A New Horizon: Iskander Coin and the Future of TEXITcoin Integration
Tuesday, February 10, 2026
The digital currency landscape is shifting once again as we officially announce the transformative integration of Iskander Coin into our growing ecosystem. Born from strategic discussions in global hubs like Dubai, this update introduces a new digital currency designed to expand our reach and provide unprecedented utility. By allowing users to utilize Texitcoin to purchase Iskander Coin, we are significantly enhancing liquidity and fostering deeper engagement within our community. This synergy is part of a broader "Global Cross-Mining" vision, ensuring our network remains resilient, redundant, and capable of weathering any regional market disruptions.
To ensure this transition is as smooth as it is impactful, we have overhauled our User Experience (UX) and interface. These enhancements focus on easier navigation and streamlined transaction processing, making it simpler for veteran miners and newcomers alike to manage their digital assets. Supporting this technical rollout is a robust new marketing strategy spearheaded by top-tier partnerships. By leveraging high-level community engagement and strategic global presence, we are committed to driving massive adoption and ensuring both coins receive the visibility they deserve on the international stage.
Quality remains our top priority as we enter this next phase of growth. Our team is currently executing a rigorous testing strategy, including comprehensive unit tests on integration points and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all features exceed expectations. We will continue to monitor transaction processing times and gather community feedback post-launch to maintain a seamless environment. This isn't just an update; it’s the beginning of a more powerful, decentralized future for every member of our "digital currency rocket ship."

0:02Alright, there we go. Good morning, everyone. Bobby Gray here with glasses on because I haven't had any coffee yet and I can't see a thing I always thought I was gonna be that one guy that lived to like a thousand and never needed glasses and it turns out that's not the case at all.Oh man. I, um, it was all of a sudden one day like a year ago and I was looking at a coin that we had just made and I was like these details are terrible my wife's like the details are fine what are you talking about what do you need glasses no hands me a pair of glasses and I go oh okay yeah I need glasses so here we are this is what you get it's 801 am in the beautiful city of Hong Kong lots to talk about in that in a few minutes but first hello good morning welcome introductions Rob how's it going?

0:59Good morning sir from the other side of the world you seem to keep puddle jumping across oceans and continents yeah the only thing that would make it better is if I did it by either balloon or like airship or boat you know if like I just casually floated my way from Dubai to to wherever I am now, Southeast Asia. That would be fun. Tim's here. Gages here, everyone's here. Mitchell's here. Is Mitchell still sick? Last time we talked to Mitchell, he was so sick he was not even able to press the turn on my camera button. Mitchell's a lot better. I got to see him last night. Oh really? Yeah, I'm back to 100. I'm ready to go.
0:

1:43100. Hey, this feels like a family reunion. and first of all, I haven't seen you guys in forever. You know, we're coming up on a month since I've been gone. It's been a while. That's crazy. Full disclosure, everyone, as well. I haven't had any coffee yet. This will be my first sip, which they say gives you a certain feeling. It's not good. Some sort of Nespresso Asian situation. I've got Americana on the way. A few minutes of that door will make a sound and then coffee will find me.
0:
0
2:19So we're gonna have to deal with that. Maybe I'll zoom out. I wanna play you guys a video. Are there enough people here yet to see an impressive video? Have you guys seen this video yet? Do you know which video I'm talking about? Yes, I think I do. And yes, I really like it. Yeah. Do you wink at the end? No, I don't think so. Hopefully, look, I don't, I just got a Mac because the battery situation is just superior. It doesn't say anything about me as a person or my character. It's just a battery move. So I'm not really sure what I'm clicking on here.
0:
0
2:55Hopefully I'm clicking on the right thing. But I want to play this video for you. Because I'm really actually pretty excited about it. I liked it so much that I told Corey who made it to quit. I said, you need to quit working right now and you need to start a company called whatever this thing is that you're about to see. And we need to never talk about this again. Or you give it all to me And I'll give you 5% on an exit valuation for downtown digital and here is that video Oh my mother, I take one look at you, you're taking me out Of the ordinary, I want you laying me down To a dead and buried On the edge of your knife Stay and drunk on your fire The angel's up in the clouds A jealous love we found, something so loud Of the ordinary, you got a kiss in the ground If you said you're very Wow Pretty pretty good.
0:
0
4:29I don't know what you think but I thought it was pretty good But you changed it. It had a it had a fair money. Of course you changed it. Send me the one with the the fair money version This is send me that original one if you if you have it real quick and I'll play it again for it the 360 people that already saw it and the new ones that have yet to make it to our call tonight Man, what an amazing difference one week can make. Do you guys have anything specific you want to get into before I get into all my stuff? And this is probably going to be more of a round table conversation tonight because I have literally that much prepared.
0:
0
5:10But but there's a lot to discuss. A lot has happened in one week's time. But you guys go first. I mean what's happening for you you guys did a first McKinney guitar sanctuary executive corporate aggressive hard sale. Well I wouldn't say aggressive hard sale. Not without without joining our community. Now, the perfect year's feet and by, yeah, put the coffee down. The purpose of attending the meeting and coming is because we're able to make offers and promotions that they can't normally get. So it's been fun. We did two events now. We did one of the guitar sanctuary in McKinney, and then we just flew down.
0:
0
6:03Let's pause. Let's pause that rep, we can talk about what you just said. But we have the ability to do promotions at these events that normal miners don't have access to.And so the basic background behind that is, you know, we had this strategy where we had reimbursements out there and we said, look, bring people together, there's whole things about community. So round people up, get them to a room, feed them dinner, you know, maybe they're down on their luck, maybe they need a free dinner.
0:
0
6:35Maybe they just want to come out and have a good time like maybe it's new people. Maybe it's old people It's okay. Let's let's cast a really wide net. Let's bring people out. Right. Let's get them together. Let's let's have an evening And we've been giving these these resources and that directive to people that have Very very very little in the way of maybe sales or presentation skills And just I love them. I'm going to say something real nice about them in a little while, but even some of these Rangers, you know, we've seen some pretty, pretty lackluster, Ranger presentations from time to time.
0:
0
7:17And you know, it's like if we're going to put out all that money and effort to get people to a room and then not present properly and not close properly, You know, and when we say close, you know, a lot of people are like, okay, there's there's the hard sale and it's really not it's the it's the moment where you ask them for the money. And that was a big turning point in my life because you know, when I was selling precious metals, I never asked people to pay. It was like here's the thing. Do you like it? Is it good enough to like, you know, cause you to want to do your part where you like you give me the money for it?
0:
0
7:56Like, I wasn't really proud of my products. I never thought I made a really great coin. You know, my cold storage coins are different. They sell for 20 bucks, pay up. But you know, when you're making these real high-end collectors coins and collectors Statues and all this stuff, you know, it's it's an art and so if I'm not proud of the thing that I produce in that art form, then it's uncomfortable. It's an uncomfortable experience asking people to do the part where they pay. And they pay a lot. You know, they pay top dollar for those things that I create. It's totally different with texit coin. Oh, man, I have never had more fun telling people to like put your hand in your pocket, grab your cash, put it on the table.
0:
0
8:40Let's go, man. I'm working my butt off for this thing. not sure if you guys noticed, but this is my life's work manifested on a digital currency rocket ship, and I'm having the time of my life. And I want you guys to join. And in order to join to show me your committed to this project, you put cash in. And the cash is the part that you do. What coffee's here? Ten back to you. Now, I think you said a set of best. What we decided to do is take some of those funds that we were allocating for these other events where people were coming and having dinner and now we're taking some of those funds and at each one of the events we're offering some promotions. We're offering free seats. We're doing different specials and so at each event we've got you know X amount of free seats that we're able to spread out to try to get as many people to join the community that night. And one of the things, the benefits guys, is think about this. This is a relationship business. You're sharing, you're telling this to your family members, your friends, colleagues, things like that. And it's easy for them to say, well, you know what? I'll get back to you or I'll take a look at it and let me think about it.
0:
0
9:58But when they meet myself, or gauge, or rob, or Mitchell or last night we had Angelo and Jim Carey and Melissa and we had you know some some really good rangers that were there you know it's harder for somebody else to tell us know it's easy for them to tell you know because you're the friend and really all we're doing is breaking it down it just comes down to the simple fact do you like the project right do you see the value of it and is this something that you're going to do sometime in the future if If you're going to do it, let's do it today, and here's what we can do. We've got these extra promotions that we're doing. And it's actually worked very well. I mean, we've done pretty good with the amount of people. I think that this is something that now we've proved the model. We figured out some things that we keep working on like our check-in process, making sure that we're able to attach who is who, so that people get credit for it.
0:
1
0:57So those are the things that we're continuing to work on, but man, we're right there and we're pretty excited about it. So nicely done. I got my coffee. I want to let you guys know how much I like you. And when I say you, I mean you and then the 437 other people that are on this call. There was, it's all parties here. It's consensus week. So there was a, you know, I had like six parties on the calendar that I was ticketed for. or, you know, plus all the different things you can crash. But I was out running around with Nikita who runs our PR company.
0:
1
1:32We'll get into that in a few minutes. I'm making a list of things I want to talk about. So as I like, remember them. And so I left, I'm like, I can't do shots. I gotta go. I shouldn't do shots anyway. I gotta call tomorrow morning.
0:
1
1:48And not only tomorrow morning, but I had a call last night at what 11 p.m. my time nine a.m. you're time for downtown digital. And I said, maybe I'll come back after if I'm feeling really out of line and she sends me a message coming back CEO of ledger here. Oh, my have to go get a shot. No, my people need me, my people need it's important for me to show up the CEO of ledger will have to wait.
0:
1
2:24Anyway, so thanks Tim for filling us in. I'm glad those events are going well. Yeah, guys, look, we got to work through our challenges, whether the market's hot, cold, in different, you know, what is the crypto market in extreme fear phase right now? Is that? Yeah. Is that where we are? Super extreme. By herself. It might be bottoming out. I don't know. Well, look, Look, I think that that actually works well for us because I think it's a net positive. Obviously, nobody wants the value of anything that they own to go down. But when we talk about how important these cycles are here as they apply to us, but they also apply to the macro crypto industry as well.
0:
1
3:12And so the whole market is off right now. And everyone's out there speculating as to why, what's up, what's wrong, what's going on? They're stabbing in the dark the same way we were for a couple of weeks from months as we were looking at and saying, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, come back, come back, we had it, where did they go? And you know, the reality is, it's a cycle, we go through it, we learn from our mistakes, we We celebrate the top that a lot of people had an opportunity to experience. And then we, and we start again. And so crypto is wild. All right. So what else do we have to talk about, Kate, what do you got going on?
