Fortifying the Future: MineTXC Secures Elite Legal Defense and Clears the Path for Global Expansion

Tuesday, February 17, 2026

Summary

MineTXC and its associated ventures—including Blockchain Mint and Texitcoin—have marked a major milestone by officially retaining Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan as legal counsel. This strategic choice underscores a deep commitment to excellence, as Quinn Emanuel is a global powerhouse recognized for its unmatched track record in high-stakes crypto litigation and SEC regulatory defense. By partnering with a firm that has successfully navigated landmark cases for industry giants like Ripple and Binance, MineTXC is positioning itself at the leading edge of regulatory compliance, transforming current challenges into a clear path for future growth.

During a recent community address, founder Bobby Gray highlighted this partnership as a "big win" for the ecosystem, viewing the ongoing regulatory review as a vital rite of passage that distinguishes legitimate projects from bad actors. The leadership team is dedicated to "cleaning shop" and working through the Texas administrative order with absolute transparency, emphasizing that founder commitment is stronger than ever. This proactive stance ensures that the community remains informed and empowered, as the project provides the factual evidence and mining receipts needed to prove its integrity to regulators and the world alike.

The horizon remains exceptionally bright with the upcoming launch of the Iskander project, which is proceeding with renewed momentum and strategic caution. While the team works diligently to ensure every global installation provides real utility and aligns with regional standards, the core mission of building robust, community-driven crypto networks remains the guiding light. With elite legal experts now managing the regulatory landscape, leadership is back to focusing on innovation and global expansion, confident that these steps will result in a more secure, transparent, and successful future for the entire MineTXC community.

0:00Yes. And um, and look, you know, I was talking to Rob earlier and he's like, you know, you gotta be careful.7 Don't go out there and do that libertarian thing that you do. Uh, you know, Tim, at bare minimum, you get at least turn off your video, Texan, or disconnect from the call as instructed. Why? Anyway, um, and so, and so, you know, we, we, we do in fact respect this, I, you know, there are a lot of bad actors out there in these spaces and the space of crypto and the space of network, you know, referral affiliate marketing, plenty of them.

0

0:39And I would love for most of them to be gone. Their existence makes it harder for us to run a clean shop because everywhere we go, it always begins with, you know, this presumption of scaminess, sliminess, fraudiness, because there are so many bad actors out there in this space. And so we want the regulators to do their job and we want them to do their job well. We want them to do their job thoroughly and if everyone's in a while, they get it wrong, then it's okay, we just have to work through it. Look, it's going to cost us time, it's going to cost us money, it's going to cost us reputation of damage.

0

1:24It's going to take our focus off of the things that we see as being extremely important and valuable for our community and for the people of Texas and the world. But it's okay because we're going to get through it. Like I said last week, we're going to get through it hopefully as friends. And it's going to be okay in the long run. It's just going to take time for us to get there.

0

1:52Having said that, the reason I am late for tonight's call, did you already tell everybody why I'm late for tonight's call? Yeah, Tim did. Yeah, Tim did. Did Tim just say, oh, Mitchell is still on the call. Mitchell is in Florida. Hello, Mitchell. We're Florida. Florida strong. Florida strong. So look, we had an extensive call last Tuesday before I went and was it Tuesday that I did the the thing that I have a call and Thursday or did somebody else do the call? No, you did. I don't remember. Thursday, emergency call. I don't remember. Still don't remember. Hopefully it's recorded somewhere. So we had an extensive call last time went through all this stuff.

0

2:43So if you need the extended version of what's going on, then go back and check the archives. But we're not going to do that today. We're not going to do that today. In fact, the real reason I'm here today is to show you that I'm still here. I'm still alive. I'm still on the other side of the world. I'm still working for our mutual success as I promised you I would. But I almost made a really stupid mistake the other day because I've been spending a lot of time researching this stuff, trying to understand what's, you know, what's going on.Texitcoin

0

3:20And I've been working on a response. And, you know, there's a fine line between brave and stupid. and I almost crossed that fine line and ponder just for a moment, whether or not I should send in this response to the Texas administrative order without an attorney.3 And the attorney's actually thought that I did. They're like, well, first we have to find a way to undo that. I'm like, I didn't do anything. I just, you know, had a draft. They're like, you didn't send it in. that's so good.

0

3:54And I don't think I can say too much about what I talked about with attorneys. But anyway, so they, they want us to be extremely careful in several regards. And again, I don't even know what I should say to put at risk attorney client privilege stuff. But I want to tell you guys the good news.

