incredible update that I have for you today, how many of you would be also excited to know that commissions is coming.
1
9:22Got a lot of phone calls, a lot of text, Mitchell, whenever you're getting paid, when are commissions rolling out? If you're taking hash power, those commissions should have been happening automatically. And that's why when you log into your back office, you probably see there that you have more hash power than you've actually paid for, right? that's because you're earning the commissions if you're taking it in hash. But if you're taking it in USDC or TEXITCoin, as you know, it hasn't been paid out yet. We have an incredible team working. I'm telling you this team guys, I'm getting Tex at two or three o'clock in the morning asking me questions, jumping on calls with them. And then the same people are messaging me, asking me to go on zooms at seven a.m. I'm trying to figure out when these people are sleeping but they are so pumped up and excited and dedicated to making the IDMC the very best it could be that we have an absolutely incredible team that's working very, very hard for you. So compensation will be paid out by this coming Friday. So pretty exciting stuff. If you were expecting TEXITCoin or USDC, expect to get that compensation to you by this Friday.
2
0:30So incredible things are happening. Guys, if you thought what we had before was big and exciting and don't get me wrong, it was. We had a whole lot of fun to be not. But if you thought what we had before was big and exciting, you haven't seen anything yet. The momentum I'm looking for, the excitement I'm looking for out of you, look, my goal is to sell out the scanner mine so quick that you're gonna turn around and say, what we just got started? What's going on? Right, that is the momentum and that is the only thing acceptable. And I hope you guys understand how motivated and pumped I am. So with that being said, I'm going to ask Jim Kerry if he could please share his screen. We just talked right before we got on this call. So bear with me, I'm going to make Jim a panelist. Jim, if you could unmute and go ahead and share your screen and walk us through the new updates for the ISK wallet.
2
1:41Yes, sir. Good to see you. Good to see everybody actually. I can't see everybody, but I know they're there. But anyway, yeah, let me go ahead and share my screen. And the first thing we'll do is walk you through what we talked about, and that is the wallet. All right. So, can you guys see that okay? Yes, sir. All right, perfect. So I want to point out initially, you know, So, you know, committees are committees because it's not just you. I mean, I am blessed with probably the best team on the planet that Bobby has allowed us to assemble. Cory, Moran, I mean, dude, I mean, he is like a rock star and working together with him and Abraham on the CRM side and then bringing the whole vision together has been unbelievable. This was created today, you know, and it was created from, you know, an idea. Yeah, and that was, you know, Bobby, you know, God bless him, but, you know, like, it was like 10, 45 or 11 o'clock last night, Eastern time, and I know you were there too, Mitchell and so were a lot of the other committee leaders that were basically, you know, getting a download from him as to what the vision was, and we always followed that vision, and we tried to translate it into something that's working. And so from his lips last night to Corey's fingers and Abraham's fingers in my mind today, this was created and essentially you know what it was directed was look people need to get their web wallet.
2
3:05They need to be able to get their scanner web wallet and they need to understand how to do that and so basically worked with Corey and Corey put together a short loon video that basically everybody and I'm just gonna I'm gonna play the whole thing for you guys but I'm just gonna share my computer sound real quick so you can just hear the beginning of it but this is at the URL of iscandernetwork.com forward slash web wallet. You can take a screenshot of this right now, but it's live. So I'll go into the video and you guys, I'll let you listen to a little bit of this. And welcome. Today we're going to show you how to access the iscander wallet feature so that you can add your iscander wallet address to your back office dashboard. So to start out you will go to wallet dot is candorcoin dot com. And once you're here, you will go and create your password in the middle of the screen.
2
4:02So enter your password here. And you're going to confirm your password here. Make sure you write this down and keep it in a couple of different places to make sure it's safe and secure. Here go ahead and confirm. First thing you're going to do is you're going to create a wallet. You're going to click on add wallet. Go ahead if it asks you to back it up. Go ahead back it up. But if not, that's okay. We're going to do that after here. So you can change your unnamed wallet to your personal wallet by clicking the pencil here. You'll go ahead and type in whatever you want here. I'm going to just put Corey hot wallet and I'm going to click on change. You'll see it updates here at the top for you. And now what you're going to do is you're going to you click the copy address icon. Do not try to highlight it and copy it because you will create a mistake at some point and then it'll create a mess.