0:
1
3:59You've been working a lot on this kind of stuff. Is there an is candor update? Yeah. Yeah. So, just just to preface that real quick, when did I talk about is candor, was that last week or was that two weeks ago? Two weeks ago, is when we first, I was eating a pretzel in Berlin. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And we introduced Iskander. So you guys have had a couple of weeks of time to do more research on what Iskander is and Iskander might be different than what we thought.
0:
1
4:34And so tell us how it's going. So we ended the first block club as February 3rd, right? Last week. And we ended that first block club with 293 people, a part of the first block club, which was amazing.
0:
1
4:58And so it was end up, I think me and Tim done the math today, and I think everybody was earning around nine coins per seat, nine, nine and a half coins per seat that they got in with.
0:
1
5:13And so we have Iskander registration opening back up on the 12th. And so that first block club is going to be mining a ton of coins early before we open this back up on the 12th to get things going again. And so it's super exciting. You know, we've just had a ton of interest with this gander, and it sounded like over in Dubai, you had some interest in this gander over there as well. Well, yes, yeah, let's get into that. Hey, real quick, Bobby, on on this gander, have you been to the website?
0:
1
5:48This is something you can share. And the video that's on there now, have you watched the video? First of all, no. Second of all, let's go there together is this is where the winking the winking happens. This is definitely the wink. Okay, this is what we thought you were going to show us. Really? Yeah. Okay, scroll down on that. Join this kind of it's spelled right.
0:
1
6:17That's good. Why we exist. Before you play it, are you able to share the before you have played the sound? I am an advanced and advanced zoomer. There's boomers, there's groomers, and there's zoomers in the world, and I am zoomed with volume. I am in zoom with me category. And I'm device agnostic, bro. You can throw me on a Mac, and I will zoom with the best of them.
0:
1
6:52That's pretty powerful there. That's a good talent to have. It's two minutes and 37 seconds. I don't know if I have that kind of time, but let's see what happens here. Here we go. Is there any audio? Yeah. In most of crypto, mining happens in one place, under one system, exposed to one set of risks. One regulation, one grid failure, one disruption, and the entire network is vulnerable. But what if it didn't have to be that way?
0:
1
7:28From the very beginning, Texit Coins founder Bobby Gray envisioned something different. Not a single mining operation, not a centralized network, but a global system built for strength, resilience and longevity. Iskander Coin is the first major step in that vision. Iskander is launching from Dubai, one of the most iconic cities in the world, A global financial hub, a crypto-friendly environment, a gateway between East and West.
0:
1
8:03The perfect foundation for a world, Am I allowed to comment along the way here? Am I ruining it? Go for it. Just you are. Do you want to add some commentary? What do you want to comment on? They are ruining it.
0:
1
8:14You guys remember Mystery Science Theatre 3000? Yes. I love that show. Because we can do that right now. Glass mining network, global cross-mining creates something the crypto world has never seen before, redundancy, decentralization by design, geographic distribution, regulatory resilience, protection from grid failures, instead of relying on one location, multiple massive mining centers support each other's networks. When one region faces challenges, the network keeps running. As this system expands, it is designed to reach five major global mining hubs, producing a combined 500 to 600 million mega hash.
0:
1
9:01That places this network among the strongest mining operations in the world. No other project has ever built infrastructure like this. This is revolutionary, and this wasn't a pivot. it wasn't an afterthought. Global cross mining has been part of the strategy from day one. Now, the foundation is in place. A promise fulfilled. A vision realized. A long term strategy brought to life. The first blocks have already been mined.
0:
1
9:40The network is live. The ecosystem is growing. This is more than a new coin. It's a global mining infrastructure built for the future of crypto. Welcome to Iskander. Welcome to phase three. This is just the beginning. Oh, I got old. Listen, before you say anything, I just want you to know.
0:
2
0:06So Jim Kerry and Corey put this thing You know, Jim Carrey had the vision of doing this and then Corey put the AI together, man, I think they hit it out of the park. They did a great job. You guys always do that to me, believing that it'll affect in some way, like, how much I like it. Look, they spent a lot of time on this. So before you say something really terrible, just remember they worked really hard.
0:
2
0:37Okay. Well, yeah, first of all, it was very nice. The only thing I didn't like, you know, image wise was like saying how awesome text going is. And then we went to like nuclear power plants smog for Clipper 2. And I was like, okay, okay, move on. We're not that. There's there are a lot of things right in that video. And there are a couple things that that need to be updated, but it's really nice.
0:
2
1:04Very, very nicely done. Look, the amount of initiative that our community takes is unparalleled. I mean, that's my favorite part. And I would take 99% right any day of the week when people are creating stuff as awesome as this. Obviously, everything we do has got to be accurate, you know, cross-mining wasn't part of the plan from day one.
0:
2
1:32You know, from day one, this was a Texitcoin. It was a Texas project. We were building exclusively in Texas. And so, you know, cross-mining started to show up when we learned more about merge mining, which we didn't know anything about, you know, we learned about merge mining, about the time that we were learning about immersion cooling. So there's been a lot of evolution in this project. You know, mostly because I got into this thing knowing very, very little about crypto and crypto mining And so, you know, we'll go through a couple things like that and we'll we'll clean them up as far as a first crack is concerned Nearly spot on and
0:
2
2:10very nicely done. Congratulations to Jim and Corey Both of those guys are full time with us now, right? Yeah, yep. Yes, sir Howent that this project is attracting creativity that we have under house is really starting to get amazing Yeah, it's getting great. It is good. Too bad. The end is near, huh? Too bad. Look, let's treat tonight like a roundtable. Don't turn your cameras off unless you're like peeing or something.
0:
2
2:43Don't disappear because we got a lot to talk about. And, you know, normally I do like a bit of a sermon for 45 minutes and then we jump into the angry questions. Tonight I'd really like to have a discussion and we're probably gonna talk about some stuff tonight that you guys are gonna be like we're supposed to talk about that in private and like come up with a unified you know story before we start spilling the beans to the 478 people out there that are gonna put this on YouTube and as we can have YouTube did Texitcoin Instagram go down do we lose our Instagram account?
0:
2
3:17Yes, something happened. We're not quite sure. I know there was no peel made. Yeah, profile isn't available. I feel like, look, this is kind of like one of those times that like you guys get to say, well, Bobby was right. You know, social media is a, is a fragile bird. And we start bringing in this team and that team and the other team.
0:
2
3:41And next thing, you know, the logins are all over the planet. it. And I think they probably froze the account because of a login issue. So I'm just trying to log in. It sends an alert on to a phone in the Philippines where AJR are are lovely assistant that a lot of you guys met when you were out there in Thailand. She takes care of the socials, the actual posting. Why? Because I trust her. You know, you don't want to give everyone your Instagram password.
0:
2
4:09So she's got it. She got kicked out. It's sent an alert to my phone, I'm in Hong Kong. And it's like, send up a selfie with your location attached so we know this is legit. You've got 24 hours to do it. And I'm like, oh, okay. So it's under appeal. So I don't know. No, no, no login information was shared with anyone. No, so I don't know. I don't know. Well, that's a thing. Like, it's just, it's fragile, man. And so hopefully we can get our Instagram account back.
0:
2
4:39That would be nice. But time will tell. Yeah, so so we should probably go gently and easily through the things that I'd like to discuss. But the bottom line for what's happening next is, you know, changes in the wind. Is that the right saying changes in the air?
0:
2
5:03What do we have here? I'm like that. We're going to just go with that. Change is coming. Change is inevitable. I don't know what it is. It's too early. We're still working through Cup number one. Half of which I spilled. I don't know if you saw that. But guys, I've decided that my time doing Zoom calls with you like this is coming to an end. I have decided that I will do this call three times including this one this week is 98 next week is week 99 and on week 100 it will be my very last Zoom call officially and formally in Tuesday nightishly with this project and that's a big change because guys I've been doing this for you know like I said
0:
2
5:5290 this isn't week 98 and not just one call a week and not just a 10 minute update but you know sometimes a multi hour on my knees serving the community that kind of update you know when the situation calls for it but let me tell you let me tell you why let's talk about the why first and then we'll come back around and see if we can pin down the specifics but as you know I'm in Hong Kong I could show you out of my window if you need proof.
0:
2
6:22I don't know if you'll see it. But there is Hong Kong and I've been all over the planet in the last three weeks or so. I've got three more days out here on Friday. I'll be the keynote speaker at the DAT summit, which is digital assets and tokenization. It is a side event that's taking place here next to consensus and consensus is one of the big crypto events in the industry.
0:
2
6:51you know I always thought it was supposed to be the biggest one they do I think two or three a year we first did consensus in Austin and it was a spectacular flop but other people seem to enjoy it and so I'm out here to speak at this event that we sponsored and and so I've been all over in the last couple weeks the trip started with Europe a couple days of vacation meeting up with the Glorias and Mason and Pete and Prague and Dresden or wherever I was in Germany off to Berlin for the World Money Fair which was an absolute dud. I don't know how the World Money Fair went for the Golden Silver guys. I thought for short it was going to be jam-packed because the price of Golden Silver had been gone crazy but it was as you know kind of like normal and then from there jumped on a plane and went to Dubai.
0:
2
7:49Somebody gave me some official traditional Middle Eastern clothes to wear and I was going to jump on the call tonight wearing it and I thought it was just going to be too much, too much. There are some things like get away with them, these calls, but I don't think and man was due by eye opening and I'll tell you why really it was but before that you know it was just an amazing city and I lived in Singapore for three years tree as they say in Singapore and I thought Singapore was the
0:
2
8:34crem de la crem I thought Singapore was as good as it gets on planet earth. And boy was I blown away to see Dubai. And you know, I feel kind of stupid that I didn't know. You know, I feel like I'm this international man of mystery that like has the intel on the where's to be places.
0:
2
8:59And Dubai, I don't know if it's twice as big a Singapore or five times bigger than Singapore, a hundred, but it is skyscrapers everywhere, and it is wealth like I've never even seen in Singapore. You know, you're sitting there at a hotel lobby waiting for your Uber to pull up and Lamborghini Ferrari, and then that like one of one limb Ferrari Monsa comes by and you're like, dear God, what is that? So it's unreal, it's unreal. And the thing one of the things I liked about it the most is that it's a real eclectic mix of east and west You know, it's a lot of Middle Eastern people a lot of you know dark skin Arabic speaking people.