0

4:20And I asked them, am I allowed to share this? They said, sure go ahead. I want you guys to know that we have retained counsel and norm over there in the chat nailed it that we didn't just retain counsel but we got the best we got the best in the us. And the firm that is now representing me, mineTXC, blockchain, mint, and Texitcoin is in fact, Quintet Manual. And I want you guys to go out there and do your research on that. I see it as a really big win because when we started down this process, we wanted to find somebody that was familiar with the SEC, familiar with the Texas State Security Board, familiar with crypto, and preferably somebody that wins, and do some research on Quinn Immanuel. Their name came recommended again and again and again, and I reached out to them.

0

5:33They responded right away. They were excited to represent us. They said we're proud to represent you. And I said, is it okay to tell people? Because as soon as this news drops, guess what, the market's going to react. And we got to watch out for stuff like insider trading, right? Is that a thing in the Wild West crypto space? And so you're hearing it here for the first time. Nobody else knows, but Quinn in the manual has been retained. They are excited about the project. you know, we understand that the crypto industry is always on the lookout for clarity, for good information about limitations and the do's and don'ts.

0

6:22And a lot of that is decided through legal and administrative processes like this. Opinion letters and dissenting opinions and all that stuff. Start to form some sort of framework for how these things work. It's not cut and dry. It can be contested at any time in court, but the point is that at least it gives you something. So yeah, we got the right guys, and that is, I think that is the website for it. I'll give you a little bit of an overview of the kind of things that they've done.

0

7:00I think that that's probably okay. In the manual, if you do a little search for Quin Immanuel and XRP, you will find that they represented XRP in the past. You will see that they, I don't know, there's a whole bunch of stuff that they did here. I guess I won't into it too much because I don't know enough about it to speak intelligently on it and I try not to talk about stuff I don't know about. But anyway, so they're on board, guys, and I obviously we're going to be cautious, we're going to be optimistic as we go through this process.

0

7:50But I have a pretty good feeling about it now that they're on board. I just wrapped up our first extensive intake call, not intake call, but our first extensive overview of the matters at hand, and I feel I feel pretty good about it. Let's just say that. And so they're top dogs and they're on our team. And they most recently went up against TSSB in regards to another case. Again, I'm not going to get into the details of it. You can do your own research if you like. But that is, they've got the experience in the areas that we need them to be experienced. And the thing is, we're not going to talk about our defense, we're not going to talk about our positions, we're not going to talk about our strategies, we're not going to talk about our evidence, because we don't want to tip our hand to the other guys.

0

8:53You know, they filed an action and we're going to, you know, we're going to have to figure out, you know, what is really at the heart of their case. We think we know what it is. And we think we think that we've got some really good stuff, but we're not going to go through it in detail, although I would like to, because it would give them an advantageous position. And so, look, they're going to have to work for it. If they want to go through 99 weeks of Zoom calls to figure out what's really going on with our community-based project, then it's all good, because we've been very transparent and anything that has been said, had to have been said and has been said. I don't know if it's kind of rising ships kind of thing. But long story short is I'm very happy about that.

0

9:46I think that's probably the only real substance that we're going to get into tonight. Because again, I got to be extremely careful. You guys are probably very curious about stuff like Iscander. You're probably very curious about the network. work, we're going to reach out to the state and get a clarification on the things that we can and can't do and the links that we've taken to abide by the order. And once we get some clarity on that, which will happen probably sooner rather than later, then we'll be able to get into deeper and better conversations on our Tuesday night calls.

1

0:30So that like I said, there's not much more to say on this call other than that guys. We've retained at top council. They're excited. I'm beside myself. I we had to get a letter of engagement back to them and, you know, had to get signed off by a couple different parties, and I was up every hour on the hour throughout the night trying to see if it came in trying to see if they confirmed, you know, everything. and that is now all done. So we are represented by the best. And I wanna say thank you to you guys because from day one, I told you guys that I've got a job and you've got a job. Your job is to watch my back and hold me accountable. And when this went down and we reached out, we probably got what, 50 recommendations for lawyers or call this guy or that guy or the other guy and you know I've had lots of conversations with lots of good attorneys you know and so making the decision for who to who to select was tough and the thing that I wanted to against or sorry above all else was it's somebody that was eager to fight and win.

1

1:56Not a settlement. Not a, you know, not a modification, but a win. Because as we've continued to maintain, we haven't done anything wrong. And again, we're not going to get into the new degrees of what they accuse and what our response is. But we believe that we haven't done anything wrong.