2
5:00Always use the copy address icon here. Once you have that, you're gonna go over to your mindTXC account, which is manage.iskendernetwork.com and you're going to, once you're logged in, Then you're going to edit your account, you're going to add in your password, and then you're going to click the cap shot that you need to click to in order to pass this robot test here. And once you have that filled out, you're going to verify, you're going to click on next, you will then receive an email with the eight-digit confirmation code, which you will copy from your email and then you will paste it into this area here. Paste here there we go verify okay and then once we're in you guys you're going to see on the right side of the screen here where you're going to go to ISK wallets you're going to click on add item and you will not have anything in there.
2
6:11That first, actually let me go here, show you. So once you get in you're going to go over to your right side of your screen, you're going to click on add wallets, it'll show payment type, ISK. Make sure you go back and you have this, you have your correct address here, you're going to copy. I'm just using a fake one here guys just so that for recording purposes. And then you're going to go back into your mind TXC account and you're going to add paste that full wallet address there. So you see it there. Now, in the notes, you're just going to put something like this is your hot wallet. So Corey, hot wallet here. And make sure it's all correct. Very important, you guys. You have it toggled on. Here is your default. And then at the very bottom, make sure you click on Save Changes. Very important that you save that. So now you have updated it successfully. Now, once that is completed, you want to head back over to your web wallet and you're going to go to the settings at the top right here, then you're going to go down to download backup. This is to secure in case anything happens where you can't get back into your, you lose you know the site or whatever. You're going to click on download backup file. You're going to go into your system here and save to your device. your backup. So now that you have your backup, you are all set. So thank you guys for watching this today.
2
7:41All right so you guys get the idea and that's a tool that you can send to anybody that you have within your down line. Bobby points out this is really really important for everybody because I'm going to show you the governance portal next when Mitchell directs me to do that. And the governance portal you're going to be voting on proposals and those proposals will be on chain and those proposals will be linked on chain to your wallet to your specific web wallet when you create that and so that way we can keep track of all the votes that you have you can vote all of your hash power with the power of one vote and that will be tracked directly back to your web wallet and that's how we'll track everything online. It's immutable and it'll be initially, especially on the TXC chain. We're working with Bobby's team right now on making that happen. So I just want to stop right there and see if Mitchell has any questions or comments or going from there. Awesome, thank you so much for sharing that, Jim. I hope you guys can understand the amount of effort and work is going into this.
2
8:51While we started, we had nothing, right? We have developed this incredible team that's putting together all these separate tools for us. It's blowing my mind how quickly these people work and how awesome some of the products and different tools are coming out with. Jim, I don't wanna take a whole lot of time, but go ahead, share your screen, we'll go through the governance portal real quick, and then we'll do the whole thing. Perfect, okay, we got this, and let's see here. That's that, boom, hang on guys. Sorry. Okay, guys. So when you go to Voting.Scanternetwork.com, which you guys did today to get into this meeting, this is one way that Bobby used to be where you had to register for these zooms, but now we basically the zoom goes live 10 minutes before. So now we're validating everybody who's coming in that they're an actual member. And we have them in the CRM and they're validated. So what will happen is you come in here and you can see on your dashboard, on the left hand side right here, you can see if there are any open proposals that are waiting for you to vote on.
3
0:00So you can see right here that this proposal here is open. That went live before you know Mitchell asked me to make it go live at 8 p.m. tonight and it closes at 9 p.m. tonight. So you would see this as an open proposal and you would go into here. And it would basically tell you what's the proposal all about. Well, this is a vote on this proposal when you're ready. So, this would be the description. The title of it is right here. If there's any legal text or anything, you would see legal text right here, and then you will see voting instructions. Please vote yes, no, or abstain. If there's any documents they needed to be reviewed by you, they would have been uploaded, and you would have been able to review those documents, and you would have to review them and say, I've reviewed the document before the ability for you to cast your vote would show up. So now you confirm that you have read this proposal and you can cast your vote yes, no or abstain. And I'm casting it right now for yes and I'm submitting that vote and you can see at that point that there's been, my vote has been cast for that and I am finished with this.