0:
2
9:42It's a lot of You know Chinese some Chinese not too much Chinese But it's a lot of Russian and Eastern Europe but people from all over the world And I met a guy and he said look what the thing that I can tell you is that the coolest people in the world are in Dubai You know, you might not know anybody from Krizakistan, but I can assure you that the coolest guy from Krizakistan is in Dubai right now, and so anyway, so I was there last week, and it was, like I said, it was eye opening, but I had a couple meetings there, a couple of things happened there that I'll share with you, and that is really changed my perspective on everything, the whole thing. First of all, I want to report back that we now have engaged an official PR team.
0:
3
0:33I think we talked about this only last week's call, right? Luna PR, top performer in this field. We spent 246,000 bucks or 264,000 bucks. I don't remember exactly which one it was. It'll be proofed. But we spent top dollar and we're expecting top service. This is the person that I was out with last night hanging out with the CEO of Bitmart last night saying thank you for listing us.
0:
3
0:58We've got a new project that we've just paid for to be listed soon. Almost hanging out with CEO of Ledger asking them, and this is already underway, to take another look at our project, you know, people say all the meanest things about, you know, anything and everything that pops up in the crypto space were no different from that, but consider whether or not a scam company would invest $400,000 in a partnership that helps their community keep crypto safe, like that's not the kind of thing that a traditional scam would be investing in. And so they're opening doors for us at extremely high levels. I won't name drop too much, but I will tell you that big things are beginning to happen.
0:
3
1:42And you know, on one part, you would say, is it really a smart idea to to spend $175,000 on your birthday party. On the other part, you would say something like, it's paid a play. And that makes a lot of sense. I'll never forget in the early, early days of this we invited Kira's friend Debbie to join us in mining, Texitcoin.
0:
3
2:10And we explain the whole thing. It's kind of like an MLM and she lights up. I know so many people that are in MLM. and I know five people that will sign up immediately. Great, go Debbie, let's get them. She comes back a week later, they all said no.
0:
3
2:24And we're like, well, like what happened? I mean, we know you don't know a lot about crypto and you couldn't have really explained it that well, but like, you know, what went wrong? And she's, you know, telling us about it and it's like, it sounds like she could have done it. And I said, have you ever, she says they always invite her out to her their candle parties and their Tupperware parties and their sex toy parties and their other stuff parties.
0:
3
2:48And we said, have you ever signed up for any of their projects, their products? No, no, I would never do that. I would never sign up for any of these MLM things. Boba, Boba. And I was like, well, Debbie, it's kind of, I scratch your back, you scratch my back kind of situation. If they're presenting these things that are, you know, important to them. And you're, you know, poo pooing all over. And then all of a sudden, you ask them to do yours.

3:12Here's how would you expect any kind of other response? And so, you know, the industries pay to play. You put money out there and you make friends. It's not that you're buying those friends, it's that you're contributing to the overall ecosystem of the community. Get used to that word. We told you a while ago that the whole world here is ecosystem. Now it's Web 3. But anyway, the point is that we're starting to spend money.
0:
3
3:40And part of the perspective paradigm shift that I'm going through over these last couple days is realizing that we've got a budget. People put all kinds of deals in front of me in the last couple days, half a million for this, five million for that. And I'm like, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. And you look at the budget overall and you're like, okay, 15 million bucks to go to the next level.
0:
3
4:02Wait a minute. We have that money. That's money that we have. We've been stockpiling resources for a while now. And we can afford, we can afford some of this stuff and it sounds scary and expensive, you know, I spend a million bucks the other day and a single transaction, which I'll tell you guys about in a few moments as well. But we're ready to go to the next level. Dubai is the next level. The global crypto community is ready to hear more about what we have to say. And And this is us beginning to scratch the surface of second gear. You know, a couple of weeks ago, we talked about how far we got with first gear.
0:
3
4:49You know, we went from zero to 100 miles per hour, we went from nothing to $140 plus million raise top 1%, zero to 50,000 plus people in our community, zero to, you know, gigahash of money power we went from zero to bringing a community together of at least 494 people that care about the mission of honest money
0:
3
5:20And, you know, whether the price is up or down, they're tuning in on a regular basis to see what's going on. Make sure we're keeping the ship pointed in the right direction. And, you know, the strategy for first year, God has really far, you know, it was, I don't know, luck, it was hard work, it was opportunity, it was timing, it was whatever it was, got us to where we are today.
0:
3
5:44And we're the rich guy now. And there's a funny story, you know, about how most cryptos launch, most cryptos launch with a rich guy. And what that means is you go, bro, I got an idea for a new coin. Who's Justin and why is Justin trolling us in the chat?
0:
3
6:04Can somebody eject Justin? Why did you dump all your coin, Bobby? I don't know who Justin is. Justin is LOLing. Let's kick Justin out. Graduated. We call that graduated. I would graduate. It makes sense. He's probably not a real person.
0:
3
6:24The only thing is is Bobby didn't dump all his coins because I see his wallet right here. It's got the same amount. Yeah. It's reporting to zoom as well. Yeah, I don't think Justin's a miner by Justin. Anyway, keep an eye on that chat, guys. Get rid of our trolls. I thought we had chap disabled. It's any host and panelists can chat with, attendees can chat with host and panelists.
0:
3
6:56Oh, I think that was just for me. Tennis can chat with host and panels, okay. So anyway, where were we? We were talking about the rich guy. So basically you want to start a crypto, you got nothing but you have a funny picture of like a rat or a turtle or a monkey or something and this would just be the hottest coin ever. Or if you can get your rich guy friend to fund the project for you. What does that mean? It means a couple of bucks for tech.
0:
3
7:23It means a couple of bucks for getting on to some, you know, terrible exchanges or defy exchanges. And then you got to promote and pump, which means you got to borrow his Lambo and you got to borrow his house and you got to borrow his girlfriend and you make all the Instagram and TikTok and X videos, you know, with your cash there on your arm and like your gold necklace on and you make it look like your crypto is the hottest thing ever and everyone's got to get in. And so you're borrowing from the rich guy. You don't have the money, you wish you had the money, but you don't have it.
0:
3
7:57And so you need the rich guys, you know, cash and bling to pump. And so you know, put some money out there and you do a traditional pump and dump. And all of a sudden, the coins pop on the market, you thousand X, you dump, everybody hates you, but nobody ever knew who you were in the first place, so it doesn't matter. You give the rich guy all this stuff back and a couple bucks of profit and you call it a day. That's traditionally how you launch a crypto, case you didn't know. We're the rich guy now. I don't know if you've seen our assets that we've accumulated but between the advertising promotion, the cars, the community, the swag, the brand.
0:
3
8:40I mean, we're pretty big now. And so somehow we went from zero to having all of this stuff and, you know, we talked about our liquidity reserves and places to stash cash. You know, we have these things. You know, we burnt through some of them as we are out there trying to support our coin on the market. We didn't burn through all of it quite intelligently. The crypto markets down 40% are Bitcoin and Ethereum coins have taken a hit.
0:
3
9:05Oh, full disclosure. I cashed out our Ethereum liquidity coin the other day. I don't know if I'll replenish it or if we're just done with that one, but we were weighed out. We lost 55, 60% or more on our Ethereum investment, you know, Ethereum thing to store our cash. So jokes on us on that one, but we did very well on our Gold Silver. Gage, you took some, or you sent some Gold Silver up to App Mix the other day to turn that stuff and cash to continue to give us fuel for our fire here.
0:
3
9:42Anyway, point is, we've got a budget and, you know, the budget isn't sitting there for us to just look in and admire. It's not sitting there as a rainy day fund, unless it is raining now. And a couple of months back, we talked about kind of a multi-fazed strategy to take us up to DefCon 1. It's DefCon 1, the worst one. one, DEF CON one. Yeah, didn't it start at 4 and 1? DEF CON one means we're launching.
0:
4
0:15We are launched. We came up with strategy to, you know, to get us to DEF CON one, which is we got a project, we're serious about hitting our goals. We said 16 by February of 2026. Guess what? We are at February of 2026. And last week or two weeks ago from whatever, when we were talking about mean tweets and then no, no, 16 doesn't mean 16 cents, it means $16. Okay, do you have a plan? Yeah, do we have a plan? Do you have resources? Do you have a budget?
0:
4
0:48Yeah, we've got resources and a budget. Well, then let's go. And so I had a meeting with a gentleman. I don't even know his name. I think I know his name now, but I didn't know his name for a while. We had a meeting And, you know, this guy is very well connected, and I wasn't sure if it was, you know, all truthful at first and trying to, like, ask him questions to poke some holes in the legitimacy of who he is. But we had a meeting, and he talks for 15 minutes about industry stuff, and I'm starting to think that this guy actually might be legit, and I go, OK, well, what do you know about us so far? Well, I've been mine in Texcoyne for a while and I got a couple hundred thousand dollars worth that I picked up and you guys are doing everything right and it was that point in the movie where like the camera zooms out where like goes out and zooms in at the same time so like makes it look like your your heads spinning and it was and and so you know I'm into buy him in one of the nicest hotels I've ever been in the lobby of it and just having this meeting with this guy who I've never met before but he seems to know a lot about lot about us, a lot.
0:
4
1:57And not just us, but other industry projects like us. And he could see that I was kind of like, you know, surprise. And he said, you think you're really small. You think you've just got this Texas project going. But you're much bigger than you know. In fact, and this is the funny line, he says, you're kind of like an elephant right now hiding behind a peanut. And I thought about that. I've thought about that a lot ever since that conversation. And the realization that we're known around the globe is both equal parts scary, really scary. You know, because I get onto these Zoom calls on Tuesday night, we make our jokes, we read pretzels, I'm half awake. And yet we come to find out that these videos are being watched by people in the highest of places inside and outside of the crypto community.
0:
4
2:55And that's really that's really kind of eye-opening, intimidating. It's exciting. And so I'm going to need a hair and make-up budget then. Right. That's what I'm saying. It's time to elevate our thinking. It's time for us to no longer think and act like a regional project. That's where it began two years ago. It began with a bunch of guys on a dirt road in Texas. And it has grown to be one of the biggest projects in the crypto space. And we were going out to little networking events, oh, Texitcoin, yeah, I've heard of Texitcoin. And you know, you ask them a couple of questions to see if they've really heard of Texitcoin or if they just pretend to hear and they've heard of Texitcoin.