1

2:15And you'll notice that there are some key words missing from the season and assist, scam, misappropriation of funds, Ponzi, pyramid, all the normal words that they have. And so a lot of you guys came to us with ideas, contacts, and we really appreciate that because that is amazing. The fact that you guys are watching my back makes me really, really happy, really proud, really grateful because we're in this together and we're gonna get through it together and again I won't explain why we're gonna get through it together but we're gonna get through it together I'm highly confident and and this will be a good thing for us you know I we hired a really great public relations company they put together a 38-page deck on crisis management forwarded over to the council for review they said this is a top firm these guys did a great job We'll continue to send over communication snippets

1

3:19to council before it's published to make sure that it's compliant and improving our position. And so we're going to continue to work the plan and get through this. And I'll be here. I'll be here alongside of you guys as we go. Now, where will I be physically? I don't know yet.

1

3:41And the reason I don't know is because, you know, I came out here to go to the world money fair, to move on to Dubai to get our next project started. And no, scanner is not on hold. It's just waiting for a little bit of clarity so that we don't get anybody in trouble or in more trouble. Look, right now this is an administrative order, you know, they want you to feel like you're criminals. They use words like fraud in these orders. But the fraud isn't theft, the fraud isn't misappropriation, the fraud isn't, the fraud is related to, you know, this alleged thing that you've, you know, been accused of doing. But violating that order could very quickly turn this thing from a administrative proceeding to a criminal proceeding. And even though I'm not there, I'm going to go out of my way to make sure that I'm staying on the side of compliance as to the greatest extent possible.

1

4:43That's a top goal. And so, and so are we recording this? We are. Yeah. And so, so yes, is candor is moving forward. And we're, and again, I can't get into the specifics on what I'm working on now because it deals with, you know, what is at the heart of the other issue.

1

5:04But as soon as I have all these pieces in place, then it will move forward fast. And I believe that's gonna happen in the next day or two. And so I'll continue to give you guys kind of updates as I'm moving around and putting the pieces in a place to do this. We do have a great track record of performance from the last 98, 99 weeks. And so, you know, Iskander was really easy to point, you know, to promote the point to the success that we've had with TXC.

1

5:39And so we've still had that. This doesn't change anything, but it's a little muddy now. And so we would love for the muddiness to go away before we actively started promoting the next project. But of course, the project will move forward just will be a little bit harder to do that. And so in the next couple of days, you guys will see a lot more. Now that we've got Council on board in the Iskander realm. And so we will have more details for you guys as soon as we get into that.

1

6:08Okay, so I think that's it. We're not doing Q&A tonight. Obviously this is a different kind of call just based on all the things that are happening right now as I'm sure you understand. And so again, if you're in or a Texan or in Texas person, then you're not supposed to be on this call. We're gonna continue to comply with the order and we're going to let our professionals now present our case and win. And that's the goal. That's what we're doing. And so as we move for guys, your thoughts, your prayers, your kindness, your patience, your positive vibes, send them all, man, we need them all right now.

1

6:54But I'm here. I'm working for us. As I said, I would do. Remember guys, as we go through this, this right of passage, we call it a right of passage, not because we want to like have the crypto bros high five us, but because there are a couple really important elements that every top crypto has to go through. Number one, they got to go through regulatory review. You know, somebody is going to have to look under the hood and make sure that it is, you know, it's compliant.

1

7:24And that is what we're going through right now. But alongside of that, But what you also experience is founder commitment, when the going gets tough, do the top guys cut and run, do they head for the hills, do they do the old fashioned exit scam. This is a really, really great example of us being able to prove that that is not the case. You know, this is not an exit scam.

1

7:53Oh, nasty grams showed up finally after two years. Okay, maybe just run and hide them. Not the case. We're going to work through this. And then the last thing is that we get to prove that we're not a scam. We get to prove that we're not a Ponzi. We get to prove that we're not a pyramid. You know, we've got really great, great colorful charts on the website.

1

8:14But, you know, we're asking the world to believe these charts. Well, now we get to prove them. Hey, did you actually buy the mining equipment? Yeah. Yeah. Here's the receipts in evidence. And so, you know, these are three key parts that make up the right of passage, the regulatory, you know, kind of review the facts to prove the things that we've been saying for a while now, and our commitment to our continued success and every once in a while it's going to be a struggle. We're going to work through it. And so here we are working through it with the best of the best.

1

8:52Do your research on those guys. I'm really happy. Their track record is unmatched and I believe we're in good hands. So having said all that, any comments from Gage Mitchell? No, sir. Thank you so much for being on the call. And like Tim mentioned earlier, our community is just absolutely incredible. The strength of our community. I really appreciate all the phone calls, guys. And Bobby's doing what he said he would do. We're watching his back. He's watching ours. That's incredible news. That's incredible counsel that we got.