3
1:11I can't do anything else with this. The vote will close and that's that. you can also review past proposals that have been put in here before. For example, this was the approval of Bobby Gray as Chairman, where 138 votes were cast in the affirmative and so forth. So this is where all of the proposals will live, and you will get to vote on those, and that is pretty much what the voting governance portal is all about. It's about you attending meetings and it's about you being able to vote and track your proposals. That's it. That's all I got, Mitchell. Thank you so much, Jim. Great work. I appreciate you. Now we'll take it to Chairman Jay. Jay is Chairman over. Membership. Mitchell, we can't hear you. You can hear me. I can hear you now. Okay, we're going to take it to Chairman Jay who's chairman over for memberships and customer service, Jay, do you have an update for us? And your work? Absolutely. As you can see, Jim and his team have been hard at work on all the tech stuff. So has the customer service team that Mitchell was talking about earlier. Our customer service and onboarding team are the same people basically.
3
2:25And what they are doing right now is compiling all the information, making sure everybody's information is correct about your commissions and how you're gonna get your commissions. So you're going to get a we're also making an effort to make this a kinder gentler group than we had with Texitcoin so that you can actually have a person to talk to instead of doing everything automated right now. Now as we grow that may have to go by the wayside but right now you're going to get a phone call within the next few days confirming everything some of you have probably already gotten a call confirming everything in your information and making sure we're ready to give the right amount of commission to everybody who has earned a commission. I do want to say this. I noticed a couple of people were posting that they paid with TXC and they were expecting to get their commission in the USDC. If you paid with TXC and you're not taking hash, you will be getting your commission and TXC back at a dollar per texat coin the same way you paid it in.
3
3:29That's just fair. I'm one of the people who paid with texat coin. If I get a commission, it's going to cut me in Texas coin and a dollar per coin. The good news is eventually Texas coins going to take back off. When we get through these legal battles and we are going to have a ton of it. And the more that you have massed now from your commission, the better off you're going to be. And I believe that's all I've gotten. Awesome. Thank you. And just for clarification, if you paid with Texas coin into ISK, you will earn your commission back in Texas coin until you meet that threshold. So if you paid with 9,000 TEXITCoin, you'll earn 9,000 back in TEXITCoin, then moving forward if you want USDC, that is an option for you. But I want to point out something very, very important. The reason why you guys are getting your commission this Friday is because of customer service. So be nice to them, okay, one of them is my wife, please be nice to them, right? They're working very, very hard to get this done for you so we can get commissions out, So they are the good people.
3
4:32Okay, we will go into Q&A real quick will knock these out and then we will wrap up this call be prepared guys This is probably going to be the shortest IDMC membership call that we have because moving forward We'll have more chairman on these committees will be meeting will have updates from every single committee So these calls will go a little bit longer I know the Compensation plan committee has met twice. They have already placed a vote on a complaint moving forward. Some really, really exciting things are happening that needs to be approved by an attorney before the general membership can vote on that. But Thomas is not able to be with us because he is in Tennessee on the road tour but he will certainly be back next Tuesday. He'll be able to give us a really good update on what's going on in that committee. Please, please get in the hub and make sure you join a committee. Something that you feel fits you that you're passionate and excited about. Okay, so the Q&A section, what is the benefit for the new member of bringing in a one-seat person prior to April 29th? Well, right now it's 20%. So if you bring in someone and they purchased one minor, you would make $200 on that 20% commission.