0:
4
3:43And so, to me, that comes with a lot of weight and responsibility, where we're not a small project anymore. We're not a little homegrown mom and pop shop, we're a big project, and I don't know if we're well respected or admired, but somebody has got to be out there everywhere representing this big project now, you know, because if they're not hearing it from us, and all they have to go on is our non-existent Instagram page and whatever the trolls are saying about us on CoinMarketCap, you know, we're just not being represented well.
0:
4
4:24And so it's been really good for me to get out and start to be the champion of our project here on the other side of the world. And so I drummed up a lot of support for Texitcoin in just the last couple of days in Dubai back to the question about how is candor going. You know, over here, we're getting things set up. The company registration is in process now. And so, you know, people are saying, OK, I like your story.
0:
4
4:53I like what you're doing. I want to invest. And they're using the the invest word. And we're going to have a legitimate, you know, registered company here that's a VARA compliant virtual asset regulatory authority compliant out of the UAE. And so it's legit. It's big and it's legit. And I'm saying to those guys, guys, I don't know. I'm not sure exactly what the best thing is for you. We've got this project coming together. It's called Iskander and here are the opportunities and packages. Okay. I'm in. I'm in for whatever they are.
0:
4
5:24Let's go. But I'm saying to them as well. I said, here's it's still being set up. It's coming together. But here's what I can tell you that you could do today. You You could buy a handful of TXC off the open market. And I would say that I've probably drummed up about a million dollars worth of TXC buying interest. And a million dollars is a big chunk of cash for our small market. And I know that that's a safe bet because you know what's happening with Texitcoin.
0:
4
5:52I know what's happening with Texitcoin. I want to show you guys what I spent a million bucks on the other day for the benefit of Texitcoin, and see if you guys agree, the Texitcoin is still a good bet. Any questions about that so far? Right, going down a path, it's all good. Doing great. Any more coffee. Anyway, as you guys know, downtown digital, which I told you I was gonna talk about a whole lot more, is coming together, it took a big step back last week. and I told you that I kind of suspended the downtown digital staff and the reason I did that is because of hardware.
0:
4
6:34And so what we're putting together for downtown digital and you saw what a moment ago on the video, what we're putting together, maybe Corey sent me the version that I really liked. Corey, are you gonna surprise me with the original one? Yes, he did. I meant we're gonna play it again. That's how much I like this one. But we're trying to find what we're trying to find is a card based solution that allows us to make the user experience totally perfect and seamless.
0:
4
7:08And Corey, don't be mad. I love the I love the one. I love the new one. Let me see if I can today eat 47 a.m.
0:
4
7:18Is it 847? It is. Let me share this with you guys real quick. We're going to watch it again because I really liked it, and now we're going to like it even more. Where did it go? So anyway, so it's all about user experience. And if we're not able to provide the user experience, the people are comfortable with, they're not going to use it.
0:
4
7:49Imagine you get to the fair and you're in line trying to get a turkey leg and next thing you know it's your turn to buy and they go you don't have the app and you go what app and they say well you got to download this app and you go all right well that's inconvenient and then you got an onboarding experience that's uncomfortable and then you know it doesn't work right away and you can't get signal like it's uncomfortable you're not going to use it it's going to fail and so what you need is a simple card-based solution that still uses blockchain technology. And so that's the vision that I have in my mind. Let me show you this video that I've got real quick of the original version for the people that weren't here in the beginning here it comes.
0:
4
9:09All right, I don't I don't know what I'm missing here Corey, but that is also not the version that I'm thinking of the last one Bobby had fair money in it, just so you know, very first one, you know, yeah, the very first one had it. At the fair wheel. Just for a second. Oh, not a Ferris wheel. No. Yeah. Corey, where's the image with the first wheel?
0:
4
9:27See a Ferris wheel. I want to see the card with the Ferris wheel on it. Where did that go? Anyway, get back to making it easy because if you're standing in the line and you can't get it in Timmy's hungry, you know, he needs a turkey leg. What do you do? We go to hangry and it doesn't end well for anybody. Okay, so, so that's what we're working on and you know I've been traveling I haven't been you know connecting with the the team that's leading the project on a on a regular basis and so they came back with this we're going to use visa
0:
4
9:59mastercard rails and I said no that's it everyone's fired it's over I'm suspending the whole thing and and so I'm in Dubai and we've got a meeting with with a very high-level Dubai government representative. And he's the co-founder of the blockchain center and Dubai's Forbes number one this and the other thing. And I walk into this meeting and before the meeting starts, I see a whole bunch of these cards on the table. A whole bunch of these NFC cards. And I like them because they're thick. You know, they're like real cards. They're not like the game cards you get when you go into Dave and Buster's.
0:
5
0:39They're they're substantial, which means their NFC. NFC is a little bit heavier weight than than some traditional cards are. NFC is the type of like technology that's built into bank card type stuff. It's bank level security technology stuff, two-way communication, all kinds of cool stuff. But the point is that I saw these cards and I picked them up and I looked at them and I couldn't find what I was looking for. You know what I was looking for on these cards? Veeza Mastercard logo. A Veeza Mastercard logo, it's not there, and I said, what's this?
0:
5
1:17And the young assistant was like, oh, that's a company that, that, that, Khalifa co-founded. It's called Mali Pay, Mali means money in, in the Middle East. And I, he comes in, he gives me the full demonstration, and it's cool, man. and it's all the way cool. Two hours into the demonstration, I'm watching this thing and I'm just like my mind is spinning because he pays for this stuff and he's got this big, really cool screen up on the wall that's interactive whiteboard and he's mirroring what he's doing on his computer and what's happened on the terminal. Every time he taps, the transaction goes in instantly and it's on chain and he pays for it with the card and then he pulls out his passport and pays for it And he pulls out his Dubai ID and pays for it.
0:
5
2:04You know, he's got hit all kinds of NFC stuff. He's got his regular bank cards and he taps onto the terminal and he pays for it. Then he has a ring on his finger and he taps the ring on the terminal and he pays for it. Any NFC device is linked to his profile that he wants and he's able to instantaneously pay. It runs on-chain, on-screen immediately. And I went, that's it! And I was blown away and I was very, very impressed with it and he's got the whole thing. He's got not just hard, but he's also got, you know, the terminals, this stuff, this is the stuff that looks like the stuff that the other guys use and this is exactly what I've been looking for.
0:
5
2:49It's going to take, and we've already known about this, but we've known that it's going to take two years to develop this solution in house. he said he spent four years on it with a team of 16 people. And I said, I'm sitting there and my colleagues are looking at me and they see how spaced out I am. And they're like, he's so amazed. He doesn't even know what to say. And I was like, no, no, no, that's not it. I'm trying to figure out how to get this technology. You know, what is it that I can do or say right now to get this guy to give it to us? Because I want it. I don't want it exactly like that. It's got all of these features built into this this Mally Pay thing and he's on the right track, but he's he doesn't see it the way I see it and so I got to find a way to tell him how I see it tell him that I need his tech tell him I need to change
0:
5
3:39his tech and and not you know insult him at the same time you know imagine if somebody puts all this time and effort into like making a really great video and then it's got like nuclear power plants and smog in the background like how do you tell these guys that they did a great job, but it's just a little, it's a little bit long without hurt and feelings. I don't want to hurt people's feelings, maybe sometimes, but most of the time, I like to be how to win friends and influence people, you know, leader Bobby and not Machivelli Bobby.
0:
5
4:12So I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to say. And he says at the end, he says, just so you know, not necessarily for you, but we're looking for investors. We're looking to sell up to 10% of our company at this valuation. And so if you know anybody, you know, we have all the money we've got family with deep pockets. So it's not about, you know, the money, it's about the value ad relationships. So if you're in the US and you've got access to the US market, we don't have anybody in the US right now. If you can help take this product over there, we'd love to have you as an investor. And I said, oh, that's my opening, That's my chance.
0:
5
4:50I said we'll invest we'll buy you know a million dollars whether you're company but we want the tech. We want a global exclusive opportunity to access your base intellectual property, your code base to put together some modifications to serve the markets that we're going after. Sure, no problem. For a million bucks, you can have pretty much anything you want. And so not only did we buy the base IP for a million dollars guys, but we bought four months of their 16 person development team to get the project done. They are saying 10 weeks to minimum viable product for our fair and festival strategy. And I'm going to pull up the website that you guys put together because that's awesome.
0:
5
5:47Let me see if I can find the latest link for it. Anyway, we've got four months access to their 16 person development team because that's exactly what we need in order to make the changes to modify their system just a little bit and get it to do exactly what we want. And, you know, when I first started explaining fair money and downtown digital to Khalifa, our partner, you know, he was kind of listening at first and then his eyes lit up. And he was also, I would say, equally impressed with the market that we've identified and the way that we're approaching that market.
0:
5
6:36So you guys already know enough of the story that I don't have to repeat the downtown digital value proposition and the community currencies and all that stuff. But I said, we're back on track. A week ago, the whole thing had been suspended and mothballed waiting for me to get back and do it myself. And now we're back and we're back in a very, very big way. Not just the hour and a half long call we had this morning to get the team all in the same page.
0:
5
7:05Not just the hardware we placed in order for a million, a million Corey, sending you over the picture of the card, man. I love that picture. Let me share this picture with you guys real quick. Where is that one card with fair.money on it? Corey's listening, if Corey is on this call, he's gonna get promoted and grilled Corey. He's gonna accept that invitation, bro.
0:
5
7:32There are two Corey's on this call. I don't know which one's the real Corey. put your hand up, there's the real Corey, promote the panel, all right he's going to come back in a minute and he's going to show us the website that he built for fair money because it's awesome. But hey, we bought a million. We bought a million of these cards. There are nine and a half cents a piece.
0:
5
7:53We bought a million of them. We bought a million bracelets. I don't even know where my bracelets are. Let me find my bracelets. We bought a million bracelets. We bought a 1,000 of these terminals with the printer. We bought 1,000 of the terminals without the printer. I mean, guys, we have made a gigantic investment in this product, this strategy. Corey is here. He's going to share his screen.
0:
5
8:24And he's going to show us the card with the thirst wheel on it that I was talking about. Hopefully it's Corey and not like the other Corey. It looks like the right one. It's the right one once he turns us camera still hiding Anyway, a million cards a million bracelets a thousand of the terminals with the printer You know a lot of the merchants in downtowns are talking about well. Can it printer receipt? Yeah, it can print a receipt Just like other terminals do A thousand without the printer Just to get the party started for you.