1

9:29So I'm excited for what the future holds. Thanks, man. I appreciate that. Yeah, guys. Look, trying to stay off social media, it's not a very nice place right now. I don't ever use it. People send me screenshots. I'm like, why are you sending this to me? You know, I think that for the most part, the community is still pretty much intact. And I think we're all looking at this and saying, okay, well let's let's get through it and then let's make a really big deal about our success going through this thing.

2

0:01Because you know, we've taken the reputational damage now. We're working through it on the downtown digital side. We're working through it on the city McKinney side, the Chamber of Commerce side. So, you know, we're going to work through it and we won't know what the net result is until the dust settles. But hopefully we have an opportunity very soon to prove up our case here in some administrative proceedings and eventually maybe in a court of law, which we will do professionally, honestly, ethically and transparently.

2

0:29And so much more is coming. No questions today. guys, sorry, we can't we can't get into questions and specifics because we don't want to interfere with our defense. That's it. That's it for me. You guys make it a great night. I'm going to make it a great day. I've got work to do over here. And now that this council's retained, I get to focus more on running our business, which is really an important factor.

2

1:03We got to continue to keep moving forward under the rules and limitations that we have in place today. It's no problem We got this and let's go. All right guys. Thanks so much Bobby Gray here tuned in on a Tuesday night on week 99 week 99 Hey Bobby for some clarity everybody's asking about is candor. What did you you say is that on pause until we have further clarity as of Thursday of now until further notice What's your Well, first of all, it's going to it's going to go live this week for sure. Second of all, we're probably going to have to set it up to restrict access. You know, we make it not available in Texas to Texans.

2

1:49You know, as this thing gets going and we're really going to have to play within the lines. We'll have to get counsel to review everything that we've got. And then let's roll it out quickly because people are waiting, what do we say? If every 19th was the revised launch date, it was supposed to be the 12th, then we pushed it back week. Yeah. So we're moving forward, unless we have more information or clarity that tells us not to or something like that.

2

2:18No, no, no, we're moving forward. We just have to be careful as we move forward. That's really the key. So it's moving forward, guys. It's 100%. And, you know, the biggest challenge with moving forward as we move into, you know, this phase three thing given the fact that we've got this administrative order on phase one is just making sure that the story makes sense. The value proposition is there and our work is meaningful. I'm not in this to make money. I'm in this to help people learn about crypto and use crypto to their advantage.

2

2:56you know, that's where utility comes in. And so as we look at global expansion, we say okay, we get it. But what's the utility? How are we going to find the rubber, how are we going to find a way to get the rubber to connect with the road on these subsequent installations? And you know, as we're evaluating where to go with this project, the question is like, okay, well, are these guys territory, something that is going to allow us to share our message through this, you know, referral marketing type system.

2

3:30Okay. And then what can we do here in this region to give the project real utility? What's the point? And so we need to have all three of those components as we roll this out. And so I've been working diligently over the last couple days as I've been over here with some quiet time to figure out that, you know, because we're not looking to build this thing for no purpose, no use.

2

3:59What's the utility? We've got great utility in the states. You know, community currencies have been a big thing in the states for years and years and years. And that's my background. That's what I think I'm good at. And so, you know, I need to understand the rules and limitations in those regards as we get into other parts of the world. For example, Thailand, they don't let you use crypto, point of sale. You can't buy stuff in Thailand and crypto. So we have to understand not just where crypto is friendly, where it's friendly for our marketing that we're marketing, but where we can create value.

2

4:41view. And we'll always go to the places where we have the ability to impact the community and the people of the territory in a positive way.You know, part of what we're looking at here is like, did we create this to extract wealth or did we create this to build strong communities? I think it's pretty obvious that we've done this to build communities. And so we're going to continue to let that be the guiding light as we take Iskander around the world.

2

5:11And so that's the core focus right now. As I get that figured out, that's how we move forward. I know a lot of you guys have already signed and paid. Thank you. And it is launching. I just have to make sure I've got it all making sense because the story hasn't changed.

2

5:30It's just the story becomes a little bit more complex given the current administrative work. So we work through that. We figure that out. The systems come online and life goes on. I'm excited about that as well. I know you guys are too. So thank you very much. All right. Thanks guys. Have a great night. Bobby, great here. Founder, fearless leader, texted coin amongst other little projects. And here we go. All right. Thank you very much, everyone.