3
5:50Jim Carrey just raised his hand. What do you have, Jim? Hey Mitchell, I'm sorry about that. I had another update with regard to the committees. So we also today, we integrated the entire committee structure into the CRM. So now everybody should have today got an email, every scanned reminder got an email to join the committee hub. And in that, to choose the committees that they would like to be a part of. When they choose that, it automatically tags that in the CRM. So, now we are able to segment each member of each committee separate in the CRM. When they join, it gets tagged in. If they leave the committee, they get tagged out. And then, therefore, they can get direct emails, direct correspondence, direct SMSes for only those committee members. We can also do votes in the governance portal for only those committee members versus the entire membership. So, I just wanted to make sure that I pointed that out and I apologize I missed it before. not a problem. While I still have you on I'm 99% sure on my my answer to this question but my commitment to you guys is look if you ask me a question and I don't know 100% I'm not going to stay here and blow smoke. If I don't have the answer I will tell you I don't have the answer but I will get you the answer and I will get it that night or first thing that next day right so Jim can people set up more than one ISK wallet.
3
7:20I would assume yes, but just want to confirm. Yes, they can. Okay, so you can set up more than one ISK wallet. Gary said, I thought we should not use a hot wallet. Our TXC is a cold storage. Should this be the same cold type? Gary, you're absolutely right. TXC does have a cold storage wallet. ISK will have a cold storage wallet, but it will not have the cold storage wallets before we start distribution. And that's why it's very, very important that when you create these wallets, you back up your seed phrase, you back up your wallet and you put it in a very secure place, right? We will have cold storage walls coming out for a scanner, but they're not here yet. Let's see if you have more than one web wallet, Russell said, yes, you can. Are they planning to add stretch escrow hash and coin deposits and balance in the back office? Yes, you'll be able to see all of that very, very soon starting Monday when distribution starts. We didn't have confirmation on the people we signed for ISK so it is possible that we will be some errors. Yes, it is very possible and that's why, like Jay was saying, the customer service reps are going through and they're getting a hold of every single person that they don't know 110% sure is accurate and they're making sure that all that stuff gets figured out so that there's no problems.
3
8:52Can we change TXC payment for hash? Can we change TXC payment for hash? I'm assuming you are saying you have TXC listed as your commissions and you want to want to change that to hash. If that's what you're referring to, then absolutely yes, whenever the customer service people get with you or reach out to them if they've already talked to you and you can get that taken care of. Unless it's locked. Unless you have hash lock or something like that. Any update on when ISK will go live on exchanges? I don't have anything in stone, right? And remember, guys, these calls are more for IDMC members, right? What's happening in the committees and what's going on as a community? Different events we're doing, how we're growing as a co-op. And I'll be happy to answer as many crypto questions as I can. But remember, you still have Thursday night with Bobby Gray on the honest money calls, right? Where Bobby's going to talk and break down a lot of the different crypto stuff that's going on. And because that's what he's really powerful at, right? He is extremely, extremely smart and intelligent when it comes to the crypto and alternative currencies, that's his world, right? So I would recommend strongly that if you have a lot of crypto questions and you're wanting to know about different projects, get on Bobby's Thursday night on his money calls, but Bobby just turned on his camera and thank you, Bobby. I was I was turning it on to make sure you kept going with the compliments the compliments seem like they were starting to wrap up I heard intelligent powerful and yeah, I just want to make sure you do I get that you blow a little smoke guys Bobby, you have something to Share as far as I got a lot to share fortunately. It's not my call. No, you only got only got about 30 seconds when his ISK going live on exchanges Well, remember the original plan was April 29th.
4
0:45We were planning on launching it at Toka 2049. We've already signed contracts with Dextrade and Bitmart. We've already paid for the integration with Dextrade and Bitmart. There are really two answers to, like, when, if not, April 29th. One is, like, when we're ready. And look, we've gone back and forth a zillion times and the last two and a half months since we got punched in the face. And so, so a lot of this stuff has been tentative, we've shifted it, now we're done shifting, we've got a real plan that allows us to move forward confidently and quickly with a great team like you pointed out. And so as we hand off some of these management responsibilities to the committees and the for them to make those decisions. Jim is heading up the tech committee. Are we fully up to speed with the blockchain protocol? Is it working properly? If we had launched this thing before the new pools went live and we had to take the pools down and upgrade the software six times and go back and forth with the exchanges with code updates, that's a lot of drama and they look every time when you update the code and you go, what are you doing? who's this coming from? Why are we taking the network offline again? And so question number one is are we ready?