0:
5
8:59I don't know why you're you're muted and hiding but if it's the real you feel free to pop up the picture there otherwise you're gonna get kicked out you might not be the real Corey, five seconds. No, it's not there anyway. He's out. He's going back to a tennis status. Sorry, Corey. It might be his, oh, there's the card. Let me, let me share the card with you. I tried to kick him out back to attendee but he's not going and here we go here he comes oh he was just coming out oh he almost made it he almost made this is just real quick this is the card that I'm talking about look at that thing isn't that cool oh that looks
1:
0
0:05cool. Fair enough money. Part of the one card. Okay, so for all you created people out there, we need a kind of a name for this one thing because I really like one. That's kind of the overall umbrella name for it, but it can't just be one card because that's already taken and we need a domain name. And then here's the website that goes along with this beautiful stuff that the Cory has put together. And again, this is really easy because this is already something that people are very familiar with, very comfortable with at fairs and festivals.
1:
0
0:40You know, this was the thing that was my easy access strategy back in the day on how to get people comfortable with the community currency. You started an event where they're already using, you know, an alternative currency, like a fair or festival. And the fairs, we're already going digital back in the day when I was trying to get them to use, you know, copper coins. And so this is, you know, this is a very simple, very straightforward industry business, you know, kind of service provider type of thing.
1:
0
1:12And all we're doing with it is bringing it on chain. That's it. Become familiarized with the on chain thing. What we mean is that we're taking this thing that everyone's already used to and we're just going to run it on a blockchain instead of on some sort of, you know, private database. That's it. That's as revolutionary as it gets. Um, and so finding the cards, finding the hardware, finding the tech, turned key, already done, would have taken as years to build that ourselves. And this guy, he already knows exactly what has been so important to me throughout this whole process, which is we don't want to run it through Visa Mastercard.
1:
0
1:48If you run it through Visa Mastercard, number one, you're always paying the banks, the banks win. We got to get away from that mindset. that we have all the tools that we need to do it without them. We can run this stuff. Everyone's got one of these in their pocket now, maybe 10, 20, 30 years ago, you know, 20 years ago, they didn't, but today they do. And so we got to use those tools that everyone has, even kids running around the festivals have that stuff. And if they don't, they can have a tap to pay card, it's easy.
1:
0
2:14And so that's number one, we don't want to go through the banks and pay that fee. Number two is as long as we're going through that channel, those rails, we've got a single point of failure. Oh, we've got a banking relationship. Great. That works wonderfully until they pull the plug. And so if we're deploying our own hardware on our own network using our own internet connection, there's nobody there that can interfere with that transaction. You know, as soon as assuming that the technology works, the internet works. And by the way, this stuff works offline as well.
1:
0
2:48As long as those things, excuse me, as long as they work, we've got a system and that's really important it's really powerful and these guys did it and now we bought it we bought it we paid for it the contract signed it's already recorded to the blockchain I showed them Bevis and you know our software that we used to record stuff and it's done and I went back to the downtown digital team and I said okay we got it I don't know why we got so lucky I've seen plenty of stuff like this they always have a visa logo in the corner. They always have a little master card emblem down there. This one doesn't. I don't know why it happened. I don't know why it happened on the other side of the world.
1:
0
3:30But we got very lucky. And we not only got lucky, but we had the resources to act. We had the decision-making ability at that moment to become an investor to do a stock swap with them so that now they have invested interest in promoting our project. And that's going to be maybe even bigger than the things that we're working on. Why? We've got a global exclusive on this technology. So the technology that we put together for these limited access events, we've got it worldwide. And it's a big market.
1:
0
4:03Now, they've been working on this project. They've got 200 merchants that are using their terminals around Dubai. We're going to have 200 businesses in a town overnight. We're going to have hundreds of small Texas towns lined up to use this. We're going to have hundreds of thousands of people using using this at fairs and festivals. Our market is big. Our accessibility access to those markets. Mike's MacKalen calling me right now. MacKalen should know Tuesday night. She should know, maybe she's trying to tell me to take a drink of water. We've got a big market and we've got a great product and we've got easy access to the market that we're attempting to reach.
1:
0
4:45center of picture. And so they're really excited about this investment that they now have in us. And we've got a PR team on hand now. So I said, let's get your PR people to talk to our PR people and make this the biggest news that the industry's seen in a long time. And so that's underway right now as part of DefCon 1, you know, Hail Mary at the end of the fourth quarter. We find exactly the technology we need. We buy it. We now own this technology. We own a stake in a company and Dubai that's been working on this project for four plus years now. We've got a reciprocal now where they own a part of us. They've got a vested interest in our success. And they said, well, how about we call my friend, who's the I don't know if it's the director or chairman of the he's the minister of the economy and tourism for Dubai and see if he wants to do like

5:47an I buy Dubai card you know you land on the airplane and you get into the airport and they push you towards the incentive card you top up your cash you can use it to pay to get on to the subway the train and And then you can use it in shops around town, you know, like, okay, let's make that phone call. And so we've got some high level connections now here in the UAE, very impressive stuff. And it's paid a play, you know, we've accumulated the resources that we need to take this project to the next level. And I don't know why we got lucky. I don't know if the universe looked at it and said, it's time for these guys to have a little bit of luck and a win, but we got it.

6:28And I'm very happy about it. The orders are placed now for the hardware. We're connecting our development teams together so that we can have a minimum viable product together to demo inside of 10 weeks. Once we demo this thing for ourselves, then we set our sales team loose to go out there and start signing contracts with fairs and festivals all over the state. We're working on a money service business license. How scary is that? Downtown digital LLC will become a licensed money service business and the state of Texas and 22 other states, you know, by the book.
1:

7:01By the book. Like we started kind of with this questionable quasi non-MLM, non-security, non-crypto Bitcoin clone thing and it's evolved into a couple of very real, very legitimate projects and service providers for different industries. And so it's on a good path. And so that happened last week between that in the meeting, it's clear to me, as I said before, that it's time for us to upgrade our thinking to level up and unfortunately, for better or worse, that means that I need to spend more time doing this kind of stuff. Look, I like it. I enjoy it. Not so much the travel in the hotels anymore. I enjoy that stuff when I was young.

7:48I've got a really great bed now a really great lady in that bed and so that's where I would really love to be hanging out with my dog and my cows but someone's got to be the champion of Texitcoin and there's nobody better to serve as the champion of Texitcoin our project and honest money than me. And I know that I think you guys agree with that and that might mean that I've got to be a conference in Dubai or at a keynote in Hong Kong or in blockchain week Paris, but I'm going to need to spend more time on the road. And as part of that, I can't show up on these twos and I calls with one eye half open complaining about no coffee.

8:35They need to be classier. They need to be more professional. They need to be done from the studio. They need to be done with an agenda. maybe some makeup but they need to be what you guys deserve and I'm coming up on the part where I'm not the right guy for that job anymore and so we've got two more times together after this that'll be week 99 and week 100 and after that I'm gonna say not goodbye to you not TTFN but I'm gonna hand off
1:
0
9:07these reigns to someone else. And I don't know who it is yet. Is it one of you guys about gauge? Yeah, I'll just do Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night. It might be, it might be Bragg. You know, I've been hearing a lot of great things about Bragg and his three calls the day that he's doing. He is, look, he's experienced with this stuff. And he knows how to, how to, how to really ignite, you know, that, that passion inside of people. And he knows how to, to get them, we're excited and fired up. He's probably a better guy than I am for this job. I never thought that I was the right guy for this job. I just think that, you know, transparency and honesty and authenticity were enough to, to get your attention.
1:
0
9:58and I think that they work and I think it worked for a very long time but but yeah it's time for me to move on and as I move on I'll pop in don't worry I'm not gone you'll see me but I need to be out there putting deals together I need to be out there working on our influencer strategy for Iskander I need to be working on high-level relationships with heads of state across the globe to get us access to markets through the front door. Hey, it's $500,000. If you want to get a license in this Latin American country to do crypto MLM there. Are you interested?
1:
1
0:38Yes, I'm interested. Let's go. Monoplane. I'll sit down. We'll pay the money. We've got the money. We'll exchange the value and the benefits and then we get the green light. That's how it works and a lot of parts of the world. You know, so we started in the US probably the hardest place to start with nothing. we accumulated $150 million of resources. We paid out commission to a community that's engaged. They've got our attention. We've got their attention. We've got their attention. And they're saying, okay, what's next? First gear, let's shift into second gear. What does second gear look like?
1:
1
1:11I'm beginning to see that now and it's a higher level than we've been operating before. And guys, remember, I've been around the glitz and the glamour so I'm not like, Like, ooh, ooh, crypto Lambo, like that's not what it is, but the realization that this project is a lot bigger than we might have thought sitting there in our, you know, Texas homes is a little intimidating. It's a little intimidating. And the good news for us is I'm ready to rise to the occasion, but I can't do it all. Everyone's been saying, hey, man, I know you're burning it like 19 ends of the candle. And I'm sure that there is a limit to what I am able to do and you know the the only thing that's going to allow us to be successful is to build a great team. And I believe I've done that. I believe I've got you guys are spectacular. Mitchell's hiding somewhere. You know, there's so many great talent that people in our organization now.
1:
1
2:10There's Mitchell alive and well. The family there too. Yes, sorry we're driving. Hi beautiful family. Hi beautiful. Hey buddy. We've got some really great people that have been attracted magnetically to our project. You know, that's what honest money does. Like I said, at the Ron Paul birthday bash sometime ago, you know, when you take a financial technology as important as Bitcoin and cryptocurrency and you pair it up with a mission that's as important honest money, you get something great, you get lucky, you get things falling into your lap, left and right that you would never imagine or expect. That's us, that's what we've got, and now we need to go to the next level.
1:
1
2:58And you know, it's like the video said, like we've been talking about this from day one. We've been talking about this for a while. We've been talking about global expansion and really what we're understanding it is, which we, you know, need to really encapsulate so that we can explain it quickly to other people is we're redefining proof of work mining. That's really what it comes down to. We're redefining proof of work crypto. You know, we've always said we want people to have a vested interest in the success of their currency.
