We're not an MLM

A multi-level marketing scheme usually works like this: you pay a fee to join, you are pushed to buy a monthly product shipment, and most of your income comes from recruiting more people who also pay fees and buy products. That is not what happens here.

When you buy hash power on mineHME, you are buying a commodity — actual mining hash on the TEXITcoin and ZCU networks. You do not pay a membership fee to be a miner. There is no monthly auto-ship. You make one purchase, and you are in.

The referral program is an optional add-on. If you share your link and someone buys hash power, we give you a reward. If you never share the link, you still mine exactly the same way.

We sure look like an MLM

We get it. The language is similar: sponsor, referral link, commissions, downline. That is because the easiest way to describe "reward for bringing someone in" is the language the world already knows. But the structure underneath is different:

• One purchase, not a subscription. You buy hash power once and it keeps mining. You are never forced to buy again to keep your rewards.
• Product is real, not a promise. Hash power is a real commodity tied to the network. You can verify rewards on the public blockchain.
• Referral is optional. There is no penalty for ignoring the program. Your mining rewards are the same either way.
• Commissions are paid from sales, not from recruitment fees. We do not charge people to join. We share a percentage of a real sale.

We're building a community currency

TEXITcoin is a community currency. It works best when a lot of people actually use, mine, and hold it. The affiliate program exists to spread that network in the simplest way humans know: word of mouth, rewarded fairly.

We are not trying to build a giant sales force. We are trying to make it easy for anyone who likes the project to say, "Here, try this," and be thanked for it.

How you earn rewards for helping us grow

When you sign up, you get a unique referral link. If someone uses that link to buy hash power, you earn a commission. You can choose how that commission pays out:

• Cash. USDC paid to a wallet address you control.
• Hash power. The commission is converted to additional mining hash power. Lock it in for 3, 6, or 12 months and it multiplies.

You don't have to do it if you don't want

This is the most important part. If you just want to buy hash power and collect daily rewards, you can. You do not need a sponsor. You do not need referrals. You do not need to explain the project to anyone. Your mining rewards are the same as every other miner with the same hash power.

The referral link sits quietly in your dashboard until you decide to use it.

If you just want TXC, you have other options

You do not need to buy hash power to get TEXITcoin. If you just want some coins, you can:

• Buy TXC on the open market through any exchange that lists it.
• Swap for it at swap.texitcoin.org.

Buying hash power through mineHME is for people who want to mine it themselves over time. If that is not you, no problem — the door is open either way.

Once you sign up, there's nothing left to do or buy

There is no monthly auto-ship. There is no "maintain your rank" purchase. There is no surprise charge. You buy hash power once, set your wallet addresses, and the network does the rest. Your daily rewards arrive according to the block reward schedule and your share of the mine's total sold hash power.

If you ever want to buy more, you can. If you never do, you do not have to. The original hash power keeps mining.

Bottom line

We built a referral reward because the project grows faster when happy miners invite their friends. We built it like a community reward, not a scheme. If you do not want to recruit, ignore it. If you do, you will be paid fairly. Either way, you are buying real hash power and earning real rewards.