2:08And I mean that from a technological standpoint. And so I think we're ready today, but I don't make all those decisions now. In fact, I got to trust those, you know, those evaluations and decisions to the committees. So that's one of the things that Jim and I are going to talk about this week. Like when do we go live? How do we integrate with the exchange and are we ultimately ready? You know, look, if you were there the early days of TEXITCoin, you would remember that we went live on our first exchange. What was it? May 15th, 2024? About six hours later, we came off of the exchange. For three weeks, we were down because we weren't ready. And so, you know, part of us wants to push and go. The other part of us wants to, you know, be slow and steady and not make stupid expensive mistakes. You know, if it was all up to me, I'd be, you know, the good plan today is better than a great plan tomorrow guy, but it's not just me anymore. It's me and hundreds and hundreds of my new besties that are standing shoulder to shoulder with me, you know, accepting the responsibility of running this organization. And that's a really powerful thing, but it also causes us to pause for a second and make sure that we're dotting our eyes and crossing our teeth.

3:24So that's answer number one. Answer number two is based on I would say market stuff you know do we have our liquidity lined up do we have everything we need to you know do a successful launch of the of the token on the exchange what price do we launch it at who's whose decision is that if we launch the token right now at $62 a coin so we A lot of people rushing to the market to sell, sell, sell, sell, sell. And so we've got to figure that out. And then we've got to figure out what our liquidity and promotion strategy is along with that. As you may recall, the goal was to launch with a very, very big name influencer at token 2049 so that not only are we going live on the exchange, but we've got global impact and interest right out of the gate on that launch. That's not the case right now. we still have the same name lined up. They're lined up now for October in October 2049 in Singapore. Hopefully you're going to join me for that event. And so we need a plan that allows us to launch it on the exchange and have some you know global interest at the same time. If a bunch of text coin or I'm sorry, it's getting our miners go there and they dump on the market when it launches and there's no support there to you know hold that that floor up or to promote that product to the world. Then we're to see a price crash and we're all going to go well well we know that was going to happen and then we all you know shrug and say I guess it's dead.
4
4:52So that's answer number two. So number one is a technical question. Number two is a market question and right now we've got a week until we hit April 29th when that was originally scheduled. I think we can find the answer to both of those questions inside of that timeline but again we want to make sure that we do it right do it once and don't embarrass ourselves as we take this public awesome thank you so much for that thank you for jumping in 30 seconds I think I stuck to 30 seconds but is that because the calls over or do I get to keep rambling about other things while I'm here well we might need you again as we go to this Q&A so you can hang tight all right all right mark was asking about the Polo match. Mark, I believe the Polo match is in Palm Beach. It was for May 9th, and it's actually sold out, unfortunately. So we do have an incredible team of people going to be down there for the Polo match to represent us well. Gary asked, what is the current coins seat per day on ISK? We will have all that information to you on Monday. but it's around eight-ish coins a day per seat roughly but you'll have all that very clearly come Monday. Keep in mind that you can go and check the current ISK hash power and you can do the math the same way we did it with TEXITCoin. You can do the same math for ISK. Your hash power divided by total network hash power or multiplied by coins per day, which you can, I don't know if that's posted in the back office yet because we're not sharing it yet, but you can do the math on it and get pretty close to what the right answer to that question is. And can't we find a ticket for Mark? Is there not one more Mark ticket out there for the poll event?
4
6:47We will have to reach out to Tim. Tim was handling the tickets. Tim's not on the call tonight, but Mark, if you would like to see if we can make it happen. A favor reach out to Tim. everybody. I found out I had a good conversation yesterday with our PR company and we're VIP customer for them. We are one of their biggest clients, probably not their biggest, but one of their biggest. So we got a little bit of muscle to push around over there at Luna, which is the company that is promoting and hosting that event. Awesome. If people do not hook up a hot wallet, But will their coins just stay in escrow until if they're wanting to wait until they get a cold storage wallet? Yeah, I was going to mention that when you were talking about it, you know, look, if you don't have a wallet programmed in there, your coins will just sit and wait for you to come up with a wallet. So, if you're not comfortable setting up a web wallet, if you're not comfortable going in there and configuring a hot wallet, the backup, the password, like, if that's absolutely not your thing, we want you to figure it out. Do you have to do it by Monday? No, but we want you to figure that out. Why? First of all, at some point, I want you to sell some coins.