1:
1
3:30How do you do that? By becoming a miner. If you're a miner, you're getting the benefit of the currency success, the bigger the currency gets, the more the currency is used, whether that means Layer 2 or Layer 1, the more successful the currency is, you know, the more that underlying TXC asset is, the more valuable that underlying asset is. And so we want people to have a vested interest in their currency's success. And so, as this project expands, we allow it to grow, but our growth is capped so that we have a gigantic network that's strong, reliable, well respected, but not growing forever like Bitcoin, where it's no longer profitable to participate as an individual miner. You know, you can't show up at the Bitcoin or crypto mining party without being an institutional level investor or better.
1:
1
4:28You know, we're talking hedge fund, we're talking bank, we're talking government. If you're not one of those things now, you're not getting a seat at the mining table. Whereas with our project, the individual, the little guy, the normal guy has an opportunity to profit from the growth and the success of the currency.
1:
1
4:45And that's really what we're redefining as we get into is candor, global expansion, and we start sprinkling mines now all over the planet. Like we talked about before, we've got a contract in hand for 2.5 megawatts now in Oman. Oman would make up that Middle Eastern is candor network.
1:
1
5:04Okay, well, what happens when we get a phone call from Argentina that says hey bring a couple megawatts here. We'll give you you know the transit You know system you can bring that on chain if you bring a couple of your mines here and you're and your network marketing thing here Okay, well now we've got the beginning stage of the you know Latin America Network coming together And so you know somebody asked the other day about like network transaction processing and and transactions per second, speed, accommodation, and it's like, well hey, if we build six independent chains, we automatically have six times the transaction capacity than any other chain because they've got one. And so if we build this redundant, reliable cross-mine system, you know, not only are our blocks bigger, not only do we make blocks faster than the other guys do, but now we've got six networks that are all redundantly backing
1:
1
6:00each other up. So we've got six times the production capacity there. So So this strategy is is coming together, but we're not a little Texas project anymore There's a there's a line there somewhere greatest little coin in Texas. I don't know But that's not what we are anymore. We're not we're not a little Texitcoin. We are a global player with budgets It's with a budget that's larger than most top cryptos.
1:
1
6:29You know, when we're looking at a $15 million marketing and promotion strategy, it's accessible for us. It's not scary. It's scary at first. Look at it and be like, whoa, gosh. But we have to spend money to continue to get to the next level. You guys are counting on Texitcoins continued success in the marketplace. You guys are looking forward to us beginning our next cycle. And so that's underway now. And I'm the champion of that, and I need my team to step up and fill the roles that I'm leaving behind as I move on to this new phase for me, this new role as the champion of Texitcoin around the planet.
1:
1
7:09And I'm happy to do it. Like I said, I enjoy doing it. I can speak about it till I'm blue in the face and the people that are listening are blue in the ear. I don't know if that's a phrase, but but that's what's coming next. So we've got two more calls with me.
1:
1
7:26We're going to do week 99 and week 100 as part of our road show. We got the road show coming up. So so that's what's changed in the week. This was always expected to happen. We knew that we couldn't be a little Texitcoin forever. And like the video said, as well, it's not a pivot. We're not changing the strategy. We're we're discovering what we're going to be when we grow up as we grow.
1:
1
7:54And it's a learning experience, and I think that we've done it well, we've taken it well, and we're gonna continue to do well as we expand internationally to diversify and protect our network. And that's going to happen with the Skander Army. And so that's exciting stuff. Okay, so let's talk about a couple of other things and then we'll get to Q&A, my birthday. You guys want to talk about my birthday? Yes, sir. All right. We have booked up a location for February 23rd.
1:
1
8:27It is a Monday night. It has capacity for 500 people for Bobby Land Birthday Bash. And so in Houston, I will host my birthday party. Now, who's invited? You might ask, well, Lone Star Rangers are invited. Rangers are invited. And I'm going to invite. Well, let me ask you a question before I say something stupid. How many Iskander Founders Club people do we have? There's 292. 292 Iskander Founders Club members. Work 293. Hold on. Are invited.
1:
1
9:02To Bobby's birthday bash. So if you're a member of the Iskander Founders Club, I want to say thank you for continuing on this journey with us. I really appreciate it you know guys look we're making some of this stuff up as we go we got big fast we've adjusted we've you know we've risen to the occasion we've we've you know made some important and sometimes painful changes along the way and if you've decided to continue this journey with us as
1:
1
9:33a Founders Club member of Iscounter, then please join me for my birthday party February 23rd. What? Well, just so you know, in two days, we open up the floodgates again. Remember, everybody can join them. People are still going to be able to be a Founders Club member there. point. I'll get another cup of mungard. More coffee. Now that you just invited everybody to come to your birthday party. Well, just remember, seating is limited. And so, since it's a birthday party anyway, we're gonna be standing around party.
1:
2
0:12We don't need seats. Well, it's a stand-up event. It's called the park. Are you guys find what I got here. It is called Park House. Park House Houston is a private members club known for attracting highly engaged and influential community of entrepreneurs, creatives, and business leaders, culturally driven programming, membership to blah, blah, blah, blah. So it's called Park House Houston. It's got room for 500 cocktail standing style stuff. So that's where the birthday bash is.
1:
2
0:49It could have been in Puerto Rico. It could have been here. could have been there, could have been anywhere, but it is now confirmed, money is spent. And this is done through our PR company. This is done through Luna. So the Luna people will be there, they're bringing out their VIPs. We're going to bring out some of our VIPs and see if we get some celebrity guests there as well. They got some really, really great swag and activations coming our way.
1:
2
1:14Should we show you guys some of our cool activations or do you just want to be surprised? All right. I'll show you some activations on my zoom. I don't know. Maybe it's better to keep this stuff surprised. There's activation number one. It's not exactly the logo, but they made this up kind of on the fly. Texitcoin Plinco for free prizes. That's called Plinco. We got some cool Texitcoin swag. This one, I don't know what's going on here. But they're gonna do custom embroidery cowboy hats on-site, a live on-site hat customization experience were guests designed their own cowboy hat. How's that for fun? That's way cool. That is really cool if they're I like that. There's our proposed agenda. These are our media targets.
1:
2
2:19Look, this isn't just like, you know, get together in high five Bobby. This is a a by design promotion high publicity event opportunity for us and is being done turnkey by our friends at there's parkhouse, by the way. Okay, guys, we're wondering where it's gonna be. That looks cool. Yeah, so again, guys, these are media opportunities. And we heard two dates.
1:
2
2:51Is it the 23rd or is it the third? It is the 23rd, February 23rd. It's Monday, February 23rd. Here's the deal. Look, you know, money's tight. We're working off of savings right now. And so we're not paying to fly people in. and we're not paying to put people up. The lone star rangers and my family members are welcome to stay at the sand castle. But if you're in and around Houston or you'd like to take the trip there and celebrate my birthday with me on Monday, February 23rd at the parkhouse and Houston, more details to follow, then please do because look guys, the reason we're doing this, make money, makes new friends and have a lot of fun
1:
2
3:35and if we're not having fun while we're fighting for our freedom then we're doing it all wrong. So if you're around town and you'd like to join then be a founders club member or a Ranger or a Lone Star Ranger and come out and hang out with me for my for my 46th yeah which is really funny because I was walking on to the airplane the other day and there was a sign there that said the average age today of a entrepreneur founder is 45 really yeah okay there you go and but it's really interesting because 20 years ago guess what the average age was 25 really yeah it's you know there was a study about how
1:
2
4:20like entrepreneurialism seems to be dying you know young people these days aren't like like starting companies and having brilliant revolutionary.com error ideas. Back in the .com days, I was 19, 20 years old, and I had an idea every five minutes. I should start a website for this and an online thing for that. Everybody was having new ideas. Today it's a lot of improvement on existing ideas and we just call it new names. Now it's Web journalism might be going the way of the dinosaur. We're getting old. So I'll be 46 February 22nd.
1:
2
5:02I'll talk to you guys more about a little private event for my birthday. In case you guys are interested and we will invite out. We're going to have to do some ticketing. So can you guys get like a ticketing solution set up on our one of our platforms somewhere?
1:
2
5:16Can we use my CRM for my birthday party? We can't. Yeah, we can do that. We can do we'll get it Jim Carey can do a landing page registration page for us. And then also, it's probably already done. Corey's probably already made it. I probably got a link for us. Probably got a AI cowboy on it, winking it to you, putting on a helmet. But yeah, guys, remember, remember, remember, remember, remember, I want to talk about something really important, texit coin. That's always the mission.
1:
2
5:44Texit coin is honest money. It's like, well, what are we now? Are we iskander? Are we we are, we are texit coin. we are always Texitcoin. Texitcoin is home. Texitcoin is honest money. We got to really understand that. Well, what is Iskander then? Iskander is our army of people that are going out there and sharing the message of honest money across the world. I made a mistake back at the beginning. I should have never called mining Texitcoin and Texitcoin kind of the same thing because it created an assumption between these two brands, an assumption of connectivity between these two brands. We really didn't have a choice back then because there was no precedent already set for the brand of Texitcoin in the marketplace. And so, you know, distancing Texitcoin this layer one digital currency that's focused on honest money from the, you know, the entity that's out there sharing it through network marketing is really important.
1:
2
6:38And that's what's happening right now. So think of Iskander as kind of that initiative to go out there and share that message. And guys, I got good news. we're establishing very high-level connections at places on the planet where network marketing and cryptocurrency are green-lighted all the way. They said, hey, you should be marketing your buttoff right now in Latin America. You know, we've got a list of countries there and in Pakistan, Bangladesh and India.
1:
2
7:08I said, crypto is okay in India. They're like, well, Pakistan and Bangladesh. I said, we've got great communities They're already, you know, let's start pouring some fuel on those fires and giving those guys tools assert Let's go to pack. I've never been to Pakistan, but Bangladesh might be wonderful this time of year Let's go out there. Let's do a meeting. Let's fill a room and Let's get our cash flow back You know the cash flow the the thing that's been driving this exciting budget of ours That's given us the resources to take this thing to the next level.
1:
2
7:37Let's get that going again Let's bring that back around out. And if we have to expand globally in order to get that energy and excitement and cash back online, then so be it. Because this project was never just supposed to be exclusively and only for Texas. Go back and watch video number one. Video number one says we're mining it in Texas and we're trading with the world. In order to mine in Texas and have a currency that's traded in respect around the world, we're going to need to have a big network built around the world. You know we put the mining in places where we want people to have a little bit of a promise. You know mining is the backbone of trust.
1:
2
8:15And so when we go to a place and we say, hey, we want to put two megawatts here. Let's put two megawatts here in your country. That's how you know you can trust us because you're controlling the mine. You're holding onto that. We don't file through on what we say we're going to do. You unplug the mine. You nationalize it. That's the promise. the promise that we're going to continue to be willing to trade and that's the next level for us. And so I'll be the champion of that. I come back in a couple of days, taking the RV. Have you guys seen the RV yet?
1:
2
8:45Has anyone seen the RV? I think I saw AI picture, but I don't think I've seen a real picture. You haven't seen the real picture of the RV? It's unbelievable. Let's pull it up here in Telegram. Oh, no, scrolling, scrolling, scrolling. Let's share the screen. You're you're going to recuperate a few days before you start driving, correct? Can we see the RV? Wow. That's cool. We're not messing around people. That's the RV. I am no, no recuperation. Well, yeah, yeah, I'll stick around McKinney for a couple of days. make sure that everyone's over a couple of days before you get back.
1:
2
9:25Bobby on the wheel. What's going on? Luna's going to be driving my dog will be behind the wheel. So yeah, I'll be there in the in the in the chair with my feet up while my dog is is motoring us down the highway. AI picture coming soon. But yeah, I'm heading south and I'll be then in Galveston for my birthday. And then we've got Houston event on Monday night, Tuesday night.
1:
2
9:56I'm looking to do an event in San Antonio. So let's connect with our San Antonio crew and find and fill a room. Wednesday night, I'd like to be in the Austin area. Maybe round rock, a little bit north of Austin. Thursday night, I'd like to be in Waco. Remember that place? And then Friday, I think that's Friday the 27th that should lend me back just in time for an event at tops on Friday the 27th.
1:
3
0:26Does that all make sense? Is that Friday Friday the 27th? I want to do an event in McKinney at tops. We're going to get landing pages registration pages, everything for all those events. We'll start getting that we'll start putting that out to the community. So if they're in the area, they can sign up, bring guests, what about our South Dallas crew and Ellis County peoples? Be good to, good to swing through there too. Yeah, we can just do it at Rob's house. Oh, yeah. Let's come on by.
1:
3
0:56Perfect. We'll look, that's the plan that I put together so far. This is just the beginning, you know, this is just the the falafel road tour. I'm planning on being around tentatively, most of March, you know, look the focus right now is downtown digital. I cannot start jet setting without downtown digital, getting some serious roots planted in progress because as soon as we have our minimum viable product going, We are signing up events. We are signing up towns. We're sending out marketing kits and packages. You know, I want to send a $100 kit out to a thousand economic development offices around the country saying we did a community currency and so can you. This is turned key. You know, this is why I started this thing because community currencies are spectacular. They're the teeth and the go local promise.
1:
3
1:55They are the vote with your wallet opportunity. people will do it. But if I have to mint coins for every town, it will take lifetimes to roll this stuff out. Right now with our layer two, five clicks later you've got your own token for your town. You know with the cards that you know we can print these cards by the millions and get them shipped out to your town. It makes it scalable and any good business that's going to be successful and profitable needs to be scalable. And so that's what we have now with our layer two.
1:
3
2:30That's what we have with our chain. That's what we have now with our new partner. Very, very impressive stuff watching this stuff all come together guys. It's like it's just it's poetic. And I'm very impressed and I really appreciate the people that have stuck around this far. Maybe you cast the project aside, maybe you said, eh, it's dead. Another bust, maybe you closed the tabs on your browser with all the stuff you're going to do and buy with your TXC winnings.
1:
3
3:02Don't throw in the towel yet, guys. I've already put a stop on our office, where our office is not selling coins. We've turned off coin sales in the back office. Some people we'll use TXC to trade into Iskander. If you did that, you're gonna have an opportunity to get those coins back at the same value for a while. We're not gonna hold onto that deal forever because things are expected to go bonkers very soon. The new PR team is not cheap, they're not small, they're very well connected.
1:
3
3:31We're gonna start seeing some of the things that we've been working on come back around. Maybe the ledger things back on the table now. Shots might have to go into the making of this ledger partnership. but we don't know, but we're working, we're working, guys, and we're going to keep working until we get what we want, and that's what you expect out of this guy.
1:
3
3:52That's my call for today how to do. All right. We got any questions out there that need to be answered. I saved it. I saved a really hard one. It's first up first of it. Bobby, real quick, before you get into the questions there on the on the Iskandercoin.com website. Thursday, it's going to be, it's going to open at 6 p.m. central time. Okay? So if you go on before that, you're not going to be able to to enter in.
1:
3
4:22So just know that's what it is at 6 p.m. central time. Yep. On the 12th Thursday, the 12th, that's when registration will open up for people to go in at all levels all the way down to one seat or you can continue to buy a Founders Club spot on that day also but Thursday 12th at 6 p.m. Central time. There it is. Did you guys hear the official Iskander coin song yet? No do we have a rap or is it something different? Oh it's pretty It's pretty good. I'm surprised you guys haven't heard this yet. Hold on You may not you may not like it, but but regionally it's very well received Here I don't know if this is real Yeah, yeah, but okay curious says don't do it then we can't do it Um, it's pretty good.
1:
3
5:25Thank you. Pretty good. Let's go to questions. We're going to questions. All right. First up, Robbie Roo. Hit it. Lead us off. I look really good in these glasses. That's trustworthy. Bobby, you look really good. Thank you. Stephanie B. That's very kind. Yeah. Look, my George Clooney years are coming. Little gray. A little salt and pepper coming. The glasses, you know, it works.
1:
3
5:51Thank you. Jeremy says he's definitely not up to speed on everything. Do I need to buy a new mining mine with my Texitcoin or should I use money to get in? If I decided to just stick with Texitcoin, am I going to miss the rocket ship? No, like we just said a minute ago, Jeremy, Texitcoin is the mothership. And so as we expand internationally, you can jump in on a new coin when it pops up, you can skip it.
1:
3
6:14It's all based on your level of confidence that the region where that project is being built is going to embrace their coin and become the champion of its success. I think it's possible to take five or six coins and at the top 100 billion dollar value for five or six coins. Plenty of room in the market for that. But in order for those things to stick and be successful, we have to connect with people or utility to get these coins really used.
1:
3
6:48I've been giving this example lately of rabbit pay in Thailand. I don't know if you went to Thailand with us, but when you get on the BTS, the Sky Train, the subway, you have to use a card. Well, that card doesn't have a visa master card logo on it. It's called rabbit pay. So you get this card. It's got a little goofy looking rabbit on it. And then you tap to go on to the MRT. And it's great.
1:
3
7:11Obviously, you know, it makes a lot of sense. Well, then you go to the food court at the mall and you realize you can tap to pay with your rabbit pay card to buy lunch. And you go, huh, this is like an alternative currency. You know, it's just a, it's just a local tourism card that works in retailers and all that stuff. So that's what we're doing. We're just putting it on chain. It's not revolutionary guys. It's a pretty simple concept. And so as we're looking at expanding internationally, we're looking for utility opportunities as well.

7:44So if we can build a mine and build utility at the same time That might save the country money and might provide them a valuable service We can bring that all on chains and now we can watch as these networks light up So that's what you have to look for as we launch these new projects So if you see a new project coming evaluate the likelihood of that project being successful and then jump on if you like Lance as you may want to think about the name for the card one. That is the name heavily connected to the one coin Yes, that idea one card one coin Now, look, you say that, but I've had a lot of conversations this last week about MLM.
1:
3
8:26And it really, it's a really interesting theory, but there's no growth today in the cryptocurrency community. It's all institutional bank stuff, right? There's no new retail investors coming into the cryptocurrency space. Why? What happened? But my theory is that all of the retail interests in crypto showed up in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 because of MLM, one coin, bit club, and bit connect, failed, failed, failed, but those were the guys that were out there knocking on doors, two telling, two telling, two to come and start mining or start trading or start, you know, getting into this cryptocurrency industry.
1:
3
9:09And so, you know, a lot of people obviously hate MLM, hate network marketing. Many people in the industry don't trust it, but there are people out there that understand the power of community building that comes along with network marketing. And if it can be done right, no, look, look at what we did. We've got 98 weeks of paying commission out on time. like no Ponzi, no default, just 98 weeks of follow through on our thing. 98 weeks of the paying out every day, I think maybe we missed a day or two here or there because technology upgrades and stuff in the early days.
1:
3
9:49But we made up for it. 98 weeks of the mine working and paying out. It's up to you guys as a community to get that coin to be valuable. We always knew that there wasn't going to be much of a challenge in building the mine. The challenge was going to come in getting the coin to have value. Value comes from community. As the community gets bigger, the coin becomes more used and becomes more valuable. You know, we start putting on messages like, hey, does anybody know somebody at this fair or this festival, is anyone connected to a city council or an economic development team or a chamber
1:
4
0:21of commerce? We've got inquiries and answers to that question coming in from all over our community. That's what community gives you. That's what crypto is lost and so we want to bring that back and we want to go through the front door at some of these new places where we're going So we finally get an Aussie coin after a scander look Australia is a tiny market, and they're not real crypto-friendly But we'll explore and turn over every
1:
4
0:49rock that we can get our hands on There one one pass one pay one one one one good ideas when God is on your side those things happen Sean I think you're exactly right When you use Tixie Eriskander for the Carden Dubai, yeah, that's what that's what that stuff's going to be built on. And we've got high-level connections here. Very very cool connections. We have an ownership interest. They have an ownership interest. There's a lot of vested interest in this project being successful.
1:
4
1:15Africa uses a lot of mobile money for millions of users, pay for everything from grocery to school fees. Yes, that's right. So we're looking at all of those opportunities and just bringing them on chain. Which chain? The Africa soon to be in existence chain. That's the connection culturally and regionally relevant. Get local stakeholders on board. Let them bring in individuals from their community to have a vested interest in that project's success.
1:
4
1:42And it will be successful. Look at what we've done already in Texas. Dollars for the card name. No more card. L1 star. Lone star. Star card. Star one. one, keep working for it guys. Keep working on it. We'll get it. I vote for Tim Robby or Gage. They are familiar love break, but I like that this is not just hype.
1:
4
2:03It is news. Ouch. Guys are supposed to hide stuff like that. It is updates. It's real news. Good and bad. Yet what you're doing to fix it. Love break for the opportunity side. Keep them there. Thanks for all that you do, Bobby and the team you have put together. You're welcome. Thanks, Tony, for those kind words and good feedback. Love being able to buy a scanner hash with TXC was wondering when we will get our refer three text-point bonuses.