4
8:05If we think about the TEXITCoin experience and the rise from 2.8 cents to almost $7, we would have liked for a lot of people to have been more involved in the market, to maybe slow down that climb. So it wasn't so abrupt or to put some cash in their pocket along the way, you know, I've encouraged people to think about this next cycle different than they've, you know, then they may have acted in the past. Why? Because I want everyone to have maybe not a happy ending but a positive experience. You know, we don't know this stuff. Eventually it's going to get to the point where we don't control it. But along the journey, we want you to have a good experience with this. Well, what's the first part of the experience? Knowledge, education, competency, you know, being able to grasp these complicated concepts so that you can participate in the digital currency future of money conversation. That's the core component of why we're doing this whole thing. Because if we adopt that, somebody else will figure it out attitude. Then we can't be an active participant and help steer the future of money in the direction that we want it to go.
4
9:25When I say we, I mean people, individuals, human beings, citizens, taxpayers, whatever you want to call us outsiders, the guys that aren't sitting there in front of the money printer. Like, if we don't understand how this money works, we won't have an opportunity to make sure that it stays open and honest. That's why we got to learn this stuff. We also have to learn this stuff because of active participation. If I go to you and say, yeah, don't have to do anything. Kick back, put your feet up, enjoy the rocket ride. That's when the overlords kicked the door in and said, oh, security, security, as we've learned through our current experience. Not that we were, but that's what they're watching out for. or they're watching out for language that indicates that you don't have to do anything. IDMC, the Iskender Digital Mind Equipment is the exact opposite. You have to do everything. You have to do it all. There's not anything that I can do by myself individually that's gonna cause this thing to be a home run for you.
5
0:26We have to do it together. And so together through your participation, through the committees, through the committee chairs, the board of administrators, Excuse me, through our work together, we'll get to where we want to go. So we need you to open that door of participation and the easiest way you can do that is by setting up a wallet and linking your wallet to your profile. It's a big thing for active participation. It goes a long way to prove that we didn't do all the work for you. If you don't have your wallet set up by Monday, your coins will escrow there until you do have your wallet set up. but what we want you to get your wallet set up. Now, as Mitchell mentioned a few moments ago, we are working on the Cold Storage coins. There are two things that are holding us up. Number one, a coin design. Mitchell, what about a coin design contest? What about a thousand dollar cash prize for whoever comes up with the official IBM C? Is candor digital mining cooperative? Cold storage coin design. We need it. I need it right away. Let's get it done. It's hot. It's fast because the sooner we get the design approved, the sooner we can get the coins manufactured. And then here's part two. Part two is lasering them. Now guys, as you remember, I started making cold storage coins.
5
1:47These things back in 2017. Manufacturing integrity has always been the top priority for this product on the website for cold storage coins, it says that I oversee it. Well, I'm on the other side of the world right now and our production line is set up in McKinney, Texas. I'm not there. I can't oversee it. And so I'm shifting that back over here to Singapore where Adventure kind of began. I started them in Thailand, moved over Singapore a couple months later. Be that as it may, I'll be making those products here. Why? Because it's very important that they are made exactly right. Zero errors. We've had one one not work and the millions of coins that we've made one didn't work ever so it's very important that every single one of them works always and and so once we have the design done we'll get the coins manufactured and I will personally oversee once again the production of those coins here in Singapore so that you can have a high level of confidence that they are going to keep your crypto asset safe offline where they can't get hacked and won't go out of business. Very important. And so that's going to take us a little bit at time. So don't expect those things to be in the mail anytime soon. I'm going to work with Jay and the enrollment committee to make sure that we're putting together a welcome kid that encompasses all the different things that we need to be communicated during the onboarding process. It's not just going to be is candor code storage coin. The welcome kit probably is going to include a TEXITCoin code storage wallet, a light coin code storage wallet, and a dogecoin code storage wallet.