1:
4
2:25That's a good question, guys. That's a good question. Yep. I kind of forgot all about that. January is long gone. Oh, the Iskender has. Rob, can you make a note to talk about Alex about with regards to that tomorrow? Yeah. I got to find the TXC. We had like millions of TXC and then promotion this, promotion that. So we got to track down the TXC to pay that out.
1:
4
2:53One powered by Texitcoin Network. Yeah, we're gonna watch out for the one coin thing. You're right about that. Michael, what's up, Michael? Will we be able to buy a Scanner with TXC, one TXC for $1, also, how long do we have to redeem our option to buy our TXC back? Yes, I think that that is that one-to-one TXC trades the whole table on. So that that was only for the founders first block club. So if you're already in, Michael, I don't know if you are or not, but if you're already in, then everybody there got an option of buying in at TXC for a dollar and they have the option of buying that TXC back at a dollar. Now moving forward, you can still use TXC to buy in, okay, but we're not going to guarantee to buy it to let you buy it back at a dollar.
1:
4
3:42Oh, the stakes, the stakes of risen. Well, I'll be number one, along with the ships and then in the times ships or all risen, honest money if we want to reference the one thing. Yeah, look, that's what I really liked about that in that that was just cool, very cool. Marcelo, what's up? When are we having more information on the number of coins per mine on ISK Founders Club also when is the website available? I think Tim answered that second question and maybe the first one as well. One crown, maybe Palper and Boone. I'm not in a half coins per seat.
1:
4
4:23You have to be able to throw a stupid thing out there that I shouldn't say I allowed. No. Go for it. One, yes. One Blake. No. Kira says no. I overrule. All of the words, the pants in my household has said, no, when are we to find out about hash lock coin for ISK any back office login?
1:
4
4:48No, not yet. Hopefully this week, while ISK comp plan be out, it's not on the site. I think I'm not sure. We were working on that in the FAQ section on the website. There's a ton of that stuff there. I think the comp plan might already be on there. Um, not exactly sure. Let's put it in a couple of minutes. 10 a.m. Central for Iskander zoom calls. It should be 7 p.m.
1:
4
5:14in Dubai. Is that right? I thought it was minus 12 plus two. If it's 10 a.m. It would be, it's two hour. It would be, uh, you'd be 9 a.m. Yeah. It would be 8 p.m. In Dubai. It could work. I like that idea.
1:
4
5:31Let's make a know to that 10 a.m. central for Iskander. That would be better for your contact there. They're starting this week. They are already underway. Lots moving and shaking in Dubai. I would love to introduce you to the next president of Brazil. I'm well connected. Let's go. Brazil was one of the things that they said we should check out. How can I make a reservation to bring me and five others to the tower? Houston March 21 23. I don't know what that is. But it sounds awesome. When will there be back office for a scanner?
1:
4
6:03Hopefully this week, when you say buyback TXC for a while, when I traded, I was told, one year. Is that still true? If you got in, there's a founder. Yeah, Michael, if you're, if you were a part of the founders first block club, if you're already in them, then we had a set price of a dollar and a buyback and a dollar. So we were saying that we were giving- year. That's what based on the payment plan for people for a stretch program that we're doing. Yeah. How do merchants or organizers convert the tokens they receive? And a Fiat large-scale event is over in the app, which will give them an ACH cash out, very simple, very regulated, very money service business option.
1:
4
6:49Easy stuff, guys. It's kind of easy when you get to do it, you know, the normal way. Is there any perks to getting a founder's club spot before Thursday? Can TXC still be used to pay for a portion of it and would it be the current value we're at a dollar? Is the buyback still offered? Can we still pay 9K now payment plan for the next year for the remainder? I think we've answered most of those questions. Pay plan is definitely still active. I don't think the values at one TXC, the buyback is no longer being offered.
1:
4
7:14TXC can be used to pay for all of it and perks. Are there any perks for founders club? Well, nobody can get in now until Thursday at 6 p.m.
1:
4
7:24so there is no perks because you can't get him before Thursday at 6 p.m. got it Pierre likes honest card hmm I like that too we should have to find a way to make it work true money you want to know one of the ideas that that was kicked around in this meeting this is one of those other don't say it out loud thing but I'm gonna say it Texas stable dollar oh yeah look Texas has got a great reputation around the world. I've been saying that since day one, and imagine going into some of these countries and saying, okay, you want to backed up by the Zimbabwe dollar and you want to backed up with the Texas stable dollar.
1:
4
8:02Well, what's the Texas stable dollar? Well, Texas stable dollar is in partnership with the Texas state depository and the Texas honest money guys, you know, Golden Silver guys and it's got some treasury bills in there, some Golden Silver in there, some Forex in there, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. You don't imagine that Texas stable dollar I should probably register that before I was about to say I just bought that online. I was gonna say somebody just did Corey, can you get your hands on that for us real quick? Yeah, so so maybe I shouldn't have said that out loud But hey miners who says you can't make money go buy that domain and Whoever registers it for me the fastest and gets a hundred TX eight, I've got to send it
1:
4
8:53to me. Hold on, I'm going through and registering it right now. Okay, oh man. Just a question, are we still accepting TXE at a dollar for Iskander? The questions are still coming in. I know we're getting rid of the buyback for a dollar, but we're still going to accept it for a dollar. We were, for right now, we were still going to accept it at a dollar. A dollar, TXC was below a dollar, right? So we're just not giving the option of guaranteeing that you can buy it back. And so for everybody that had just talked about, you know, what we just went over tonight, you got to think long and hard, we're getting ready for our next cycle, right?
1:
4
9:36So use your own judgment. All right. All right. Hold on. Finish buying this domain name. I said the quiet part out loud. All right. I think I got it. Corey says I'm busy building your birthday bash event. So, so yeah, guys, lots and lots of good ideas. We've got a big state. It's well respected. Let's take that brand and let's be the champions of that brand. Nobody else is doing it.
1:
5
0:11You know, Greg Abbott jumped in and playing once and went over to Asian, shook some hands and stuff. But we're the guys that are the champions of Texas. And Texas has got, you know, the spirit of America built into it, that Americanism that we've been talking about for so long. That's what we've got. That's what we're exporting and we're building that through Texitcoin. Well, cities in the new regions be building currencies on the layer two as well. Yes, but on their layer two that we built for them. Um, the five people that I want to bring into Texas, I'm not sure we're talking about here.
1:
5
0:41Uh, like the Texas stable dollar. Yeah, that's right. Don't lose it. Texas stable dollar dot com, um, T S D T dollar sign D T dollar sign D is the ticker symbol T dollar sign D. Thank you. I'm happy. I can buy back my founders for a year. I send Jennifer a list of dice books.
1:
5
1:01Happy birthday. Yeah. Congrats on being a founder, Michael. I saw you on the list. Yeah, any update on the text of websites and the ability to purchase more cold storage points guys.I worked on it yesterday I'm gonna work on it again today before I head out to consensus I feel like I keep telling you that we're almost there and we're almost there Maybe I'll show you that we're almost there This is Where we are at the moment and now it's just you know a bunch of blanks to fill in
1:
5
1:33with content and rearranging things. But this is the new story, the new site, and it's much better prettier than the old one, and it is almost ready to go. So moments, moments away. That is the upstate update. If you are founder, is there a time limit on the TXC dollar deal? I think that ship has sailed, right? Is that what we're saying? Are you going to livestream the keynotes speech in Hong Kong. I don't know. I'm here flying solo right now. My wing girl is at home holding down the farm. She would normally be the one that's doing that kind of thing.
1:
5
2:19So I'll try, I'll try to do something if I can. My speech, my speech is about gold Bitcoin, coin, taxicoin, the evolution of honest money. Very nice. Yeah, I thought that was clear. Yeah, I thought that was good. Guys, that's our place in the market. We are the champions of honest money. We're the guys that are getting people to use crypto as a currency, as originally intended, as originally promised. We're not anti-bank, we're not anti-improvement of the Web 3 space. were just the guys that didn't forget how important honest money is. That's Texitcoin in a nutshell. It will take different names and different partners across the globe as it continues to spread the message of peace and prosperity with our people in Texas, our friends in Florida, our friends across the country, and our new friends that we're making through our Iskander
1:
5
3:23Conquest around the world and the name couldn't be any better. Am I frozen? We got one person that said, when will TXC be available to purchase from the back end? So that's not available right now. You need to go out on the open market and do that. If you don't know how to do that, then you need to send in a support ticket. We wanna make sure that you're educated enough in order to go out there and purchase TXC. You need to be able to know how to purchase it. You need to be able to know how to sell it So that way you can monetize it. Yeah, yeah, it's important guys Look, we're bringing people into crypto In fact, I just put a request out to buy a new domain, which is like my favorite thing to do Crypto u.com.
1:
5
4:11It's not cheap, but that's phase four for us And it's a really important phase because as we're taking you know our story our message around the world through network marketing the big question always comes up as is this a legitimate network marketing thing if you're just going out there to sign people up well that's more like a pyramid or a you know whatever I don't know what they call it but education good quality education has always been a a qualifying product for a network marketing company, and so we're already investing hundreds of thousands of dollars now in education resources and training
1:
5
4:56material, high quality stuff. And so that is the next phase for us, the next phase for us is to build out a really great education platform so that you can get into crypto, the easy way, the safe way, the good way to learn about the future of money. And so, you know, the things that we do to make it easier for you to get your hands on some TXC are actually a disservice.
1:
5
5:23They're making it so that you're not learning. And so we want you to learn that stuff. But we know that we've got to get the resources together and make them palatable and, you know, digestible and gamified. And so all that's in process right now as well. I think that's it. I think that's it. I think that's all we got for tonight.
1:
5
5:46Do you word on the CMC verification? No, I haven't pushed it. I'm supposed to be meeting the CMC representative on Friday. That's why I'm trying to get the website done before Friday so that we can have that conversation, slip a couple of dollars into the pocket and have it done.
1:
5
6:06That's it for Tuesday night. Any other thoughts, comments, questions, suggestions before we disappear for the night? Two more Tuesday nights with Bobby, and then I graduate. You guys get to graduate me and send me all my way To continue sharing our message across the globe. It's what I do.
1:
5
6:26It's what I do best. It's what I enjoy and so I will continue doing it to be the champion of our project, home and abroad. Thanks so much guys, look forward to seeing you guys in Houston, back in Dallas, McKinney, and all over my adventures and travels, take me. Have a great night, everybody.