5
3:25Why? Well because now we're merge mining four coins. And if you want to plug in a minor at home and really participate, really keep us out of the hot seat with the security questions, we want you to plug in a minor at home. Let's go. Let's help build and secure this network. And so that'll pay out, you know, up to four coins. Like coin, Dogecoin is Gander and TXC. So like I said, I'll work with Jay on a timeline for the production of those coins. We'll work with shipping and fulfillment on making sure that we're putting together a really nice, really well assembled, welcome kit that communicates all this stuff. There's a lot of cool stuff happening guys that we've dreamed of for a long time with IDMC that you're going to get now, which is great. For example, certificates, certificate of ownership for hash power. We're going to use blockchain technology and Bevis, our blockchain enabled verification and information service, to document the heck out of all of this stuff, proposals, resolutions, voting, and hash power. Why? Because if you're voting your hash power, somebody needs to be able to go and look at your account and verify that you actually received the hash power that you're representing in your vote.
5
4:48And so there's a whole bunch of really, really cool stuff that once again, we're pioneering, you know, like we're doing some really incredible stuff. PR company gave me a little bit of a hard time about some of it yesterday. thing that some of the things we're working on might hurt our brand. And I thought that was funny. I'll talk more about that on Thursday night. But we're making really cool things. It's not easy. It doesn't happen instantaneously. It's happening faster now with a team of really great people. But that's one of the things that we need to do in order to round out the enrollment process. Get IBMC cold storage coin design contest and look I'm not gonna pick the winner you guys are gonna pick the winner Jim's gonna set up a vote we're gonna have a vote and you guys are gonna pick your favorite one and that's how this thing is gonna continue to move forward so cold storage coins coming soon and your coins will be escorted until your wallets and they're please get familiar with the wallet guys. You know, we're working on the certificate of competency. When you sign off on the IDMC governing principles and your membership agreement, you agreed to obtain a certificate of competency from an IDMC approved, you know, education provider.

6:20Well, guess who that is? It's crypto you. And we thought it was going to be maybe like a three minute BS video, click, click, click is crypto really awesome. Yes, quiz passed, move on with your life. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, it's going to be, it's going to be a little bit more than just a BS wink, wink. Did you actively participate kind of thing. we want you to get into this community. We want you to do it. Eyes wide open, you know, fully aware of what you're getting yourself into, and also, uh, competently able to participate in the conversation. And so there's a lot that's going to come out in that realm very soon. And again, one of those things is going to be the basic wallet setup. So please figure it out. If you need desk or your coins until you get your cold storage wallet, So be it, if you want to switch it over to your cold storage wallet, once that shows up in the mail, please do. But the point is that everything is going to be blockchain now. All the votes, all the participation, and those votes are going to need to be signed by an address that we know that you control. And so that could eventually be your cold storage wallet address, or it could be your web wallet address. Whatever it is, that's how it's going to work for your participation. So we got we need you guys to get comfortable with these concepts There are some of them are a little bit more advanced.

7:46Let's take our time Let's hold each other's hand and let's figure these things out Incredible Thanks Bobby Mark I will get with 10 about that with the polo match and I'll have him reach out to you I'm sure we can make that happen if that's the case Yeah, we can make room for Don Junior. I'm sure And that is it. That is all the questions. I think it was a pretty incredible first IDMC historical IDMC membership call. I'm excited. I already can't wait until next Tuesday when I'm going to have even more information to bring you guys all these committees start meeting things start happening. So guys remember the three things we talked about get plugged into the hub that also means get involved in a committee. Pick a committee that you have experience in or your passion about and get plugged in. Number two was set up your ice-k wallet. Now we've talked about that if you would rather them escrow if you want to wait till this cold storage wallets, if you're on coin lock anyways and you're like hey it doesn't really matter whatever the case may be but if you plan on on doing that make sure you set up your ice-k wallet before Monday so distribution can happen properly and number three was give familiar with the voting portal voting dot iscandernetwork.com. The test vote is live for another 10 more minutes.

9:07Guys thank you so much for being here. I appreciate your passion towards honest money and I look forward to taking this thing to the next level with you and growing this into something absolute phenomenal. You have a great night and we will see you next Tuesday.
